Abstract

Banyak ahli yang mengatakan bahwa pelatihan adalah salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keahlian karyawan, namun tampaknya belum banyak peneliti yang melakukan penelitian mendalam mengenai bagaimana caranya agar pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat memenuhi harapan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha untuk menganalisa dua variable yang dianggap berpengaruh terhadap hasil pelatihan—iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis datanya adalah path analysis yang diproses menggunakan program spss 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan anatara motivasi kerja dengan hasil pelatihan. Namun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis awal yang mengatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dan hasil pelatihan ternyata salah.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor untuk menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas yang baik adalah pemilihan bahan baku. Pengambil keputusan pasti memiliki beberapa kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier. Tujuan penulisan adalah mengetahui rantai pasok minuman bengawan solo bubble tea dan mengetahui supplier yang optimal pada bahan baku es batu bersertifikat. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan supplier adalah metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Pengamatan kali ini dilakukan pada pemilihan supplier bahan baku es batu bersertifikat pada pembuatan bengawan solo bubble tea di Jalan Kelapa Dua. Pada UKM franchise bengawan solo bubble tea di Kelapa Dua ini terdapat 3 supplier bahan baku es batu yang memiliki sertifikat yaitu supplier PT Nusantara Global Kreasi, supplier Kelapa Dua dan supplier Perum. Terdapat 3 kriteria utama yang telah dibuat agar lebih mudah dalam menentukan supplier mana yang tepat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, prioritas pertama untuk memilih supplier bahan baku es batu bersertifikat adalah supplier Kelapa Dua. Sedangkan prioritas kedua dan prioritas ketiga adalah PT Nusantara Global Kreasi dan supplier Perum.

Abstract

Delivery service is one of service media that helps to facilitate customer in delivery such as delivery of goods and important documents at an affordable cost and time predetermined. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) One of the company owned by state owned enterprises (BUMN) engaged in the delivery service of national and international post. The subject matter in this study is to discuss the procedure of delivery of goods. In conducting this research using qualitative data types with descriptive analytical techniques, the type of delivery service is the Post Express service package, Special Flash post package, regular postal package and express mail Service (EMS). Transportation mode Used by land, sea and air. As for the related parts in the delivery procedure is the sorting section, the Puri submit section, the castle part of the receive and the parcel. Documents used in the delivery procedure are the Register sheet, CN-23, R-7, postal cover, manifest handover, manifest accept and proof of delivery. The procedure of delivery of goods at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has a flowchart that goes well and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has a procedure that has been arranged systematically.

Abstract

Language is a tool of communication. English and Manado Malay Language are two languages of different families. English belongs to Indo-European language whereas Manado Malay language belongs to Austronesian language. This research used descriptive method through contrastive approach. The aim of this research in to find out the description about the similarities and differences of inflectional verbs ssform between English and Manado Malay Language. The theories used in this research are taken from Frank (1972), Gleason (1962) about inflectional verb form in English and concepts of karisoh-Najoan about inflectional verb form in Manado Malay Language.

Abstract

In 2018 the percentage of student registrations for State High Schools was 73.27% and for Private High Schools amounted to 26.73% to be the focus in the design of applications for admission of new students to improve the effectiveness of PPDB in HUTAMA High Schools. The method of designing a new web-based application for student acceptance uses the waterfall method by analyzing needs by conducting observations and interviews. At this stage as a resource person, the school and students who have made the process of accepting new students. The process of designing and making programs to represent the results of needs analysis by making interface designs, software architecture, and interface interactions, as well as program implementation and testing using the black box testing method. Results from this research can be obtained by the application of new web-based student admissions that aims to summarize the processes carried out with the previous system. Prospective students can register new students online that are not limited by space so that they can register anywhere and anytime in accordance with the policies of the school. And the school that carries out data management can directly receive the results of the report and can directly carry out data management without having to do typing first.

Abstract

This research finds the qualities of ahâdits of debt in al-Kutub al-Sittah is accepted as hujja. There are researches about ahâdits of debt. They are: 1. Teungku Muhammad Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy in his work“Koleksi Hadis-Hadis Hukum” (Semarang: Pustaka Rizki Putra, 2001). 2. Syamsul Rijal Hamid in his work “Fatwa-fatwa Rasulullah 2: Seputar Masalah Transaksi” (Jakarta: Cahaya Salam, 2001). This research will support previous reserches with some of result (qualities of transmittions). In assessment of each narrator, the writer tends to chose opinions of Ibn Hajar. and assessing the qualities of ahadîts, the writer employed the method of jarh wa ta'dil and he also saw opinions of moslem scholars of hadîts. In addition, the writer also dealt with the books of takhrîj such as Shahîh ahadîts, he refered to the sciences and critique of hadîts as the standard guidance of hadîts studies.

Abstract

Kehadiran Becak Motor di Kota Tidore Kepulauan tidak hanya menimbulkan dampak Positif bagi para pengguna jasa, namun dapat juga meimbulkan berbagai dampak Negatif, baik dari sisi keselamatan dan kepentingan penumpang maupun dari sisi tertibnya peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku khsususnya dasar hukum yang mengatur tentang legalisasi kendaraan becak motor sebagai angkutan umum. Angkutan Becak Motor di Kota Tidore Kepulauan mendapatkan perhatian dari pemerintah daerah, hal ini dapat dilihat dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Walikota Nomor 3 Tahun 2016 tentang Izin Operasi Angkutan Becak Motor yang tujuannya tidak lain adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan transportasi sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam dasar pertimbangan Peraturan walikota No. 3 tahun 2016 “bahwa kebutuhan masyarakat akan transportasi khususnya angkutan kota dan daerah tertentu dalam wilayah Kota Tidore Kepulauan semakin meningkat namun sampai saat ini belum terlayani secara maksimal oleh mobil angkutan umum” serta “perkembangan dunia usaha dalam penyediaan sarana transportasi di jalan, khususnya di bidang angkutan becak motor di daerah kota tidore kepulauan merupakan pemenuhan atas meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan adanya sarana transportasi yang lebih memadai, angkutan becak motor di kota tidore kepulauan saat ini jumlahnya semakin meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to look at profitability in the furniture business Victory in the city of Sorong. The data used are quantitative data, namely financial statements including the balance sheet, and income statement for 2016 to 2018. This study uses profitability ratio analysis techniques.The results show that the operating profit margin proves that the comparison of data in 2017 increased more in the previous year for operating profit in 2017 with the yield in rupiahs of 73 rupiahs, while in 2018 there was a significant increase from the previous year for operating profits namely obtaining the result in rupiah units is 78 rupiahs. For net income, if the comparison of yield data in rupiahs in 2017 also increased from the previous year in 2016 in net income in rupiahs, it earned 7 rupiahs while in 2018 the same results were in 2017 For ROI results prove that if the comparison of 2017 results data increased ROI from the previous year in 2016 by obtaining results in units of rupiah that is 197 rupiahs while in 2018 experienced a significant decrease by obtaining results for ROI in units of rupiah that is 163 rupiahs. litas in the Chandra Jaya furniture business in Sorong city from 2016 and 2018 there was an increase in operating profit margins and net income, although ROI was still not visible in 2018, as was the case in 2017, so this business capability was needed to increase its profits.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Unaaha sub-district of Konawe regency. The approach used in this research was descriptive qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews and observations involved to informants as primary data collection technique. Through the technique of determining informants facilitated and obtained by 17 informants. While the secondary data obtained from the district office in the form of population data and library search. Data were analyze through qualitative descriptive.The result of this research shows that acculturation and accomodation of Tolaki language and Bugis language in Unaaha sub-district of Konawe regency occurs on the scope of the family, school(among peers), and in buying and selling activity. Acculturation actiors and language accomodation are old age (adults) as well as adolescent. While the factors that cause the acculturation and accomodation of Tolaki language with Bugis language in Unaaha district is due to open society attitude and social contact.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the gap between the expectations and challenges of tourists who come to Dago Pojok Creative Village in Bandung, so that all stakeholders involved can increase the value of tourism products in Dago Pojok Creative Village in Bandung. The research method in this study uses the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The sample in this study were tourists who visited the Dago Pojok Creative Village in Bandung as many as 100 people. From the research results obtained from the research results obtained from the expectations and assessments submitted for Dago Pojok Creative Village, with an average value of 4.64 expectations while the performance received by tourists with an average value of 3.78. Dago Pojok Bandung City still has not provided an average rating of expectations that is greater than the expectations of tourists towards the Creative Village. However, Quadrant B attributes that have been implemented well by the manager of Dago Pojok Creative Village Bandung City Item 2, namely the design of building murals, Item 3 is the design of the art performance space, Item 6 is a source of information obtained after searching the art. and Item 10, the Athmosphere in Dago Pojok Creative Village in Bandung.
