Abstract

The researcher has got the data of research result from each cycle which shows the improvement of the students skill. On the observation of the teacher activity in first cycle of Meeting one reached an average of 76.31 and Meeting two reached an average of 81.57as a good categories. In the second Cycle of Meeting one reached an average of 89.47 and Meeting two to 96.05 with very good category. In the first cycle of student activity in Meeting one reached 80 average with a good category, and Meeting two reached 85 category averageas a very well category. While in the second cycle of Meeting one reached an average of 90 as very well categories and Meeting two increased again to 95 with very good category. On the observation result of student attitude in learning process at first cycle of meeting one reaching average 84,28 with good category, in meeting 2 reaching average 88,57 with very good category, while at second cycle of meeting one reach flat 92, 85 with very good category, and meeting 2 reaches average 95,71 with very good category. On the skills of students who experienced an increase in the first cycle of meeting one the average score reached 79.46 students and meeting 2 students average score reached 83.92 and 100% classical completeness with good category. The average value obtained in second cycle of meeting one is 92.41 and the meeting two is 97.32 and the classical completeness is 100% in very good category. Thus it can be concluded that the use of volsal game can improve the students' skills of the service materials and volleyball that passes on the third grade students of Catholic Elementary School 143 Bhaktyarsa of Sikka Regency in the Academic Year of 2017/2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate English learners’ metalinguistic awareness on detecting lexical ambiguity in a text. In ddition, it also investigated whether or not the participants’ interests in certain linguistics branches are influential in analyzing an article. This was a case study design aiming to inveestigate in depth and detailed data source collected from students’ assessment.The finding showed that most of the participants can retrieve their metalinguistic awareness and linguistic knowledge. Specifically, half of them could detect ambiguity because of the influence of their interest in semantics. Moreover, a few of those who were interested in semantics could analyze through both semantics and pragmatics view. In this way, it can be concluded that the participants’ interests in semantics was influential in detecting ambiguity as a domain of semantics. This research suggests that in studying linguistics, students should not only be taught about theories but also how to analyze either written or spoken discourse on the basis of those theories in linguistics branches.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that affect Tax Avoidance in Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 to 2016, these factors are limited by audit committees, audit quality, profitability and capital intensity. The results show that the audit committee partially has no effect on tax avoidance in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Audit quality partially does not affect tax avoidance in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Profitability partially has a significant effect on tax avoidance in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Capital intensity partially does not affect tax avoidance in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Based on the simultaneous significant test results (Statistical Test f) so that the results of the study show that corporate governance (which is proxied by the audit committee and audit quality), profitability and capital intensity simultaneously have a significant effect on tax avoidance in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2012-2016

Abstract

In the Decree of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia Number: VI / MPR / 2001 concerning the Ethics of National Life (TAP MPR No. VI / 2001), it was explained that the Indonesian Nation was created by Allah, the Almighty God, as a plurality based on ethnicity, culture, race and religion. Appearance Presidential Regulation No. 61-2018 and its consideration that Indonesian National Army Officers and Indonesian National Police Officers who will be in the position of Commander of the Indonesian National Army, Indonesian National Police Chief, and Force Chief of Staff, must swear at the inauguration. Its legal problems are in Article 3 of Presidential Regulation No. 61-2018 which are limited in nature. Presidential Decree No. 61-2018 contradicts the spirit of the Pancasila even though it has arranged for those who believe in God Almighty besides Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism, the phrase For Allah is replaced with another sentence.

Abstract

Crime of Trial Against Children can be punished if the commencement of implementation is real, Criminal acts of sexual abuse are generally acts or acts that violate decency that intentionally damage politeness.
