Abstract

Bank itself collects public funds, is managed and distributed in the form of business capital loans or consumptive loans to the public. Credit is the main business, the data used are secondary data obtained from financial statements. The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. Referring to the results of the analysis partially or t test significance level of 5% so that the results of this test conclude: (1) earning asset quality affects the profitability level known t value of 4,934 > t table 2,03224 with a significance value of 0,000 > 0,05, (2) non performing loans affect the profitability when t arithmetic of -9,732 > t table 2,03224 with a significance value of 0,000 > 0,05. And the f test results where earning asset quality and non-performing loans simultaneously influence the profitability of the calculated F value of 69,425 > F table 3,28 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,803 or 80,3% of the quality of earning assets and non-perfoming loans affects profitability at PT BPR Kencana Graha, so the remaining 19,7% is influenced by other ratio factors.

Abstract

Banyaknya Waktu yang hilang atau Waktu terbuang yang mengakibatkan pengiriman material tidak tepat waktu ke proses berikutnya sehingga menyebabkan menumpuknya material (WIP) masih dianggap suatu hal yang wajar bagi sebagian setiap orang yang tidak mengetahui betapa berharganya waktu yang terbuang tersebut, sehingga menyebabkan pengeluaran biaya dalam membuat suatu barang menjadi mahal. Dari sebab itu Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menganalisis pengaruh waktu yang hilang dengan biaya yang bertujuan Mereduce (Mengurangi) biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi suatu barang sehingga bertujuan memberikan profit pada perusahaan. Data diambil dari laporan proses produksi PT.MII. Abstract

This research was being conducted based on the condition of international trade and the condition of Indonesian economic at the macro level. The researcher chose to use dependent variables as to exsport(Y1) and import(Y2) activities. In the meantime independent variables used is the exchange rate that is used by the biggest amount of export based on country destination. That current exchange are CNY(X3) from Tiongkok, JPY(X2) from Japan, and USD(X1) from United States of America. The result of the research with dependent variable of export showed that the USD and JPY partially have significant influence to exsport activities. Meantime the CNY variables has not significant influence to export activities. The result of the research with dependent variable of import showed that the trhree variables partially have not significant influence to import activities.

Abstract

This study investigated The Effectiveness Of Acting Play Script Technique towards Students’ Speaking Ability At Tenth Year Of SMAN I Lambuya. The research question of this study adressed “Does the Acting Play Script Technique have significant effect towards students’ speaking ability?". The objective of this study was to find out wether there is or not a significant effect of Acting Play Script (APS) tecnique towards student speaking at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya. The hypothesis of this study was: H1 = If there is a significant effect of Acting Play Script technique towards students’ speaking ability at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya, H0= If there is not a significant effect of Acting Play Script technique towards students’ speaking ability at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya. This study is an experimental design by using one class that was given pre and post- tests. The design of this study was quasi experiment, meaning that there was only a group to be the subject in this study. The population of this study was all of the grade X students at SMAN Negeri 1 Lambuya who were registered in academic year 2018/2019 which consist of 5 classes. The sample of this study is 26 students. This sample was taken by using purposive sampling. The instrument of this study is a Speaking test, For making data in this research valid and more rejuvenate researcher was giving students’ first test before treatment in speaking and the last test after given treatment with Acting Play Script. The data of this study was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The finding shows that there is a significant effect of Acting Play Script technique towards students’ speaking ability at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya. It can be seen that t count 11.56 > t table 2,050 at the significant level 0,05 and df 25. Therefore hypothesis of this study was accepted. It means that teaching of Acting Play Script technique was effective to improve students’ speaking ability at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya.

Abstract

This study examines Malay manuscripts about how to deal with good bodies so as to produce good and bad results with results that humiliate and humiliate the body in the treatise text written in Malay Arabic script. Descriptive qualitative analysis research method that begins the process of transliteration from the Jawi script to the Latin script as well as relevant studies related to this text, this study is very important to be explored more deeply, because mistakes in intercourse will result in various diseases such as HIV, back pain, weakness knees, gray hair and ugly faces in children, and lack of common sense and foolishness, it is very important to inform the general public that they can benefit.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the scary and difficult lessons at all levels of education. The method of learning mathematics is one of the factors that causes students not to like this lesson. So far textual learning methods that tend to be boring. For this reason, the writer made a mathematical formula and problem program using desktop-based Java Netbeens 8.2, especially for elementary school class VI, because it would face USBN. It is hoped that with the creation of this mathematics program, elementary school students in grade VI can understand formulas and math problems easily. This program displays mathematics material in class VI, examples of questions accompanied by ways to work on the questions, and questions that can be directly filled in by the user and the results will appear immediately, so the user can find out how many questions are answered correct and how many questions answered incorrectly. The existence of this program is expected to help elementary school students to get used to learning to use computers or laptops, and as a means to practice computer-based national exams.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field study) yang menggunakan pendekatan survey dengan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Jurusan Akutansi S-1 pada perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di Surakarta. Sampel diambil 110 mahasiswa yang telah mengambil mata kuliah auditing I dan II. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Penskoran kuesioner pemilihan karir menggunakan skala ya dan tidak. Kode ”1” untuk jawaban ”Ya” (berminat untuk menjadi Akuntan Publik) dan kode ”0” untuk jawaban ”Tidak” (tidak berminat untuk menjadi Akuntan Publik); Penskoran variabel independen adalah dengan skala Likert mulai dari : Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS) skor 1 hingga Sangat Setuju (SS) skor 5. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Discriminan Analysis untuk dapat menentukan variabel yang merupakan pembeda dalam pemilihan dua kelompok profesi sebagai akuntan publik dan non akuntan publik. Apabila probabilitas menunjukkan nilai < 0,05 berarti signifikan, sedangkan apabila probabilitas menunjukkan nilai > 0,05 berarti tidak signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Faktor sifat (jenis) pekerjaan mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih karir sebagai akuntan publik atau non akuntan publik (nilai Wilks’ Lambda sebesar 0,582 dengan p<0,05); (2) Faktor gaji (penghargaan finansial) mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih karir sebagai akuntan publik atau non akuntan publik (nilai Wilks’ Lambda sebesar 0,949 dengan p<0,05); (3) Faktor ketersediaan kesempatan kerja tidak mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih karir sebagai akuntan publik atau non akuntan publik (nilai Wilks’ Lambda sebesar 0,988 dengan p>0,05); (4) Faktor persepsi tentang profesi akuntan publik mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih karir sebagai akuntan publik atau non akuntan publik (nilai Wilks’ Lambda sebesar 0,702 dengan p<0,05).

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan aplikasi kolaborasi proyek untuk dapat mengatur tugas pribadi dan tugas tim secara keseluruhan semakin populer dikalangan masyarakat. Selama masa pandemi Covid-19 masyarakat didorong untuk melakukan aktifitas pekerjaan dan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara virtual untuk dapat menekan laju penyebaran virus. Trello memungkinkan untuk dapat mengatur berbagai proyek dalam satu tempat dimana semua orang di proyek tersebut mengetahui apa yang sedang dikerjakan, siapa yang mengerjakannya, dan sudah sejauh mana ia mengerjakannya. Analisa metode PIECES perlu dilakukan seiring dengan pengguna aplikasi yang terus melonjak dengan menguraikan ke dalam 6 fokus yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency dan Service serta melakukan pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan Model ISO/IEC 25010:2011 yang merupakan bagian dari Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) dengan mengkategorikan kualitas produk menjadi karakteristik yang terdiri dari Functional Suitability, Performance efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, Portability

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the influence of apparatusl competence, fraud , entern control on financial gofernance and apparaturs competency,cheating on on intern control SKPD of the north Maluku Provincial government, the type of research is explanation. Respondents in this study were financial administrators, technical executives of activities, and treasurers of 43 SKPD expenditure in the North Maluku Provincial government. The data collected is processed with statical methods used to test the hypothesis directly and indirectly the results of the study show that, first the competency of the fraud apparatus, and internal controls affecte financial governance, both apparatus copeten ciesinfluence internal control, the tree internal controls affect financial governance.

Abstract

As a tenant relation who performs the role of public relations in an apartment certainly knows that building the trust of residents is one of the most important factors in achieving the success of managed apartments. And maintaining good relations with residents is one of the factors in how to be able to maintain tenants. The new apartment and management building has a huge potential for complaints from inside or outside. This has an impact on the emergence of residents' distrust regarding management's ability to manage building operations. The public relations communication strategy is expected to be able to bridge the relationship between the occupants and the building manager in building the residents' trust in order to create a harmonious relationship. The author uses qualitative-descriptive research methods conducted by interview and in-depth observation directly with related parties. The conclusion from the research carried out is that public relations communication strategy in two-way communication is very important, with a face-to-face model or through the media is important in relationship management. Two-way communication can be smooth, there is mutual understanding where the apartment management can consider the welfare of residents.
