Abstract

The bridge problem is on of the structural phenomenon in physical structural analysis. One of the problems of bridge is how to analyze the fatigue of bridge model so that the the resistance of the bridge may be estimate. In this paper the bridge problem will be explained using Finite Element Method in displacement function analysis. The stress-strain number will be written in parameters of bridge model. the displacement function is clearly influenced by the stress-strain value so that the initialization of the initial value will follow the value of the specified parameter. In this paper the displacement function of the bridge will be explained in simulation model. The result of this research is the difference about initial model to the simulation model so that the resistance of the model can be analyze caused of the initial parameters.

Abstract

An option is a contract between the seller’s option and the buyer’s option, while the factors that affect the value of the option are the stock price (S), the strike price (K), the maturity date (T), interest rate (r), volatility (σ). The application of the models in this study uses daily stock closing data from PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk from July 18, 2019, until September 19, 2019, so that the initial stock price is = Rp1,090, the interest rate is 5.5%, the value stock price volatility is 0.253. The computation of the option prices using the Black Scholes model aims to found out all the values generated from European type put options. By applying the Black Scholes model, the value generated from the European type option is Rp14,768.

Abstract

This article presents goal programming model for tutor scheduling. Goal programming is the development of linear programming which has multiple objectives. Goal programming minimizes the deviation among the the desired level of goals and the actual achievement, which is achieved by changing inequality into equality by including positive and negative deviation variables accomplished by converting inequalities into equalities by including positive and negative deviation variables that allow the achievement below or above each goal. The results obtained from this model provide the optimal solutions where all objectives are achieved. This model also aims to achieve harmony and fairness between tutors and institutional management.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is very necessary to know the skills or abilities of each employee. Employee performance appraisal carried out at the Human Resources Development Agency still require employee performance evaluations for the performance of each employee. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employee using the Analytic Network Process and Rating Scale methods, where the ANP was used to weight each criteria and sub-criteria with the result of the weighting of the criteria namely: service orientation (0,051197), Integrity (0,254363), commitment (0,150948), discipline (0,190137), cooperation (0,353354) and for the weight of each sub-criterion, being friendly (0,060724), completing work quickly and precisely (0,129413), working properly, honestly and regularly (0,080407), working well even though not supervised by the leadership (0,132196), have goog character (0,041760), have loyalty (0,175543), have responsibility (0,108780), do not delay work (0,069031), never go absent without clear reasons (0,107260), are able to work togather with colleagues (0,043688), like to help colleagues who are in trouble (0,014759), able to communicate well (0,036438). While using the Rating Scale methods has different values, employees with the highnest performance is Rosniari (4,762981) and lowest is Masdalifah (3,770376)
