Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of Healthy Cities on Banjarmasin City HDI in 2010 to 2017. So that the city government can find out how the impact of implementing healthy cities on HDI in Banjarmasin City as a first step in taking policies related to the implementation of healthy cities.The scope of this study was to analyze the impact of the implementation of a healthy city on the Banjarmason HDI in 2010-2017. The use of data analysis techniques in this study is descriptive, namely collecting, dividing, and deciphering the data obtained, then the objective results obtained from the problem of an analysis of the results of monitoring data.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a healthy city has a positive impact on increasing the Human Development Index in Banjarmasin City. This can be seen from the increase in the Human Development Index of Banjarmasin City from year to year. Organizing healthy cities is also able to make health services better from year to year and can be felt well by the community.Keywords: Organizing Healthy Cities, Human Development Index, Banjarmasin City

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of infrastructure development on economic growth in south kalimantan, and to find out which infrastructure is most influential on economic growth in south kalimantan. Infrastructure as the factor of production in this study is represented by road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, and water infrastructure. Whereas economic growth is represented by gross regional income variable. This study uses panel data with the aim of getting the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator results, the results show a Fixed Effect Model that best fits the conditions of the data to help get the expected analysis results. The final results of this study states that two of the three independent variables positively and significantly affect the dependent variable. That two variables are electricity infrastructure and water infrastructure, while the road infrastructure has a positive effect but not significant towards economic growth in South Kalimantan, and the infrastructure that most influences economic growth is electricity infrastructure.Keywords: Road Infrastructure, Electricity Infrastructure, Water Infrastructure, Economic Growth

Mursidah (2019). Factors that affect employment in the province of South Kalimantan. Supervisor : Dra. Eny Fahrati, MP.This study was conducted to (1) Find out  the simultaneous of economic growth, provincial minimum wages, and population growth on employmentin South Kalimantan Province.The study was conducted in the south Kalimantan Province. Data is processed by testing multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.Based on the analysis, the results of the study prove simultaneously that there is a negativeinfluence of population growth and a positive relationship between economic growth and provincial minimum wages on employment in the province of South Kalimantan. Partially that the provincial minimum wage in the previous year had a very significant influence on employment in the South Kalimantan Province.Keywords:Employment, populationgrowth,employment and economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to see how the impact of housing development on the socio-economic conditions of people in Kandangan town, Hulu Sungai Selatan regency.Data were collected by using questionnaire method on 91 respondents by using purposive sampling method.               Result of research based on social condition of society indicate Social relation between residents around residential area remain harmonious, new class emergence that resident of residence does not cause jealousy from local citizen, local citizen feel that resident of housing also part of society exist because they willing to follow norm together. While the impact on the community economy indicates the influence of housing development on the livelihood of the citizens is significant, many residents who changed the profession to be workers in housing, such as a night watchman, a small trader, a housekeeper or a security guard. residents also feel that finding a work field becomes easier after housing. The cost of living tends to be the same without increasing.Keywords : impact of socio-economic condition of people, impact of housing developement

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of fiscal decentralization and economic growth of South Kalimantan Province on inter-regional inequality. The data used in this study is secondary data with a period of 12 years (time series), which is published once a year by the Central Statistics Agency of the Province of South Kalimantan. The data needed is in the form of data on total balancing funds, economic growth, GDP at the current price and population. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear sregression analysis method.The results showed that, simultaneously and partially the variables of fiscal decentralization and economic growth had a positive and significant effect on inter-regional inequality.Keywords: Fiscal Decentralization, Economic Growth, Regional Inequality

Abstract

This study suggest the effect of gross regional domestic product, mean years school, open unemployment and population to the poverty line in Banjarmasin City in 2007-20l7. Poverty is one of the prob1ems in economic deve1opment. Therefore in this study measuring effect of poverty line and the factors that inf1uence it can be found in the solution and appropriate po1icies to overcome poverty in the city of Banjarmasin. The scope of this study covers the conditions of poverty in Banjarmasin City. By ana1yzing for 10 years. The ana1ytica1method used is the method of mu1tip1e 1inear regression ana1ysis. By using the R-Square Test (R2), Simu1taneous Test (F Test) and Individua1 Test (t Test). The resu1ts of the study inf1uence the gross regiona1 domestic product, the average lenght of shcool, the open unemployment rate and population toghether have a significant effect on poverty in Banjarmasin City.Keywords: Gdp, Education, Unemployement, Population

Advisor: Dr. Dewi Rahayu, SE, MP.This research was conducted to (1) analyze the effect of Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Profit Sharing Funds and Fiscal Stress that affect the level of independence both simultaneously and partially in the Province of South Kalimantan; (2) to analyze what are the most dominant variables affecting the level of independence in the province of South Kalimantan.The data obtained in this study is from the official website of the South Kalimantan Provincial Government, namely the Central Kalimantan Statistics Agency, which deals with deals with the South Kalimantan Provincial Government Financial Report and the 2002-2016 Budget Realization Report which is available in BPS publication data entitled South Kalimantan in Figures.The results of the study show that, (1) Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Profit Sharing Funds, and Fiscal Stress have an affect on the level of independence simultaneously; (2) Regional Original Income dan Profit Sharing Funds affect the Level of Independence; (3) General Allocation Funds and Fiscal Stress have no significant effect on the Level of Independence; and (4) Regional Original Income is the most dominant variable that affects the Level of Independence.Keywords: Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Revenue Sharing Funds, Fiscal Stress, Level of Independence.

Abstract

Muhammad Rasyid (2019). Analysis of Leading Agricultural Commodities In Hulu Sungai Selatan District 2012-2016. Advisor: Dra. Hj. Ika Chandriyanti, MP. This research was conducted to (1) analyze the superior commodities of the agricultural sector in South Hulu Sungai Regency and (2) analyze changes and structural shifts in agricultural sector commodities. This study uses the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis tool to find out what agricultural commodities are superior commodities in South Hulu Sungai Regency and use Shift Share analysis tools to find out changes and structural shifts in agricultural commodities inSouth Hulu Sungai Regency. The results of this study indicate that the leading agricultural commodities in the South Hulu Sungai Regency are the food crops sub-sector: lowland rice, upland rice and sweet potato. Plantation sub-sectors: coconut, cocoa, clove, candlenut, kapok, sugar palm, cinnamon, rubber and coffee. Fisheries sub sector: cage cultivation and floating net culture. Forestry sub-sector: sawn wood. Animal Husbandry Sub Sector: free range chickens, pigs and ducks. based on shift share calculation shows that the agricultural commodity which experienced the highest change or shift was found in the plantation sub-sector, namely the oil palm commodity.Keywords: Determination of the Main Commodities in the Agriculture Sector in South Hulu Sungai Regency.

Abstract

The Influence of General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds to Economic Growth in Banjarmasin City. Economic growth or economic growth is the aggregate increase in national income or increase in output within a certain time.The population in this study is the Government of Banjarmasin City of South Kalimantan Province. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression. The have been collected is data analyzed first with classical assumption test then hypothesis tested by SPSS 20 test instrument. The results showed that the General Allocation Fund had a positive effect on economic growth. It was evident from the results of the t test obtained a significant value of 0.028 <α where (α = 0.05) and Special Allocation Funds the t test results were 0.002 <α where (α = 0.05). The most dominant variable influencing economic growth in Banjarmasin City is the Special Allocation Fund because it has the smallest probability.Keyword: General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds dan Economic Growt.

Abstract

This research aims to determine what the influence of labor, working hours and price levels on the level of production of the brick industry in Pulau Pinang Village, Binuang Sub-district, Tapin District and the most dominant factor of the three factors.This research uses data analysis tools in the form of software Eviews 9, with multiple linear regression models using the least squares estimation method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of the research show that labor, working hours and price levels have a significant effect on the level of production both silmutaneously and partially. The factor that shows the most dominant influence in influencing the level of production of the brick industry is the labor factor.Keywords: Influence; Labor; Working Hours; Price Levels; Production Levels
