Abstract

Membantu dan mendampingi UMKM usaha kerajinan gerabah menerapkan sistem pencatatan keuangan digital berbasis Spreadsheet yang sederhana, mudah digunakan, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional. Sehingga diharapkan proses pencatatan menjadi lebih rapi, akurat, serta mampu memberikan informasi keuangan yang cepat dan dapat diandalkan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan, pengendalian biaya, serta perencanaan usaha di masa mendatang. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi pencatatan awal serta kebutuhan pemilik terhadap sistem yang lebih sistematis. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pencatatan digital mampu membantu pemilik usaha menerapkan sistem transaksi secara lebih rapi, teratur, dan mudah dipantau. Pemilik dapat melihat arus kas dengan lebih jelas, memahami pola transaksi, serta mengetahui posisi keuangan secara akurat. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pendampingan ini meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi keuangan dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan usaha secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perubahan dalam pengelolaan dan penyampaian informasi di sektor pertanian, khususnya dalam mendukung kegiatan edukasi lingkungan dan konservasi. Namun, banyak kawasan pertanian masih bergantung pada metode penyampaian informasi manual yang sulit diperbarui dan kurang efektif bagi pengunjung. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan digitalisasi informasi pertanian melalui penerapan QR code dan pengembangan website edukasi di Bernard Tani, Pangalengan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara informal, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan dokumentasi untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi serta kebutuhan mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan QR code sebagai media informasi lapangan, website sebagai pusat informasi terintegrasi, serta modul panduan penggunaan teknologi mampu membentuk sistem edukasi digital yang saling melengkapi. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengunjung mengakses informasi pertanian secara mandiri dan konsisten, sekaligus membantu pengelola dalam menyusun dan memperbarui informasi secara lebih terstruktur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi informasi dapat meningkatkan akses pengetahuan, memperkuat fungsi edukatif kawasan pertanian, serta mendukung upaya konservasi lingkungan tanpa mengganggu aktivitas produksi. Dengan demikian, digitalisasi informasi pertanian menjadi solusi yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan kawasan pertanian modern.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face challenges in determining the profits from their business activities. SMEs under the coordination of Kalapa Indung (West Java Women School)  face the same issues. The separation of household accounting from business accounting has not been made, making it difficult to determine business profits. The aim of the community service activity conducted by the Faculty of Postgraduate School, MAKSI-UTAMA program, is to assist SME actors in understanding simple accounting, understanding accounts, elements of financial statements, and bookkeeping. The community service program involves MAKSI students to assist in the preparation of simple financial statements for SMEs. Preparations for the community service program have been made through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) among cluster members and the committee, also involving the coordinator of SMEs Kalapa Indung as a partner. The community service activities have been carried out in person, with presentations, discussions, and mentoring that engage the enthusiasm of the participants. The results of the PKM activities indicate that in resolving case studies related to bookkeeping, MSME actors are not capable of preparing financial statements (balance sheets and income statements). Thus, it is hoped that the knowledge acquired by MSME actors can be implemented in MSME business activities, enabling them to manage their finances more effectively.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT   Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company’s commitment to supporting sustainable development through integrated efforts in the social, economic, and environmental sectors. In Indonesia, CSR has been legally regulated and is mandatory for certain companies, particularly those operating in natural resource–based industries, through the Limited Liability Company Law and Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 as the main legal framework. CSR programs are designed based on the needs of communities surrounding the company’s operational areas, with the aim of creating sustainable positive impacts through an empowerment-based approach. One implementation of CSR is carried out in Harapan Jaya Sub-district, Bekasi City, by PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia in collaboration with Institut STIAMI, focusing on household waste management. This community empowerment activity is divided into several stages. First, program planning and socialization. Second, joint program formulation with the community. Third, training on waste management using composters. Fourth, development of composter outputs through greening training. Fifth, to strengthen understanding and provide a real environmental perspective, a comparative study visit was conducted to a location that has successfully implemented waste management in Sunter Sub-district, Jakarta. Sixth, the launching of the Kampung Komposter program and a Fashion Show Competition themed Creative Waste Recycling. The results of this activity indicate that CSR, particularly community empowerment programs themed around waste management using composters implemented by PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia, directly contributes to the community through environmental improvement. Environmental benefits are reflected in the reduction of waste generation in RW 16, Harapan Jaya Sub-district, Bekasi City, resulting in a cleaner and healthier environment. Meanwhile, other empowerment benefits are seen in economic value, as composter outputs in the form of solid compost and liquid processed products (Liquid Organic Fertilizer) contribute to community empowerment through economic improvement.
