Abstract

The background of this problem is the rampant of destructive behavior of smokers which causes restlessness in the community. Cigarettes are not a taboo in society, especially the people of Indonesia. Cigarettes can be categorized as addictive substances that can cause addiction for the consumer. Not only addiction, there are many bad things such as damaging health that can be caused by smoking. Besides that, smokers usually often use cigarettes in public places if the smoke can disturb the surrounding community. Even though it has been explained about the area where there is no smoke. In fact, this has been regulated in the Indonesian Criminal Law as evidence that the government is very serious in responding to this matter. In the realm of Islamic law, there are already other provisions regarding to this matter. Although it is not explained in detail about smoking, it can still be likened to other things such as khamr. The destructive behavior of active smokers can disturb the surrounding community so that criminal law enforcement and Islamic law can be applied to violators of these rules. This is to create a situation where the general public is not disturbed by the destructive behavior of smokers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the entrepreneurship-based empowerment program in the Koperasi Syariah Komunitas Usaha Mikro Muamalat Berbasis Masjid (KSPS KUM3) BUMI (Bangkit Mikro Usaha) Amanah. This program is one of the flagship programs of BAZNAS Sukabumi Regency in collaboration with Baitul Mal Muamalat (BMM) which is presented in the Sukabumi community to realize the values of Islamic law in community economic activities in the form of sharia cooperatives whose loans are in the form of qardhul hasan. This study uses survey research by conducting interviews with respondents through descriptive analysis methods and qualitative approaches. The author took a sample of respondents for interviews and as many as 33 people filled out the questionnaire. The results showed that the entrepreneurship-based empowerment program at KSPS KUM3 BUMI Amanah in the form of murabahah (buying and selling); Musharaka (business cooperation); and the profit or loss ratio (profit sharing) have been determined at the beginning of the contract/agreement. This program is also supported by the existence of Education and Training for the Micro Business Community Program which is run on a mosque-based basis in every UPZ Village. The program has not shown significant results, because it is still in the process of developing members and various factors, such as the low mindset, low level of education, and easy access to conventional loans have resulted in their low interest and motivation in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Islamic law is part of the vast treasures of thought in Islam, in addition to thoughts in the fields of interpretation, Sufism, theology, and others. Since the 20th and 21st centuries, its existence has colored the religious attitudes of Muslims in various parts of the world. All matters relating to Islam are always judged by the standards of the laws that exist in Islamic law even though each country has its own positive law. This study uses a qualitative paradigm, with a library research approach. Sourced from the results of a search on the literature of classical fiqh books that contain the issue of differences of opinion of the fuqahā' about istinbāṭ hukm, as well as several contemporary books. The analysis used is content analysis (content analysis) through descriptive techniques, which are factual in the history of Islamic law, by understanding the verses of the Qur'an, hadith or the thoughts of scholars in formulating an idea of ​​Islamic law. The results of this study conclude that Islamic law as a product of Muslim thought in a fairly long history of existence must continue to be adapted to the demands of the times while maintaining its goal of creating benefit for mankind.

Abstract

Philanthropy is an important thing in Islam. The form of its activities originates from religion which originates from the Qur'an and Hadith, it seems that there are zakat, infaq, alms and waqf institutions which have been improved through the mechanism of ijtihad mediation and as a result have become highly admired, widespread and practiced in the life practices of Muslim society since the beginning Islam is growing. In this article, we examine the Transformation of Islamic Philanthropy which focuses on the Transformation of Islamic Philanthropy as a Model for Empowerment of Zakat, Infaq, Alms, Waqf (Ziswaf). This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, namely analyzing Islamic philanthropy, using the "Library Research" literature study approach. The results show that philanthropy is important in Islam. Philanthropy stems from the desire to harness and strengthen community independence. Throughout its history, philanthropy has developed into two forms: traditional philanthropy and social justice philanthropy. In the era of digital philanthropy entering a new era. The combination of the digital world and modern philanthropy can become digital philanthropy. So that philanthropic movements can be carried out on various social media.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banks in Indonesia today can be said to be slow when compared to conventional banks. There are several challenges that cause this, such as capital problems, the development of sharia product innovations, to the inadequate quality of human resources, to limited infrastructure in sharia economic development. In this study, we will discuss one of these challenges, namely the development of sharia product innovation or called sharia product differentiation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product differentiation, on people's decisions in choosing banks and products to be used and their impact on the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research is descriptive research using secondary data related to the effect of product differentiation on Islamic banking. The population in this study are residents throughout Indonesia who use Islamic banks. The results of the study indicate that the variable in question, namely product differentiation, is considered important so that it has an impact on people's decisions to choose whether to use products from Islamic banks. This will automatically encourage the growth rate of Islamic banks in Indonesia.
