Abstract

Satisfaction is formed from a result and a comparative reference, comparing the results received with a particular standard. The comparison forms three possibilities: first is if the service is perceived to be above the expectation (quality surprise), the second when the quality of service fulfills the expectation, and the last if the service received is worse than the expected service.The influence of physical needs in patient satisfaction on the utilization of health service shows that from 89 respondents, respondents who have good physical needs about patient satisfaction on utilization of health services as much as 43 respondents and respondents who need less physical as much as 46 respondents. Based on the result of statistical test analysis, it is said that there is influence of physical requirement in patient satisfaction to health service utilization. Keywords: Satisfaction, Midwifery Services

Abstract

Depo provera containing 150 mg DMPA (depo medroxyprogesterone acetate) given every 3 months. This research use Cross sectional method. Subjects were assigned as many as 35 family planning acceptors at the Wara Utara Community Health Center.The study was conducted on June 18, 2016 by analyzing factors related to the use of 3-month injection. The variables studied are knowledge, parity and motivation factors. Data analysis in this paper using logistic regression test to see the relationship between variables. The significance limit p ≤ 0.05, IK 95%.The results obtained, based on the knowledge of the variable value of p = 0.04 is smaller than the value of α = 0.05. From the analysis can be interpreted that there is relationship between mother knowledge with 3-month injection contraception. The result of the analysis of parity variable is calculated by p value = 0,036 smaller than α = 0,05. From the analysis there is a relationship between mother parity with 3-month injection contraception. For motivation value p = 0,002 smaller than value α = 0,05 or there is relation between mother motivation with 3-month injection contraception. The most statistically significant mean variables affecting the use of 3-month injection contraception is maternal motivation. Keywords :  Acceptor, Depo provera, 3 month injection

Abstract

Background: The marmet technique is removing the milk manually and assisting the milk exclusion reflex (Milk Ejection Reflex). Objective: Marmet technique influence to fluid breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers.Method: design in this research is quasi experiment, population in this research are all postpartum gave birth with a normal gestational age with normal birth weight. Sampling using total sampling, with 24 samples, divided into 2 groups, 12 intervention groups and 12 control groups. Data collection using observation sheet and checklist. The data collected was then processed and analyzed using computer program of microsoft excel and statistic program (SPSS) version 20 with data bivariat analysis using chi-square  analysis presented in table 2x2 form.Result: No effect of Marmet technique on breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers before treatment, (ρ- Value = ,640 > 0,05), There is Marmet technique influence to fluid activity of breastfeeding mother after treatment (ρ-Value = 0,027 <  0,05).Conclusion: There is no effect of Marmet technique on breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers before treatment is given and Marmet technique exists on the smoothness of breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers after being given treatment. Keywords :   PostPartum, Marmet Technique, Smoothness of Breast Milk

Abstract

The research of this research to analysis dietary compliance of low purine diet in uric acid patients in Wara Health Clinic Year 2016. Type of this research that was used cross sectional approach and use a sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample of the research was a portion of gout patients enrolled in Wara Health Clinic that fulfilled the inclusion criteria were 42 people.Based on the analysis by using statistical test Fisher's exact test, the value p = 0468 (p> 0.05%), it can be concluded that the hypothesis "there is no correlation between dietary compliance low purine with uric acid in Puskesmas Wara Palopo".Based on the result of research purpose recommendations were provide clearly information about the low purine diet and provide support in the form of motivation for pay attention of type food consumed so as to prevent the increasing of uric acid. Keywords : Compliance, Diet Low Purin, Uric Acid

Abstract

Background: The umbilical cord aims to prevent infection and speed up cord removal from the abdomen. Objective: To determine the effect of topical breastfeeding on umbilical cord time in newborn at Angkona health center of Angkona Subdistrict of East Luwu Regency in 2017.Method: This research is a pre-experiment "with static group comparison group" research, population in research this is all newborns on the peroide of June - July at Angkona Health Center Subdistrict Angkona Regency Luwu Timur 2017 as many as 38 people. Sampling using total sampling, the sample was divided into two groups, namely the intervention group as much as 19 people and the control group of 19 people. Data collection using checklist sheet. The data collected were then processed and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyzes ie chi-square test and multivariate analysis using logistic regression using statistic program (SPSS) version 20, table presented in table 2x2 form.Result: bivariate analysis found there is influence of topical giving of breast milk to umbilical cord care time, with value p = 0,000 <value of α = 0,05. Result of multivariate analysis obtained value OR = 14,15.Conclusion: There is an effect of topical breastfeeding on time of umbilical cord care at Angkona Health Centert of Angkona Subdistrict of East Luwu Regency in 2017, with p value = 0,001 <value of α = 0,05 and OR value = 14,15. Keywords:  Topical Breastfeeding, umbilical cord, Cord Care Time

Abstract

Today's population problem is an important issue that receives attention both around the world and Indonesia. Rapid and unbalanced population growth with increased production will lead to heavy pressures on different sectors, which in turn will make it difficult for the community to be more likely to participate. Abstract

High blood disease or hypertension is a condition which a person has increased systolic blood pressure more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure  more than 90 mmHg. Hypertension is a major risk the factor for ischemia and hemorrhagic stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, cognitive decrease and premature death.The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy for blood pressure decrease in hypertension patients in the work area of Cendana Putih II community health center 2017. This research is being quantitative, using quasi experimental (pretest-posttest design). The population in this research was hypertension patients in the work area of cendana putih II as many as 82 people with the number of samples 40 people with the method of sampling using purposive sampling. Data collected by questionnaire and analyzed univariat and bivariate using static test of Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test.The conclusion of research proved that there was the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy for blood pressure decrease in hypertension patients with value P= 0,000 where value P < 0,05.The suggestion of this research will expected to be information to society, especially hypertension patients about progressive muscle relaxation therapy that can effect in blood pressure decrease. The information will hoped to help hypertension in stress management experienced, and give practical knowledge to do muscle relaxation therapy independently.Key Words : Muscle Relaxation Therapy, Blood Pressure, Hypertensio

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effect of the herbal medicine treatment on the hemoglobin levels in female students of Syekh Yusuf Academy of Midwivery (AKBID), Gowa Regency.The research used the experimental method with the pre-post test design. The sampels comprising 60 respondens were chosen using the total sampling technique. The total samples were divided into two group 30 respondents were in the intervention group and 30 respondents in the control group.The data were analyzed using Paired Sampel T-Test assisted by SPSS Program in order to look at the effect of the treatment with herbal medicine on the hemoglobin levels.The research results indicated that in the intervention group the mean level of Hb before the intervention was 10.19 gr/dl and it increased after the intervention to 11.4 gr/dl,while in the control group before the intervention the mean value of hemoglobin 10.4 gr/dl and after the intervention was 10.9 gr/dl thus,the research result indicated the correlation between herbal medicine and hemoglobin level in teenagers (p= 0,000). Keywords : Teenagers, herbal, Hemoglobin, Anemia
