The aim of JIEMAR ( Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research is to publish theoretical and empirical articles that are aimed to contrast and extend existing theories, and build new theories that contribute to advance our understanding of phenomena related with industrial engineering and industrial management in organizations, from the perspectives of Production Planning/Scheduling/Inventory, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Management, Operations Management and Operational Research. The contributions can adopt confirmatory (quantitative) or explanatory (mainly qualitative) methodological approaches. Theoretical essays that enhance the building or extension of theoretical approaches are also welcome. JIEMAR selects the articles to be published with a double bind, peer review system, following the practices of good scholarly journals. JIEMAR is published monthly (on-line versions), following an open access policy. On-line publication allows to reduce publishing costs, and to make more agile the process of reviewing and edition. JIEMAR defends that open access publishing fosters the advance of scientific knowledge, making it available to everyone. Abstract

Puff You! is a Café Specialize Choux located in Greenville, West Jakarta. Puff You! offers the main product Choux gluten-free with the taste of the Indonesia flavors which can provide an opportunity for consumers who cannot eat desserts containing gluten. Puff You! is not only selling dessert choux but also equipped with various types of coffee, tea, and snacks. Puff You! target market are people who from 15 years and above who live in West Jakarta, but it is possible if people who live outside DKI Jakarta visit Puff You! The main purpose of this business feasibility study is to test and assess whether Puff You! can be stated as a business idea that is feasible to run into a real business, seen from various aspects, such as market and marketing aspects, operational aspects, organizational and human resources aspects, and financial aspects. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explore the benefits of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in various industries and provide suggestions to be applied to the defense industry. The method of writing this article is a literature review, namely reviewing by collecting, understanding, analyzing and then concluding as many as 26 international journal articles about the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) published from 2014 to 2021 regarding the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) methods in various industrial sectors and defense industry. The analysis used used 25 content analysis of journal articles. The results of the literature review analysis state that the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) can have benefits for companies, namely. Abstract

- The purpose of this article is to explore the benefits of implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in various industries and provide suggestions to be applied to the defense industry. The method of writing this article is a literature review, which is a review by collecting, understanding, analyzing and then concluding as many as 30 international journal articles on the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) published from 2014 to 2021 regarding the application of the Kaizen method in various industrial sectors and the defense industry. The analysis used is 30 journal article content analysis. The results of the literature review analysis state that the implementation of Customer Relationship Management(CRM) can have benefits for companies, namely CRM can help teams to improve customer satisfaction, help increase customer retention, help better internal communication, help optimize marketing, help maximize business performance, help maximize business performance by increasing up-selling opportunities and cross-selling. CRM in addition to looking for new customers in addition to maintaining the level of satisfaction of existing consumers, knowing the level of company ownership in consumers, namely by knowing consumer needs, knowing consumer needs in the future, namely through the results of transactions that have been carried out and from the results of data analysis. transaction data that has been collected, knowing abnormalities in each transaction activity, namely knowing criminal acts such as fraud and so on, knowing improvements that must be made to the services provided to consumers, being able to analyze transaction data patterns, for example being able to find out the combination of products to be sold at certain times, reducing operational risk, namely by knowing predictions that will occur and mistakes that have been made through customer history. Based on the results of the literature review, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is recommended to be applied in the defense industry.

Abstract

The method of writing this article is a literature review, which is a review by collecting, understanding, analyzing and then concluding as many as 30 international journal articles about the implementation of Kaizen published from 2014 to 2021 regarding the application of the Kaizen method in various industrial sectors and the defense industry. The analysis used used 25 content analysis of journal articles. The results of the literature review analysis state that the application of Kaizen can have benefits for companies, namely being able to avoid waste, being able to change and adapt quickly, produce products on time, complete products faster, improve production flow, improve product quality, develop responsive employees, help deal with uncertainty, increased productivity, reduced costs, improved quality, optimal use of resources, improved better communication, increased employee morale.

Abstract

The Navy in carrying out their duties requires various supplies. One of these supplies is class II supplies, one of which is uniforms. The support for uniform supplies so far has not been optimal in terms of materials and availability throughout Indonesia. Indonesia has a large-scale national textile factory. The textile factory community was analyzed using the SWOT method for its role in supporting class II supplies. The results of the SWOT analysis of the national textile factory are in the 4th quadrant which supports the WT (weakness-threat) defensive strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Eco supply chain management and operational performance, the relationship between Eco supply chain and environmental performance, and the relationship between environmental performance and operational performance. This research is quantitative with survey technique as a data collection tool. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling using an online questionnaire as a data collection tool with 250 staff of industry managers as respondentsThe data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.3.3 software tools. Based on the analysis concluded that Eco supply chain management has a positive effect on operational performance, Eco supply chain has a positive effect on environmental performance, Environmental performance has a positive effect on operational performance, environmental performance mediates the effect of eco supply chain on operational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of e-Marketing (EM) on Company Performance, e-CRM (EC) on Company Performance ,e-Marketing (EM) on e-Loyalty , e-CRM (EC) have a positive effect on e-Loyalty (EL), e-Loyalty (EL) on Company , e-CRM (EC) on Company Performance (CP) through e-Loyalty (EL) and e-Marketing (EM) on Company Performance (CP) through e-Loyalty (EL). This research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was by distributing online questionnaires through online surveys to 110 staff of defense industries. The questionnaire consisted of two parts. The first part contains questions to collect respondents' demographic information. The second part is the main component of the questionnaire that is statements related to the research variables. Based on regression test results shows the result e-Marketing has significant effect on Company Performance, e-CRM has significant effect on Company Performance, e-Marketing has not significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-CRM has not significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-Loyalty has not significant effect on Company Performance, e-CRM has not significant effect on business sustainability through e-Loyalty. e-Marketing has not significant effect on Company Performance through e-Loyalty.

Abstract

This research is to examine the effect of supplier integration variable on supply chain performance variable i by moderating the supply chain transformational leadership style variable in the defense industry. The method used in this research is quantitative and uses a structural equation model (SEM). The respondent population of this study was 550 defense industry staff with data collection through online questionnaires and the number of samples that met the analysis criteria from 150 defense industries represented by leaders in the supply chain management section. The results of this study indicate that based on data analysis, it is concluded that the supplier integration variable has a positive effect on supply chain performance, the transformational leadership style variable has a positive effect on supply chain performance and the supplier integration variable has a positive effect on the transformational leadership style in the defense industry

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the managers' leadership style and digital transformation on financial performance on defense industries. The method used in this research is quantitative and uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), and data analysis uses SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The population in this study was 130 staff of defense industries. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, and the data collection method used is a survey through filling out a questionnaire. Based on data analysis, we conclude that leadership style has a significant effect on financial performance. This means that an effective leadership style will increase financial performance and an ineffective leadership style will decrease financial performance. Digital transformation has no significant effect on financial performance. This means that an increase in digital transformation will not increase financial performance and a decrease in digital transformation will not decrease financial performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on digital transformation. This means that an effective leadership style will increase digital transformation and an ineffective leadership style will decrease digital transformation. The novelty of this research is the creation of a variable model of leadership style, digital transformation, and financial performance in defense industries

Increased returns from Shinzui's folding box goods, which had various flaws, cost the offset packaging department money. The goal of this research is to assess the losses incurred and to provide a solution to the problem of returned items or returned goods from consumers, which has been more prevalent in recent months. The advantages of research include being able to determine the losses incurred and finding effective techniques to lessen the return of items.
