Abstract

Wonorejo yang memiliki banyak perbedaan antar agama, bahasa tetap memiliki tolenransi yang tinggi. keanekaragaman agama melahirkan pluralitas kehidupan sosial kebangsaan yang erat dengan persaudaraan. Toleransi,dan kebersamaan. Dalam konteks ritual keagamaan, masyarakat desa kebangsaan dengan bebas melaksanakan ajaran agama sesuai dengan keyakinan masing masing tanpa mencederai dan mengganggu keyakinan dan agama yang lain. Ini merupakan kesuksesan dari komunikasi efektif secara nyata di desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo Kabupaten Situbondo. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Kerukunan Umat Beragama, Desa Kebangsaan Wonorejo

Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Radio Dakwah, Aktifitas dakwah sangat penting dalam Islam, dakwah dan Islam keduanya tidak dapat dipisahkan antara satu dengan yang lainnya, sebagaimana kita ketahui, dakwah adalah suatu usaha untuk mengajak, menyeru, dan mempengaruhi manusia agar selalu berpegang pada pada ajaran Allah untuk mendapatkan kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Radio Al-Hikmah yang ada di Genteng Banyuwangi ini tetap bisa eksis untuk memberikan syiar-syiar Islam, dan berdakwah secara baik. Fokus penelitian dalam tesisi ini yaitu: 1. Apa saja Program Radio Dakwah Al-Hikmah Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi’i Genteng Banyuwangi?, 2 Bagaimana Manajemen Program Radio Dakwah Al-Hikmah Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi’i Genteng Banyuwangi?, Faktor Apa saja Yang Mempengaruhi Pengelolaan Program Radio Dakwah Al-Hikmah Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi’i Genteng Banyuwangi?, dan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Program Radio Dakwah Al-Hikmah Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi’i Genteng Banyuwangi, Untuk Mengetahui Manajemen Program Radio Dakwah Al-Hikmah Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi’i Genteng Banyuwangi, dan Untuk Mengetahui Faktor Apa saja Yang Mempengaruhi Pengelolaan Program Radio Dakwah Al-Hikmah Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi’i Genteng Banyuwangi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Radio Dakwah Al-Hikmah Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi’i Genteng Banyuwangi: 1. Program Radio Dakwah Al-Hikmah Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi’i Genteng Banyuwangi, terbagi menjadi dua jenis: 1. Program Harian (Kajian Pagi, Salam Sapa Pendengar, Kajian Jelang Siang, Jeda dan Murottal, Kajian Siang, Kajian Sore, Request Jeda dan Murottal, Kajian Malam, Dzikir Pagi, Sore dan Malam, Jeda & Ceramah Singkat) 2. Program Mingguan (Live Kajian Ahad Sore, Live/ Rilae Kajian Dauroh, Live Kajian Bersama Artivisi Senin Malam, Hallo Dokter), 2. Radio dakwah Al-Hikmah dalam pengelolaan program siaran dawah telah memiliki sistem rencana kerja yang bersifat jangka panjang, jangka menengah, dan jangka pendek, 3. Faktor Pendukung (Radio dakwah Al-Hikmahtelah banyak memiliki program dakwahnya. 2. Persiapan penyiaran yang dilakukan oleh radio dakwah Al-Hikmahtelah sesuai dengan metode yang sebaik-baiknya. Faktor Penghambat: Kondisi cuaca yang buruk membuat program siaran terganggu, Jangkauan frekuwensi hanya di Banyuwangi saja, Dana yang Kurang Memadai.

Abstract

In the context of community life, the “plurality” of religions or pluralism is often controversial which can disrupt the intergrity of society. There is no plural society that can be free of ethnic and communal tensions. Wonorejo Village community is a plural society, consisting of four ethnic tribes and four different religions, but community life is full of togetherness. This study aims to test empirically the focus of the problems that have been written are: What are the activities of propaganda in plural communities in the Village District Wonorejo Banyuputih Situbondo? What is the strategy of dakwah in plural society in Wonorejo Village, Banyuputih Sub-District, Situbondo Regency? The theoretical study used to base research activities under the title “Strategy of Dakwah on Plural Society in Wonorejo Village Banyuputih Sub-District of Situbondo Regency” is about dakwah strategy and plural society, while the methodology used to answer from the focus of this research problem is qualitative research with study approach case, this research was conducted in Wonorejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency, to complete the data of this research using observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of qualitative data used to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that Wonorejo Village is a village that still upholds customs and ancestral heritage. Based on the of this study obtained the conclusion: a). That dakwah activity in plural society in Wonorejo Village is the form of: preaching bi al-hal, pioneering Islamic activity, commemoration of Islamic Day, establishing Islamic education institution, preaching with community empowerment, dakwah through community institution or mass organization, cultural dakwah. b). The Dakwah strategy for plural society in Wonorejo Village is to use cultural infiltration strategy, ta`lim strategy or education, sentimental strategy and recitals strategy. Abstract

In today's digital era, publication of scientific works is a standard for the progress of universities and even the State. Publication of articles in journals both nationally and internationally is a standard for the development of science and technology which is loved by many people including Indonesians. Therefore, IJIC is present as a scientific journal to contest in the standard of higher education progress. To support the management of online journal system journals and arouse the spirit of writing scientific articles, IJIC held a workshop on reputable article writing techniques and management of Online Journal System journal management, by presenting two reliable resource persons namely Al Khanif, SH, MA, Ph.D as Editor in Chief Journal Of Southeast Asian Human Rights and Director of the center for human rights, multiculturalism and migration (CHRM2) Chair Persons of the Indonesian Consortium for Human Rights Lectures, SEPAHAM Indonesia and Dr. Abdul Muhid, M.Sc as Editor In Chief Engagement: Journal of Community Service Kopertais Region IV Surabaya that has been accredited by Sprott 3. ID Scopus 57209454955. The results obtained from the workshop were at least three things namely First; the author is a writer who studies deeply, is written and then published. Second; the writing style of the IJIC article is seven in general namely the title. Ownership lines (byline), Abstracts, Keywords (keywords), Body of writing, references, and completeness of articles. Third; the editorial board of IJIC has an extraordinary passion for serving science, even though it is not supported by various things such as facilities and finance. Even though the journal management agency must have the ability to organize journal publishing. This is based because the institution must have the capital to publish a journal and have an IP address network device and have an online journal publishing information system or better known as an online journal system (OJS).

Abstract

This study aims to know the forms of therapeutic communication conducted by doctors and paramedics in Patient Health Services, especially toward patients in one of the Islamic hospitals in Banyuwangi, namely Al Huda GentengBanyuwangi. This study also signifies the application of communication therapeutic performed by doctors and paramedics on patients in order to provide the best health services and find an overview of the patient's response to the application of therapeutic communication applied with the principles of Islamic Communication. The theoretical framework used in this study is the Interpersonal Communication Theory proposed by Joseph A. Devito, Therapeutic Communication Theory initiated by Hildegard Peplau, and also the Theory and principles of Islamic Communication based on the Al Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of data collection is observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The Informants in this study were doctors and paramedics as communicators in the process of therapeutic communication and patients as communicants or recipients of therapeutic communication services. The data is processed using the Miles and Huberman models, namely through three steps, the first is data reduction, the second step is presenting the data, and the last stage is the conclusion. The results of the research revealed that forms of therapeutic communication carried out by doctors and paramedics/ nurses towards patients in the orientation phase, working phase and phase of termination were through interpersonal communication with the delivery of messages through forms of verbal communication, written communication, and nonverbal communication. The form of verbal communication is implemented through clear and concise dimensions, vocabulary, pauses and speaking opportunities, the meaning of denotative and connotative appropriate time, and also relevance humor. The form of written communication is carried out through letters, memos, prescription drugs with attention to clarity and accuracy of messages, and forms of nonverbal communication carried out through self-appearance, tone of voice, facial expressions, and touch. All forms and dimensions of interpersonal communication have not been applied and provided by doctors and paramedics/nurses, as well as the principles of Islamic communication which have not implemented optimally. It also does not become a guideline in providing health services to patients in Islamic hospitals in GentengBanyuwangi yet. Abstract

Da'wah is not only understood by the meaning but also as a science, but must be understood as a noble behavior to create a happy life both in the world and hereafter. Thus, da'wah has moral responsibility to fulfill the intended purpose. Because da'wah is the process of conveying religious messages, da'wah cannot be separated from the communication process. In other words, preaching must pay attention to the principles of communication, especially in terms of patterns of inter-cultural communication, especially when the mission is delivered in the midst of non-Muslim communities. This paper has three main issues, are: 1) the concept of understanding the importance of maintaining harmony; 2) the da'wah strategy in the midst of the Hindu community, so that it does not adversely affect social harmony; and 3) the pattern of relations between Muslim and Hindu communities in maintaining social harmony. These three issues are the focus of writing this article. This paper gives the message that survival while maintaining harmony in differences is an obligation. Religious differences should not be a barrier to staying together, socializing and side by side. Because in essence every religion craves peace and harmony in the life of the nation and state. Abstract

Dialog interaktif melalui radio terbukti efektif dan efisien karena bisa dilakukan dimanapun dan dalam kondisi apapun. Mengingat, fungsi radio yang fleksibel, bisa dibawa kemana-mana, apalagi saat ini ada radio streaming yang terdapat pada semua handphone android. Sama halnya dengan Radio Republik Indonesia di Kabupaten Jember, yang memiliki program siaran Dialog Agama Islam yang eksis sejak Radio Republik Indonesia berdiri, hingga kini. Terbukti, acara ini banyak disukai dan mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat pendenar. Melalui acara ini, pendengar bisa berdialog langsung dengan da’i yang mengisi acara tersebut, seputar permasalahan yang terjadi baik terhadap dirinya sendiri, keluarga atau lingkungan sekitarnya. Inilah yang menjadi alasan ketertarikan peneliti untuk meneliti program siaran Dialog Agama Islam di Radio Republik Indonesia Kabupaten Jember. Fokus penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana karakteristik pesan dakwah yang diproduksi pada acara dialog agama Islam di Radio Republik Indonesia Kabupaten Jember. (2) Bagaimana produksi pesan dakwah pada acara dialog agama Islam di Radio Republik Indonesia Kabupaten Jember. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah (1) memahami karakteristik pesan dakwah yang diproduksi pada acara dialog agama Islam di Radio Republik Indonesia Kabupaten Jember (2) Memahami proses produksi pesan dakwah pada acara dialog agama Islam di Radio Republik Indonesia Kabupaten Jember. Tesis ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data model Miles dan Hubermas, yang menggunakan tiga langkah, diantaranya, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kemudian untuk memperoleh keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan metode triangulasi, peerdebriefing dan depentabilitas. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pesan dakwah yang dikemas dalam bentuk dialog interaktif melalui acara Dialog Agama Islam di Radio Republik Indonesia Kabupaten Jember, mendapatkan respon yang baik dari masyarakat. Hal ini terbukti, dengan jumlah tren pendengar serta pendengar yang merespon saat acara dialog berlangsung. Respon ini tidak hanya melalui jalur telepon, namun juga melalui sms, what’s upp dan facebook serta surat. (2) Permasalahan-permasalahan yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat mencakup masalah ibadah, ekonomi, hubungan suami istri, sampai kepada masalah narkoba dan bagaimana memahami ikhtilaf atau perbedaan yang ada di masyarakat. (3) Acara berlangsung sejak pukul 05.00 sampai 06.00 WIB ini, memungkinkan pendengar menikmatinya, mengingat waktu tersebut merupakan waktu santai bagi sebagian orang, sedangkan bagi-bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga maupun karier adala waktu untuk memmpersiapan sarapan bagi keluarga. Sementara radio, merupakan media efektif dan fleksibel yang bisa didengarkan dimana saja, baik saat berada di dalam kamar, saat sedang memasak, bahkan di dalam kendaraan.

Abstract

In this paper, the author presents a study of the ethics of leader communication based on the behavior of the Prophet through the hadith. This research method uses descriptive qualitative by collecting the hadiths in the kutubut tis’ah. Based on the types of communication, the traditions related to the ethics of communication verbally and nonverbally will be examined. From the results of the study, there are three hadiths that discuss the ethics of verbal communication, namely first, not too fast, clear, firm, secondly repeat until understanding, third, only speak necessary, begin and end with basmalah, and not insulting and hadith which discusses four the thing in non-verbal communication is the hadith regarding body language, signs, deeds, and objects.

Abstract

Hijab or jilbab has become familiar in Indonesia. It is certainly influenced by the increasing of understanding of Muslim women in Indonesia related to their obligations to cover their genitals. Muslimah's interest in hijab has been put well by television advertising providers. The use of hijab in advertisements is solely to attract consumers, with the biggest target market being Muslim women in Indonesia. It has an impact on the proliferation of products that choose advertising stars that are closely related to hijab. One of them is shampoo products, such as the Rejoice shampoo advertisement version of Fatin Shidqia Lubis, Clear version of Sivia Azizah, and Wardah version of Dewi Sandra. Therefore, the researcher used Stuart Hall's encoding decoding reception analysis method, where the audience is positioned as an active audience in interpreting the content of media messages to find out what the meaning of the hijab is shown in Rejoice, Clear, and Wardah shampoo advertisements. As a result, the three Muslim women studied, namely Al Irsyad, Fatayat, and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, all of them had different results. For Al Irsyad, she turns out that his position is in the hegemonic dominant position for Wardah shampoo commercials and in opposition to Rejoice and Clear shampoo advertisements. Meanwhile, Fatayat is in the dominant hegemonic position for the three shampoo advertisements. And for Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, she is in hegemonic dominance for Wardah, negotiating for Rejoice, and opposing Clear.

Abstract

Communication is an activity of humans as social creatures who cannot live without others. Meanwhile, communication is the process of conveying and receiving messages. The purpose of communication is to influence the communicant to do what is meant in the message. Communication can be success if people have closeness or similarity in understanding the message of communication. Otherwise, conflict will occur. A conflict will affect to the harmony. Conflict can be strengthen the harmony or divide a nation. To facilitate the communication process, a pattern (form, model) is needed in communication, especially communication between cultures or between religions. Culture and religion are very vulnerable to create a conflict, so communication between cultures or religions in Indonesia is very needed, since Indonesian is very plural. In other words, the function of communication is to maintain multicultural or multi-religious harmony. The purpose of this study is to determine the communication patterns of the Sumbermulyo community, Pesanggaran sub-district, Banyuwangi regency in maintaining multicultural community harmony. In addition, this study is qualitative. In Determination of informants, it uses snowball techniques, while data are collected by interviews, structured interviews, and documentation. In analysing the data, it starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation to drawing conclusions. The results of this study shows that the formation of the communication patterns of the Sumbermulyo community is influenced by the great power of Javanese culture. It is able to influence the communication of the Sumbermulyo community to be harmonious.
