Abstract

In recent years, there have been many studies conducted with the aim of making it easier to determine vacant parking lots in a parking area. In this study, the authors discuss the creation of an application to calculate the availability of vacant parking lots using the Image Processing method. OpenCV is a library in the Python programming language that is needed during the Image Processing process. OpenCV will help to create applications related to images such as images or photos and videos. The methodology of the Image Processing and OpenCV processes, along with their descriptions, will be provided in this research. In this application, the technology used is video image processing through video recording taken from an overhead angle using a drone camera. The data needed by this application is a video recording of the car when entering or leaving the parking lot. Then the data will be processed through an engine, then the output generated from the application is in the form of an image file of a parking lot that is entering or leaving the parking lot in file.png format. The program will give the value of each object that is in the available parking space. If the Count < 900, it means that there are no large objects, namely cars, in the parking lot. If the count > 900, it means that there is a large object, namely a car, in the parking lot. In the trial phase using a sample in the form of a video with 10 respondents stating that 92.6% of this application could function according to its purpose and it was found that there were no problems in calculating the application and the application could run properly and as the purpose of making it, namely as a calculator for the availability of parking areas on a land open parking.

Abstract

Forecasting is one effort that is often carried out by every institution with various business fields. Electricity consumption is a problem that requires a solution in the form of a forecasting model. The electricity consumption data is in the form of time series data which when used for forecasting can be in the form of univariate data or multivariate data. Forecasting using univariate data will be carried out in this study by utilizing the stacking method with the hope of producing a low RMSE value so that the accuracy of the research results becomes better. Besides that, the stacking method will also be applied to three different data intervals to find out the type of interval that is able to provide the smallest error value. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of stacking was able to reduce the RMSE value by 0.7%. In addition, the fact is also generated that the shortest data interval is better able to provide the smallest RMSE with a difference of about 7% with a longer interval.

Abstract

Every year more than 2 million Americans die from heart disease which is the number one killer in the world. The results of the Sample Registration System (SRS) survey show that heart disease is the highest cause of death at all ages after stroke, which is 12.9%. The method used in this study uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The purpose of this study is to determine if anyone with heart disease has a stroke. From the research results obtained by splitting data using 80:20 to get a prediction accuracy rate of 83% for heart disease prediction cases. In the trial results using the label test data obtained, namely no stroke.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the growth of a group of abnormal cells in the cervix (mouth of the womb). The lack of knowledge in diagnosing women against cervical cancer is around 60% - 77%. Lack of diagnostic knowledge about cervical cancer symptoms so that many women do not know the symptoms of cervical cancer and have two possibilities whether it is cervical cancer symptoms or symptoms of other diseases. The purpose of the study was to design an Android-based cervical cancer early detection application to monitor cervical cancer early in helping women diagnose independently. The R&D (Research and Development) research method functions to generate, develop and test the effectiveness of the product (an android-based cervical cancer early detection application) and the forward chaining method functions in making decisions based on the facts that are inputted so as to produce conclusions. home menu, diagnoses, diagnostic results and profiles, starting with the user clicking the diagnosis menu in selecting the symptoms he is experiencing, then the user clicking the diagnostic results menu to see the results of the symptoms that have been diagnosed and have 4 criteria, namely cervical cancer stage 1, cervical cancer stage 2, cervical cancer stage 3 and cervical cancer stage 4. The conclusion of the application where the functional input and output runs well in accordance with the basic concepts that have been made and can be implemented.

Abstract

Abstract Irrigation is a system of damming water sources to irrigate paddy fields. One of the farmer's activities that is still manual is monitoring or supervising the water supply by opening and closing the gates of the bunds in conditions of shortage or excess of water in paddy fields. The purpose of this research is to design a rice field irrigation monitoring system using Android-based ESP8266 with Telegram Bot mode. The research method used is Research and Development, using flowcharts as problem solving, using block diagrams as a guideline for how the designed tool system works. The test results begin by activating the switch button, activating wifi on the smartphone, then activating the Telegram application to provide commands and monitoring information such as the water level to be detected by the ultrasonic sensor and the order to enter water into the paddy fields according to the size of the incoming water discharge detected through the sensor flow meters, in and out pumps will supply water in and out to paddy fields when land conditions are lacking and exceeding the water level limit. The conclusions drawn from research on rice field irrigation monitoring systems using Android-based ESP8266 with mode can help farmers in monitoring or supervising irrigation water in paddy fields with remote control and tool testing can work well as expected. Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, there were two popular Covid-19 variants, namely Delta and Omicron. A non-laboratory approach is needed to detect the Delta and Omicron variants of Covid-19 to prevent a high risk of exposure to these two variants. This study proposes the detection of COVID-19 variants of Delta and Omicron using computerized tomography scan (CT-scan) images of the lungs using distance-based classification. There are 5 distance-based classification methods used to determine the best performance for the Delta and Omicron variant Covid-19 classification. Performance is measured based on the comparison of accuracy, precision and recall of each distance method. The distance method used in this study is Euclidean, Manhattan, Minkowski, Chebyshev, and Canberra. The dataset used was downloaded from the Kaggle database. There are 440 total CT-scan images of the lungs which are divided into 220 Covid-19 images of the Delta and Omicron variants and 220 non-Covid-19 images as training data. Meanwhile, there are test data of 140 Covid-19 images for the Delta and Omicron variants and 140 non-Covid-19 images. Based on the comparison of the performance of distance-based classification, it is concluded that the Manhattan Distance has the best performance compared to the other 4 distance methods. Manhattan distance has an accuracy of 58.57%, precision of 56.52%, and recall with a value of 74.28%. Meanwhile, the lowest accuracy value is owned by the Eucliean Distance of 48.21%. Then, the Minkowski distance has the lowest precision and recall with values ​​of 48.41% and 54.28%.

Abstract

Sistem pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik yang bersih, transparan, merupakan tantangan yang harus dijawab oleh lembaga pemerintahan dalam menjalankan fungsinya. Di lain pihak, kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang demikian pesat membuka peluang bagi pengaksesan, pengelolaan dan pendayagunaan informasi dalam volume yang besar secara cepat dan akurat. Sistem Database Terdistribusi merupakan suatu bentuk arsitektur sistem dimana komputer-komputer yang berdiri secara otonom dapat saling berkomunikasi dan berbagi resource tanpa memperdulikan dimana komputer platform yang digunakan. Penerapan basis data terdistribusi (distributed database) secara on –line berbasis web ini didasarkan atas pemikiran dan skabilitas dan pengembangan dimasa yang akan datang dalam membangun aplikasi E-Government terutama dalam permintaan data tentang kependudukan suatu wilayah dan pelayanan bagi masyarakat akan status atau identitas sebagai warga negara Indonesia yang ada di Kab. Pangkep. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi suatu transformasi bagi pertumbuhan Indonesia dalam menciptakan suatu pelayanan publik yang memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat terutama dibidang kesejahteraan penduduk serta kepada Dinas Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Pangkep dapat memonitoring arus jumlah penduduk suatu wilayah di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Algoritma Genetika akan melakukan pencarian untuk mencari solusi ideal, dimana pada penelitian ini jadwal matakuliah akan diposisikan ke jadwal yang ideal, kegiatan penjadwalan tersebut harus selesai dalam waktu yang telah ditentukan dengan memperhitungkan variabel yang terkait seperti ruangan tersedia, memisah matakuliah praktikum dan teori, dan/atau kesediaan dosen mengampuh matakuliah. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini menyeimbangkan antara kesediaan dosen dalam mengampuh mata kuliah dengan waktu dan ruang yang tersedia, dimana waktu kesediaannya dosen dalam mengampuh matakuliah diwaktu tersebut akan dibobot menggunakan metode topsis dan dilakukan pencarian waktu yang ideal bagi setiap dosen, serta waktu pengerjaan penjadwalan matakuliah yang dilakukan oleh tim penyusun jadwal matakuluah menjadi semakin singkat yang sebelumnya 2 hingga 4 hari menjadi kurang dari sehari.
