Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of liquidity ratios, profitability, solvency and asset turnover ratios on share prices in energy sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The phenomenon that occurred was when the energy sector stock index became the highest compared to other sectors throughout 2022, reaching 36 percent with growth of 2.1 percent. The sampling method for this research uses a purposive sampling method, where of the eighty-four energy sector companies, only thirty-two companies were selected that had complete financial reports for 2021-2022. The results of the research show that the variable factors Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio partially have a negative effect on stock prices, while the variable factors Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover ratios partially have a positive effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have a significant influence on share prices. It is hoped that future research will be able to determine the effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kurangnya perwakilan perempuan pada posisi kepemimpinan di sektor garmen Indonesia meskipun mereka merupakan mayoritas tenaga kerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, termasuk wawancara yang menginterpretasikan pengalaman bias gender karyawan, untuk menganalisis norma-norma sosiobudaya dan praktik-praktik sistemik yang menguntungkan laki-laki yang berkontribusi terhadap ketimpangan tersebut. Kerangka "four frames of gender in organization" menstruktur investigasi mendalam tentang stereotip maskulin kepemimpinan yang membatasi peluang dan menghambat kemajuan perempuan. Analisis PESTLE dan SWOT lebih lanjut mengevaluasi faktor eksternal dan internal yang mempertahankan ketidaksetaraan. Penelitian menguji hipotesis bahwa mengatasi bias dan hambatan dapat mencapai representasi gender yang merata untuk meningkatkan potensi perempuan yang saat ini kurang dimanfaatkan, yang akan meningkatkan keberlanjutan sektor. Inisiatif seperti program pendampingan dan evaluasi yang adil bertujuan untuk mengakui kapabilitas perempuan sebagai pemimpin. Penelitian memberikan wawasan praktis untuk membimbing perusahaan di sektor menuju kesetaraan gender yang lebih besar. Dengan menganalisis masalah penelitian seputar ketidaksetaraan dalam industri garmen, penelitian ini berupaya memberikan kontribusi substansial terhadap diskursus dan memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk perubahan positif. Penelitian ini beraspirasi untuk membentuk lanskap yang inklusif di mana potensi semua individu direalisasikan sepenuhnya terlepas dari gender.

Abstract

Model penerimaan teknologi (TAM) mengusulkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan memprediksi penggunaan alat. Studi yang sedang berjalan menyelidiki TAM untuk tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan dengan teknologi DubDub, dan menggunakan TAM sebagai dasar untuk membuat hipotesis pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap penggunaan DubDub sebagai alat memantau kondisi jantung saat bekerja. Kematian terhadap serangan jantung saat melakukan aktivitas menurut data kemenkes diIndonesia sangat tinggi. Hal ini telah menjadi momok menakutkan bagi pekerja usia produktif, sehingga perlu adanya alat yang dapat memonitor kondisi jantung secara realtime. DubDub sebagai wearable electrocardiograph diharapkan mampu mengurangi tingkat kematian akibat serangan jantung di Indonesia, walaupun DubDub tidak menggantikan kegunaan ECG yang berada dirumah sakit. Studi ini berfokus pada penyelidikan penerimaan pengguna individu terhadap DubDub di masyarakat sebagai alat monitor jantung yang efektif. Ini mengembangkan model penggunaan teknologi untuk kesehatan. Kontribusi penelitian ini ada tiga. Pertama, penelitian ini dapat membantu mengidentifikasi apakah pengguna ingin menerima DubDub atau sebaliknya. Kedua, penelitian ini akan membantu menentukan faktor apa saja yang signifikan dalam menjelaskan niat terhadap DubDub. Sebuah upaya dilakukan apakah keyakinan sikap seperti persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan memiliki hubungan terhadap adopsi DubDub. Ketiga, penelitian ini termasuk yang pertama menggunakan model penerimaan teknologi dalam konteks telemedicine.

Abstract

Indonesia berhasil meningkatkan rasio elektrifikasi 88.3% pada tahun 2015 menjadi 99,63% pada 2022. Capaian ini diantaranya dengan mengejar elektrifikasi di daerah tertinggal, terdepan dan terluar dan transmigrasi, banyak diantaranya di pulau-pulau terpencil. Usaha ketenagalistrikan di Indonesia yang hanya melibatkan sedikit sektor swasta menyebabkan listrik pedesaan harus ditanggung oleh pemerintah. Salah satu program penting adalah penerapan listrik pedesaan berbasis energi terbarukan (ET). Tugas ini dibebankan kepada Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi (Dirjen EBTKE). Tujuan utama program ini adalah meningkatkan rasio elektrifikasi sekaligus meningkatkan porsi ET pada bauran energi nasional. Kajian ini bertujuan meneliti sejauh mana program ini dilaksanakan dan mendapatkan aspek keberlanjutan yang penting untuk mengevasluasi keberhasilan program tersebut. Kajian ini membatasi hanya untuk program kelistrikan pedesaan yang dibiayai APBN DJ EBTKE dengan jenis pembangkit PLTMH dan PLTS. Kebaruan penelitian ini menggunakan data terakhir sampai 2022 dan kajian literatur kualitatif untuk melihat aspek keberlanjutannya. Keberhasilan program ini dievaluasi menggunakan aspek keberlanjutan. Temuan kajian ini mendapatkan bahwa program ini dinilai baik pada dimensi teknis, sosial/ etis, dan lingkungan. Tetapi program ini sangat kurang jika dinilai dari dimensi ekonomi dan organisasi/ institusi. Kebijakan pemerintah pusat yang berbasiskan capaian tahunan anggaran APBN cenderung menggunakan pendekatan top-down dan menetapkan tujuan jangka pendek, dengan indikator kapasitas pembangkit terpasang (installed capacity). Sedangkan komunitas pedesaan sebagai pengguna dan stakeholder kunci program ini cenderung diperlakukan sebagai penerima bantuan dan kurang dilibatkan secara penuh. Akibatnya keberlanjutan pembangkit yang terpasang menjadi tantangan besar di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The aim of this journal research is to propose the implementation of a performance management system with a focus on the Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) at PT. Pusatex. Recognizing the importance of a robust performance management framework, the proposed system aims to address key challenges within the company, including traditional marketing methods, the absence of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the company's system, and inefficiencies in the use of machinery and production tools. By implementing IPMS, the goal is to enhance the overall company performance, align business objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The primary objective is to shape a dynamic and responsive performance management system that not only addresses current challenges but also positions PT. Pusatex to build an effective performance management system to compete with global competitors.

Abstract

This research aims to design a performance management system suitable for the company. The design is created by translating the company's future objectives to enable growth and competitiveness. The research utilizes the Knowledge-Based Performance Management System (KBPMS) framework, as it can address the existing issues in the company. The KBPMS framework aims to assist companies that have not yet achieved their vision by utilizing all aspects owned by the company. There are three perspectives in KBPMS: organizational output, internal processes, and resource capabilities. This research results in a performance management system with 25 key performance indicators (KPIs) derived from the company's vision, mission, strategy, business processes, and discussions between the researcher and the company. It is hoped that by implementing the performance management system, the company can achieve its targets and develop its business lines to compete competitively.

Abstract

In Indonesia, company performance measurement is regulated by standards such as Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) published by the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI). PT Kita Bersama, which operates in the direct sales sector, has experienced a decline in revenue in the last 5 years. One of the causes is the absence of clear performance indicators for employees so that they work without adequate targets and control. Therefore, this thesis research aims to propose the implementation of an integrated performance management system at PT Kita Bersamawith a focus on product marketing and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The result is 23 KPIs derived from the company's strategy and business processes to carry out more comprehensive performance measurement and evaluation. Furthermore, the Knowledge Based Performance Management System (KBPMS) is designed to overcome various company challenges related to data integration, employee involvement, alignment of activities with vision and mission, and performance management. KBPMS is also based on five principles to simplify operations, increase efficiency, and drive sustainable growth of the company. By implementing this knowledge management system, it is hoped that company performance can be improved in a structured manner according to long-term targets.

Abstract

PT XYZ, a leading gaming company in Indonesia, underwent strategic transformation in 2023 - shifting focus to become a multifaceted gaming services provider in Southeast Asia. This research analyzed PT XYZ's performance appraisal system, identified gaps, and recommended improvements aligned with its renewed vision. The annual appraisal comprises cultural and competence reviews using 360-degree feedback. Self-assessments are veryfied before submission to HR, which produces mapping leading to Talent Mapping. Research objectives were assessing strengths/weaknesses, identifying gaps, and recommending practical enhancements tailored to PT XYZ. Diagnostic qualitative methodology examined the system. Results revealed fragmented data, scalability issues, dynamic criteria, subjectivity, limited feedback and recognition, and incomplete evaluations - despite a structured cultural/competence review. Proposed improvements include modernizing tools, enabling continuous feedback, and refining indicators reflecting industry demands. Recommendations aim to simplify appraisals, boost engagement, reduce subjectivity, and enable holistic evaluation - ultimately enhancing motivation, retention, and strategic alignment. Impact lies in potential to position PT XYZ as a leading regional gaming outsourcer. This contributes insights on optimizing appraisals for the Indonesian gaming industry. By addressing gaps and aligning systems to industry dynamics, recommendations can foster more engaging and effective evaluations at PT XYZ.

Abstract

Lembaga perbankan di Indonesia mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan. Lembaga ini bertugas untuk menghimpun dana dari masyarakat. Berbagai hal mewarnai perkembangan perbankan di Indonesia seperti kemajuan teknologi. Dalam menghadapi persaingannya, bank berusaha untuk menghasilkan laba yang tinggi. Laba dapat diukur dengan rentabilitas. Profitabilitas adalah kemampuan suatu perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba pada periode tertentu. Profitabilitas menunjukkan kinerja yang dicapai suatu perusahaan dalam menjalankan operasi pada periode tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mengetahui profitabilitas pada PD. BPR Beber Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Hasil Pengujian Kaulitas hasil penjualan terhadap peningkatan laba baik secara Korelasi (Hubungan), Regresi (Pengaruh),maupun Uji Signifikansi (Uji t). Koefisien Korelasi antara hasil penjualan dengan peningkatan laba sebesar 0,522 termasuk dalam kategori hubungan sangat kuat. Thitung(3,57) lebih besar darit tabel(2,032) atau thitung berada didaerah penolakan H0 dengan demikian H0 ditolak atau Ha diterima. Perkembangan Faktor Perputaran Piutang pada PD. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Beber Cirebon, dari Januari 2015 sampai dengan Desember 2017 mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan tiap bulannya.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between job design, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance in an organization. These factors are considered to have an important role in creating optimal working conditions and encouraging employees to achieve high performance. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The respondents of this study were employees from several organizations in various industrial sectors. Data were collected through questionnaires adapted from instruments that have been tested for reliability. The results of data analysis showed a positive relationship between good job design and employee performance. This suggests that when job duties and responsibilities are clearly organized, employees have a better chance of achieving set performance goals. In addition, the results also show that a good work environment contributes positively to employee performance. Factors such as social support, adequate physical facilities, and a positive organizational culture can increase employee motivation and engagement, which in turn improves their performance. In conclusion, this study provides a more in-depth understanding of the relationship between job design, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance. This research is expected to provide guidance and recommendations for management practitioners to implement effective strategies to improve employee performance in their work environment.
