Abstract

The Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) for the Development of the Plered Ceramics Center in Purwakarta became one of the centers of research and development of pottery and ceramics. In addition to be an educational tour for a number of local and outside students of Purwakarta Regency, UPTD Ceramics Plered located in Purwakarta is used as a source of knowledge development for ceramic craftsmen from outside the city. The activities in UPTD Ceramics Plered are in the form of training and events, training is given by UPTD to the community to be able to take part in the training held by UPTD Ceramics Plered and events for craftsmen so they can participate in the event. Information on activities and products can be obtained from a web-based information system. Development of UPTD information systems Development of web-based Ceramic Plered Centers using PHP with Laravel Framework, databases using MySQL. The information system that has been developed has been implemented with the url http://uptdkeramik.purwakartakab.go.id. The information obtained consisted of information about UPTD Plered, products in the form of pottery and ceramics, activities and news. Activity data consists of event containing event data to be carried out and can be followed by artisans and training containing activity data to be carried out by UPTD Plered which can be followed by registering the training.Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pengembangan Sentra Keramik Plered di Purwakarta menjadi salah satu pusat penelitian dan pengembangan gerabah dan keramik. Selain menjadi wisata edukasi bagi sejumlah pelajar lokal maupun luar Kabupaten Purwakarta, UPTD Pengembangan Sentra Keramik Plered yang berada di Purwakarta ini dijadikan sebagai sumber pengembangan ilmu bagi pengrajin keramik dari luar kota. Kegiatan yang ada di UPTD Pengembangan Sentra Keramik Plered berupa pelatihan dan event. Pelatihan yang diadakan oleh UPTD Pengembangan Sentra Keramik Plered diberikan untuk dapat diikuti masyarakat dan event kepada pengrajin sehingga dapat mengikuti event tersebut. Informasi kegiatan maupunproduk bisa didapatkan dari sistem informasi berbasis web. Pengembangan sistem informasi UPTD Pengembangan Sentra Keramik Plered berbasis web menggunakan PHP dengan Laravel Framework dan database menggunakan MySQL. Sistem informasi yang telah dikembangkan ini sudah diimplementasikan dengan URL http://uptdkeramik.purwakartakab.go.id. Informasi yang diperoleh terdiri dari informasi tentang UPTD Plered, produk berupa gerabah dan keramik, kegiatan dan berita. Data kegiatan terdiri atas event yang berisi data event yang akan dilaksanakan dan diikuti oleh pengrajin dan data pelatihan yang berisi data kegiatan yang akan dilakukan UPTD Plered yang diikuti dengan cara mendaftar pelatihan tersebut.

Abstract

This study evaluates how sales staff and training hours affect PT.X's retail sales performance from March 2021 to June 2023. The quantitative time series analysis shows that both variables significantly affect monthly gross merchandise value (GMV), with training hours having a greater effect. The regression study shows that each salesperson and training hour improve GMV by IDR 17,890,000 and IDR 168,189,000. The R² value of 0.645 emphasises the significance of sales training, as well-trained staff can improve sales outcomes and maintain performance during workforce reductions. Strategic managerial decision-making requires a balanced strategy that prioritises quality training to optimise sales success. Future research should consider additional factors such as market conditions and customer satisfaction for a comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to create a map of brand equity and service quality perceptions of Bank C relative to four other banks in Indonesia, namely Bank KBMI Category 3. Customer perception maps were constructed by asking customers to provide overall similarity ratings for Brand Equity and Service Quality pairs on a metric scale. The study included Bank A, Bank B, Bank C, Bank D, and Bank E customers in Indonesia. One hundred eight respondents were sampled using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method, which groups many variables into several factors with similar characteristics. Additionally, the Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) method was used, a data analysis technique used to explore the data structure based on similarities or dissimilarities. Based on the analysis results, it was found that according to the perceptions of Bank C customers, the bank scored low in the Reliability factor. At the same time, Bank B had the lowest scores in Brand Loyalty and Brand Awareness factors. This indicates that the strengths of both banks lie in these factors. Subsequently, Bank A, Bank E, and Bank D followed in sequential order.

Abstract

The health industry in Indonesia faces a variety of complex and multidimensional challenges. In the face of fierce competition from hospitals that offer self-contained laboratory services and the development of infrastructure that facilitates access to more well-equipped healthcare facilities, it is important to understand how service quality affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to explore the influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at the X Clinical Laboratory in Pematang Siantar City, as well as to examine the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator. The results show that Service Quality has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction (coefficient: 0.8825), indicating that an improvement in Service Quality will increase customer satisfaction. Based on these findings, the management of Clinical Laboratory X is advised to implement several strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty to remain the top choice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios such as PER, PBV, and ROE on stock returns in companies that have just conducted an IPO in the 2022-2023 period. The research population consists of companies that conducted IPOs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period July 2022 to July 2023. The study population was taken using the purposive random sampling method, which combines purposively sampling with a randomization process, to ensure valid representation. This study uses data on the financial statements of companies listed on the IDX during the period 2022-23. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial ratio and stock returns. The regression model developed was able to explain about 42.5% of the total variation in stock returns, showing that the independent variables used made a significantly contribution in explaining the fluctuations in stock return. This research could offer valuable implications for investors in evaluating IPO companies and assist companies in maintaining high profitability and good market reputation before going public. Moreover, findings could inform capital market regulators in developing policies aimed at enhancing investor protection and market efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana investasi dalam Corporate Social & EnvironmentResponsibility (CSER) yang berkontribusi terhadap Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dapatmeningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Studi kasus ini berfokus pada kerjasama antara PT RUI dan PTLHS dalam mitigasi perubahan iklim di Pulau Lembata, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode penelitiankualitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa investasi CSERyang strategis dapat memberikan manfaat lingkungan dan sosial, serta meningkatkan citraperusahaan. Implementasi CSER yang melibatkan program penanaman pohon Malapari,pemberdayaan komunitas lokal, dan penerapan standar Climate, Community & Biodiversity (CCBStandards) di Pulau Lembata, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap SDGs danmeningkatkan nilai perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of User Generated Content (UGC) and Company Generated Content (CGC) as marketing strategies on customer engagement on PT Coca-Cola Indonesia's Instagram. Using observations and questionnaires processed via SPSS, this research involved 105 respondents who had purchased Coca-Cola products and created UGC on Instagram. The research results show that both UGC and CGC have a positive and significant influence on customer engagement. UGC, which includes reviews, photos, videos, and comments from consumers, provides an authentic feel and builds trust and emotional connections with other consumers, thereby increasing engagement. CGC, in the form of advertising, promotional campaigns, and product information from the company, provides structured and high-quality information that supports the company's image. These two types of content complement each other in creating an interactive and dynamic environment, strengthening loyalty, and driving higher brand engagement and conversions.

Abstract

Return saham merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi investor untuk melakukan investasi pada saham. Return saham dapat diperoleh dari dividen dan capital gain/loss. Return saham dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satu diantaranya adalah rasio profitabilitas.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah rasio profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham subindustri pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Proxy rasio profitabilitas yang menjadi variabel pada penelitian ini adalah Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM), dan Return On Equity (ROE). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 17 perusahaan dengan 69 data untuk masing-masing variabel yang diteliti selama periode lima tahun (2019-2023). Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa EPS, NPM, dan ROE secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham subindustri pertambangan batu bara. Namun, secara parsial, hanya NPM yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham subindustri pertambangan batu bara. Sedangkan EPS dan ROE secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapa return saham subindustri pertambangan batu bara.

Abstract

Capital budgeting is an important part of a project, because it is a process for business evaluation that is useful for assessing the feasibility of a project. In previous projects, PT Sangkuriang Internasional did not calculate capital budgeting of the project and only looked at the possible profits based on the predicted cash flow. Capital budgeting will be used as a reference for companies or organizations to continue or not a project. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of the Electronic-Based Government System Application Development project from an economic perspective for the Sangkuriang Internasional company. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data will be taken from ongoing projects and some will be forecasted to complete incomplete data. The forecasting carried out will follow the advice given by the company's finance department. The results of the feasibility analysis show that the Electronic-Based Government System application development project is feasible to work on. From the results of the economic feasibility analysis, the value obtained was NPV = Rp 920.868.596,90, PI = 2,20, IRR = 26,497% per month (317,968% in 1 project), PP = 5.76 months, and RoI = 14.09% with the Weighted Average Cost of Capital used is 10%. So based on the results of economic feasibility shows that the Electronic-Based Government System application development project is still feasible to be continued by the company PT Sangkuriang Internasional.
