Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasikerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawanpada PT ALDACO CITRA JAYA di Gresik. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji F dan uji tdengan menggunakan program SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil uji validitas dari variabelkompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan menunjukkan bahwa semua butirpernyataan kuesioner valid karena nilai rhitung > rtabel. Hasil analisis uji reliabilitasmenunjukkan bahwa seluruh pernyataan reliabel dikarenakan nilai Cronbach Alpha0,825 > 0,6. Hasil analisis regresi liner berganda menunjukkan bahwa kinerjakaryawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja dengan persamaan Y =11,941 + 0,195 X1 + 0,256 X2 + e. Hasil analisis uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung >Ftabel yaitu 8,025 > 3,11 maka H0 ditolak pada tingkat signifikansi 5% dan H1diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara simultan variabel Kompensasi (X1) danMotivasi Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Y).Hasil analisis uji t variabel kompensasi menunjukkanbahwa nilai thitung 2,411 > ttabel 1,999 maka H0 ditolak pada tingkat signifikansi 5%sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan secara parsial variabel Kompensasi (X1)berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil analisis uji tvariabel motivasi kerja menunjukkan nilai thitung 3,673 > ttabel 1,999 maka H0 ditolakpada tingkat signifikansi 5% sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan secara parsialvariabel Motivasi Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerjaKaryawan (Y).Kata Kunci: KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI KERJA, KINERJA KARYAWAN  DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jbi.v12i2.2902

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada ketertarikan peneliti terhadap strategi pemasaranPT. Groen Indonesia untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada PT Groen Indonesia.Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan dekriptif. Data dikumpulkan mengguankanteknik wawancara, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis STP (Segmenting,Targeting, Positioning) dan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities,Threats). Analisis STP menunjukkan bahwa secara segmentasi customer perusahaansangat concern di bidang kebersihan. Secara targeting, targetnya adalah instansipemerintah ataupun swasta yang memiliki kesadaran lingkungan. Positioning yang ingindibangun adalah menjadi penyedia produk berkualitas tinggi dan memudahkan customerbaik dalam fungsi serta kemanfaatannya yang tinggi. Kemudian hasil penelitianmenemukan bahwa Hasil analisis SWOT menggunakan perhitungan IFAS dan EFASmenghasilkan posisi perusahaan pada kuadran kedua dalam Diagram Cartesius (koordinat0,55 : -0,42). Artinya kondisinya cukup baik karena memiliki kekuatan yang bagus, namunmemiliki ancaman yang mendorong perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi dan diversifikasiproduk maupun pelayanannya.Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Analisis STP, Analisis SWOT  DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jbi.v12i2.2903

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the business performance of tourism-based SMEs in the Banyuwangi Regency. The magnitude of the failure of MSME actors to maintain business sustainability due to increasingly fierce market competition is the reason to focus on this research. As MSME actors who are still pioneering, it is essential to support entrepreneurship skills and innovation to achieve sustainable business performance. The difficulties entrepreneurs face often stem from lack of knowledge or skills, lack of finance or capital, lack of mastery of information technology, and distribution of services/products produced. The data collected in this study was conducted through a survey of 94 MSME actors working in the tourism sector in the Banyuwangi Regency. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. This study's results show a significant effect of Sustainable Entrepreneurial Orientation on Innovation Capability and Business Performance; Innovation Capability Directly Affects Business Performance on MSMEs in Banyuwangi Regency. This means that the improvement of MSME business performance in Banyuwangi is strongly influenced by the ability of business actors to carry out sustainable development and innovation strategies  DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jbi.v13i1.3071

Abstract

The development of the era can affect the development of technology. With the development of this technology, it affects the marketing industry in Indonesia. The emergence of relatively small companies and relatively large companies. In this way, the marketing mix strategy will increase in increasing sales volume at Kedai Aneka Jus Gresik. The marketing mix strategy has the concept of marketing success to support the resulting product. And with this marketing mix, Kedai Aneka Jus optimizes services, and makes various product innovations and flavors that are always consistent and at affordable prices that can attract consumers' interest. And take advantage of opportunities to increase sales. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative type of research. In this qualitative research, it is carried out by field research and can also be considered a broad approach as a method for collecting qualitative data. This type of qualitative research is used to examine the sample and research population, the sampling technique is generally done by purposive sampling, while the data collection is usually done by in-depth interview sampling technique. Abstract

PT. Otsuka Indonesia, which is a well-known manufacturer of infusion fluids in Indonesia and has an established organizational structure, becomes an attraction for research on work placements and employee performance. This theme is important considering that a good job placement for its employees will have an impact on improving the overall performance of employees in a large scope of the company. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work placement on employee performance. Researchers used descriptive and associative approaches as the basis for the form of writing. The population in this study were 87 people who are employees of the production department at PT. Otsuka Indonesia, where they are one of the company's main components in production, and set all 87 respondents as saturated samples. The results showed that the hypothesis had a significant effect, namely job placement on employee performance. Employees consider that they have worked in accordance with the field of education they have, work based on knowledge to be able to analyze and identify a job, and the demands of the field of work have trained employees' skills in working by relying on stamina, level of focus, and thoroughness. The five aspects of employee performance which include discipline, high dedication, quantity of work, reliability, and attitude are also assessed by employees of the production division of PT Otsuka Indonesia as being fulfilled when they carry out their duties.  DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jbi.v13i1.3081

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga (MBK) Ventura in Malang Region. Employee performance can be improved if the company pays attention to the leadership and work motivation experienced by each employee. A controlled leadership style and level of motivation are able to enable employees to perform their duties and responsibilities properly according to what is directed by the leadership of the company. Besides that, it can also make employees increase the intensity of their performance. The data in this study were analyzed using quantitative methods with a total number of respondents as many as 61 employees and using five formulas, namely Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, T-test, F-Test and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership and work motivation affect employee performance by 84.6% and 15.4% are influenced by other variables which are not included in this study. Simultaneously and partially show that there is an influence between leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk periode tahun 2017  - 2019. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan yaitu rasio profitabilitas yang diwakili dengan Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Gross Profit Margin (GPM). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang diterbitkan oleh PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017 - 2019. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis rasio profitabilitas. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa Return on Asset (ROA) pada tahun 2017 sebesar 11,21%, tahun 2018 sebesar 13,55%, dan tahun 2019 sebesar 13,84%. Untuk Return on Equity (ROE) tahun 2017 sebesar 17,43%, tahun 2018 sebesar 20,51%, dan tahun 2019 sebesar 20,09%. Net Profit Margin (NPM) tahun 2017 menunjukkan persentase sebesar 9,95%, tahun 2018 sebesar 12,12%, dan tahun 2019 sebesar 12,67%. Sedangkan untuk Gross Profit Margin (GPM) tahun 2017 sebesar 31,06.%, tahun 2018 sebesar 31,93%, dan untuk tahun 2019 sebesar 34,05%. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ROA, NPM dan GPM mengalami kenaikan, sedangkan untuk ROE sedikit mengalami penurunan meskipun tidak signifikan selama masa penelitian.  DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jbi.v13i1.3083

Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City is a drinking water company owned by the regional government of Surabaya. The interesting thing to study at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya is related to the discipline of its employees. Handling customer complaints is usually resolved quickly if there are no problems in the field. This shows that the employee's performance is quite good and can be said to be disciplined in receiving, sorting and selecting, and resolving customer complaints. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative and associative research. This type of research is field research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. For data processing analysis techniques, namely linear regression analysis.The results of the study indicate that the discipline of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya employees can be said to be quite good. This can be seen from the disciplinary indicators whose questions were answered by respondents and stated that the discipline of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya received a fairly good response from employees. Abstract

The influence of human resources in an organization is increasingly being realized so that humans are seen as the most important asset in the company. The provision of compensation and the creation of a safe and comfortable work environment from the company to employees can affect employee performance to achieve a company goal. This study uses quantitative research where there are two variables, namely compensation and work environment as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to determine whether compensation and work environment had a significant effect on the performance of the Prayogi Pharmacy Surabaya employees. This research questionnaire was distributed to 60 respondents with simple random sampling technique, namely random sampling. This study uses primary data and data obtained from analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, to examine the variables of compensation and work environment on employee performance. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had no significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and the work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance.  DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jbi.v13i1.3073

Abstract

It is undeniable that technological advances are also felt in the automotive world. Technological advances in the automotive world can be seen by the many motorcycle manufacturers that produce motorized vehicles that have other advantages and advantages. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, product design and price on purchasing decisions for Honda beat motorcycle products. The research method is to use a quantitative approach. The research conducted by the researcher refers to the use and measurement of the linkert scale which is calculated from 1 to 5. The number of samples used is 100 samples. This study uses descriptive analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) and hypothesis testing using statistical methods supported by PLS 3.0 smart software. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, there are several conclusions. First, the results of this study have shown that there is a positive and significant influence between product quality variables on purchasing decisions. Second, the product design variable has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision variables.
