Abstract

Keputusan pemasaran seringkali berkaitan erat dengan empat masalah pokok, yakni produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi yang merupakan varibel-variabel dalam marketing mix. Dalam memilih sebuah produk konsumen tentunya memiliki kriteria evaluasi diantaranya  bagaimana kualitas produk, harga serta pelayanan yang diberikan dan tentunya marketing yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melihat seberapa pengaruhnya marketingmix terhadap penjualan pada toko pakaian bekas di kota Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan kuesioner, populasi dalam penelitian ini para konsumen yang datang dan membeli pakaian bekas toko, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Pengambilan sampelnya, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana konsumen yang memeli pakaian bekas. Teknik analisis data dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berga ndadimana untuk menentukan ketepatan prediksi dan pengaruh yang terjadi antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (Uji F) variabel bebas Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), Promotion (X4) secara simultan bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat Tingkat penjualan (Y) pada toko pakaian bekas Senja SecondBrand. Sementara itu secara parsial (uji T) variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan adalah Product dan Price, sedangkan Place dan Promotion memiliki pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dan tingkat penjualan pada toko pakaian bekas Senja SecondBrand.Kata kunci : Marketing mix, Penjualan

Abstract

ZLCH Clothing adalah brand atau merk yang bergerak pada bidang clothing yang menjualpakaian dan aksesoris.Brand ini mempunyai toko di Surabaya yang diberi nama ZLCH ConceptStore dan memiliki kantor yang tepisah dari gerainya.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi baranding yangdilakukan oleh ZLCH Clothing ini dalam meningkatkan penjualannya agar tetap menjadi brandyang bisa berkembang di era pasar bebas ini. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaranbagaimanakah implementasi atau cara branding yang dilakukan dan memperbaiki kelemahanyang ada.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang merupakan bagian dari analisiskualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data secara observasi, dokumentasi danwawancara mendalam yang berkaitan dengan strategi branding produk berdasarkan denganmenggunakan atribut produk yang meliputi, segi kualitas, fitur, desain, kemasan,label, pelayanan,jaminan, harga serta komponen identitas merk yaitu nama merk, logo dan simbol, slogan,karakter, jingle, URL/ Website yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam menemukan kekuatan,kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dengan metode SWOT.Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan diketahui Internal Factor Analysis Sumarry yangmenunjkan kekuatan sebesar 1,75 dan kelemahan sebesar 1,00. Sedangkan hasil EksternalFactor Analysis Sumarry menunjukan ancaman sebesar 1,10 dan peluang sebesar 1,35. Pilihanstrategi adalah SO, sehingga pada diagram SWOT terletak di kuadran I, yaitu perusahaanmemiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sehinggastrategu yang harus dilakukan adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan agresif (GrowthOriented Strategy)

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of E-Service Quality, BrandImage and Harga on Minat Beli Konsumen in Blibli.com Online Shop. In thiscase the researcher took a sample in the UPN "Veteran of East Java. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach.Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires torespondents. The population in this study is the Blibli.com UPN "Veteran"Consumer in East Java. The sample uses a purposive sampling method. thesampling technique with the characteristics of consumers who have madepurchases at Blibli.com Online Shop 2-3 times. Data analysis techniques in thisstudy used descriptive analysis techniques per variable and multiple linearregression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis using the t test, it is concluded that the E-Service Quality variable partially influences the variable of Minat BeliKonsumen then concluded the Price variable partially effect on Minat BeliKonsumen, Based on the results of the analysis using the F Test, the E-Service Quality,Brand Image and Harga variables were jointly and simultaneously influentialand significantly affected the Blibli.com Online Shop Minat Beli Konsumen inthe research case in the UPN "Veteran East Java consumer environment. Abstract

Human resources is one of the most important reasons which value andsupport the success of the company. This study is conducted to find out andanalyze The Actual Impact Of Motivation And Compensation To Employee'sAchievement Of  PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI SurabayaThis study is kind of descriptive and applied the quantitative researchmethod. Population is all employees with a sample amount of 70 respondents. Abstract

Pos Indonesia is a company engaged in goods delivery services that already have about24,000 service points that reach almost all sub-districts and villages/ villages, to remotelocations in Indonesia. This study explains what factors consumers consider in using PosIndonesia expedition services, which aims to know what factors influence consumers in usingPos Indonesia expedition services. Research method using quantitative research type, Factors - factors studied is marketingmix (7P). In this study, the population is Kebon Rojo Surabaya post office, while the sampleis as many as 100 respondents who have used Pos Indonesia expedition services. The sampleis obtained from unknown population formula with accidental sampling method that usescriteria to be considered as a sample (Purposive Sampling). The results of the calculation of factor analysis by including 18 variables obtained thatKMO measure of sampling adequency (MSA) of 0.858 and barlett's test of 672,998 with asignificance rate of 0.000. Based on the analysis of factors using rotation (varimax) it can beobtained manifest variables with a total of 4 new factors, namely consumer satisfactionfactors, service factors, consumer perception factors, and Branding factors. Of the 4 newfactors obtained, the four factors qualify as factors because they have an eign value of morethan 1, and the most considered variable is a comfortable waiting room variable. Abstract

Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang ritel smartphone dan aksesoris yangberlokasi di kota Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. Setiap perusahaan pasti pernahmelakukan kegagalan dalam layanan. Namun, yang penting bagi pelanggan, bukanseberapa besar kesalahan yang telah dilakukan, tetapi sejauh mana perusahaanbersedia memperbaiki kondisi itu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiapakah Bauran Pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap Volume Penjualan. Penelitian inimenggunkan objek Perusahaan TOPSELL Mojokerto.Dalam penelitian ini populasinya ialah pelanggan TOPSELL Mojokerto.Sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 100 responden, yaitu pelanggan yang memilikiusia 20 tahun keatas, jenis kelamin dan pendidikan. Sampel tersebut diperolehdengan rumus unknown population, sedangkan pengumpulan datanyamenggunakan kuisioner dengan menggunkan metode Non Probality Sampling dandengan teknik Purposive Sampling.Penggunaan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis model stastikyang terdiri dari Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi LinierBerganda, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh secara parsial darimasing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu menggunakan uji t.Pada Uji F juga menghasilkan fakta bahwa F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu9,460 > 0,05. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of compensation on the performance ofemployees of PT. Shelter (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT.Shelter (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Shelter.This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study wereemployees of PT. Shelter. The sampling technique used Probability sampling by usingstratified random sampling and took 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used ismultiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of this study that Fcount namely H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so itcan be concluded that the independent variable is Compensation (X1), work motivation(X2), Work discipline (X3) has a significant influence on the Performance variable (Y) ofPT. Shelter. Compensation tcount results namely H0 are accepted at a significance level of5% so that the conclusion is partially the compensation variable (X1) has a significant effecton Employee Performance (Y). The result of work motivation is that H0 is rejected at the5% significance level so the conclusion is partially the Work Motivation variable (X2) has asignificant influence on Employee Performance (Y). while the results of the WorkDiscipline Tcount that is H0 rejected at the 5% significance level so that the conclusion ispartially the Work Discipline variable (X2) has a significant effect on EmployeePerformance (Y). Abstract

To achieve organizational goals, one of the things that managers need to do is to improve leadership and provide the driving force that results in,channeling, and maintaining employee behavior to be willing to work inaccordance with what the organization wants. The driving force is the motivationand discipline of work for employees. The problem raised in this study is the lackof clarity in making decisions and the lack of motivation and work disciplinegiven by the company to employees. This study aims to determine the effect ofleadership, motivation and work discipline on the Employee performance of UD.Agro Alam Raya in Nganjuk. This research uses descriptive research and quantitative approach. Thepopulation in the study was 50 employees of UD. Agro Alam Raya in Nganjuk.The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique so that the samplingtechnique by taking all members of the population as respondents. Data iscollected by questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. Thedata analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneousand partial influence between the variables of Leadership, Motivation and WorkDiscipline on Employee Performance UD. Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia sangatlah penting bagi suatu perusahaan sebagai salah satupenentu dalam pencapaian suatu tujuan. Oleh karena itu, sebuah perusahaan dalammengelola, mengatur, dan menentukan karyawan yang tepat harus secara baik danproduktif agar kinerja karyawan dapat maksimal. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawanada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan seperti Kematangan Karyawan, KomitmenOrganisasional dan Kepemimpinan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Teras Rumah Café Surabaya yangberjumlah 30 orang yang terletak di jalan Rungkut Industri Kidul No.17, Surabaya.Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian inimenggunakan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakkan data primeryang diperoleh dari kuisioner. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu KematanganKaryawan dan Komitmen Organisasional, variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Karyawan, danvariabel moderating yaitu Kepemimpinan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Variabel Moderating danuntuk uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Kematangan Karyawan danKomitmen Organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,sedangkan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dalam memperkuat pengaruhKematangan Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract

Smartphone is a mobile phone that has features or high-level capabilities that are often in use like a computer. The presence of a smartphone can provide various benefits for its usersso that the public demand for smartphones is increasing and increasing. The purpose of thisstudy was to examine and analyze the effect of price variables (X1) and product variables (X2)on Samsung smartphone purchase interest variables (Y). This type of research uses descriptivequantitative approach. The population in this study is consumers who are interested and buySamsung smartphones at Samsung Store Plaza Marina Surabaya. The number of samplesdetermined was 100 respondents, the sampling method used was non-probability sampling bydetermining the sample using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection methodsthrough questionnaires. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, with processingtools IBM SPSS Statistics 25. From the results of the study note that the price variable (X1) and promotion (X2)simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase interest variable (Y) can be seen thatthe F-count (17,874)> F-table (3.09). Besides the price variable (X1) and promotion (X2) thereis also a partially significant influence on buying interest (Y). It can be seen that the pricevariable with a calculated value (4,405)> t table (1,985) and a promotional variable with acalculated value (t) 2,857)> t table (1,985).
