Abstract

The significant growth of the domestic cement industry has increased competition between companies, thus demanding that companies improve their financial performance. For this reason, this study was conducted on three cement sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in the 2016-2018 periods with quota sampling. Researchers using comparison method to financial performance using liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability ratios with industry standard ratios. The results showed that in terms of the company's liquidity ratio of Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR) and Cash Ratio (CsR) of PT. Indocement Tunggal Tbk and PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk shows good financial performance since above the industry average. Meanwhile, PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk shows less financial performance since the CR, QR and CsR are below the industry average. Meanwhile, in terms of the company's solvency ratio by using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of PT. Indocement Tunggal Tbk, PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk shows good financial performance since the DER is below the industry average, while Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) of PT. Indocement Tunggal Tbk and PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk shows good financial performance since the DAR is below the industry average, while PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk shows less financial performance because its DAR is above the industry average. Furthermore, in terms of company profitability by using Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) of PT. Indocement Tunggal Tbk, PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk shows less of financial performance since the ROA, ROE and NPM are below the industry average, while from Operating Profit Margin (OPM) PT. Indocement Tunggal Tbk, PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk shows good financial performance because its OPM is above the industry average.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are often linked to the quality of education. If students get learning results with good grades. Then the teaching and learning process that lasts for that long is considered to have reached the minimum completeness criteria. Learning outcome is an evaluation of learning. The purpose of the evaluation is to find out information about the students' mastery of the material. How big is the student's motivation to learn at home during a pandemic? The author uses a survey method in this study. The magnitude of the influence of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes MI ARRIDHA Jakarta, is proven by statistical calculations which show the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.821. Efforts and efforts are needed in order to improve learning outcomes by making improvements to the student learning motivation variables that are carried out at the school concerned.

Abstract

Human resources have a vital role in every organization to survive in the increasingly tough competition. The sophistication of communication technology and its methods will not be meaningful if the existing human resources are not skilled in using all existing facilities. Every existing organization needs human resources which have high performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of locus of control and work environment on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. In this study, the dependent variable is employee performance, while the independent variable is the locus of control and work environment and self-efficacy as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at a paper company in East Java. The data collection method was carried out by using a census technique using a questionnaire so that the sample amounted to 100 respondents. The results showed that locus of control had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy but had no significant effect on employee performance. The work environment had a significant positive effect on employee self-efficacy and performance. In contrast, self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance and was an intervening variable between locus of control and employee performance. employee performance.

Abstract

Partnership is a business strategy carried out by two or more parties within a certain period of time to gain mutual benefits with the principle of mutual need and mutual growth. Because it is a business strategy, the success of the partnership is largely determined by the compliance among partners in carrying out business ethics. In this context, the parties who are directly involved in the partnership must have the basics of business ethics that are mutually understood and embraced as a starting point in running the partnership. This study is objected to determine the compliance level of the company PT. Ciomas adisatwa Makassar Unit as the core in the broiler agribusiness partnership contract. This study was conducted from January 2020 to February 2020. The sample in the study was 31 breeders who partnered with PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Makassar Unit. Data collection was carried out using farmer data recorded in the core company and farmer interviews. The data analysis used in this research is using the Champion formula. The result of the study indicates that the compliance level of the core company PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Makassar Unit in the broiler chicken agribusiness partnership system is in the compliant category (compliance rate of 81.81%). Abstract

Objective research to analyze the influence of GPM to profit growth in (KPRI) The Torch of Bima Teachers. The research cooperative instrument used was a list of tables containing data on gross profit, net sales and net income (KPRI) Torch Guru-Guru Bima. The population in the study used was the financial report data of the Torch Teachers of Bima balance and PHU for the last 49 years, namely the years 1970-2019. The sample used is the financial data of the Bima Teachers Torch Cooperative for 10 years for the period 2010-2019. The research sampling method was purposive sampling method. Data collected through observation, interview and literature. Data analysis techniques used are GPM, Profit Growth, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Simple Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Simple Coefficient of determination and partially theresults t testshow that there is no significant effect of GPM on profit growth at (KPRI) Torch of Bima.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze whether there is an influence between them Curren Ratio and Debt To Equty Ratio, either partially or simultaneously to Sales at PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The approach taken for the use of research this is associative. The population of this study is to use financial statement data, namely data Curren Ratio consisting of current assets and current debt for Deb to Equty Ratio data consists of total debt and total equity and sales data consisting of gross sales and selling expenses for 29 years from 1990-2019 which were accessed through the website www.indofood.commethod of collection with a sample size of 11 years, namely 2009-2019. The The research sampling is purposive sampling method. While the data analysis technique using Curren Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Sales, multiple linear regression, hypothesis (t test and F test), multiple correlation coefficient and multiple determination coefficient. Research result This proves that the Curren Ratio has no significant effect partially on Sales. The Debt To Equty Ratio has no significant effect partially on Sales. To be simultaneously on the Curren Ratio and Debt To Equty Ratio not effect on Sales. While the most dominant factor is the Curren Ratio and Debt To Equty Ratio to Sales is the Curren Ratio at PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of brand awareness and brand trust on customer brand loyalty Wardah in the Province of Banten, the simultaneous influence of both are also tested in this study. The population in this research is the customers Products in Banten Province. The research was carried out in June until August 2018. The method used is the sample election assidental sampling technique or the formula used hence theory Malhotra and produced 85 representative sample, a sample that is truly representative of the population. Data collection is carried out by means of questionnaires to spread 85 respondents. Based on the results of this research it can be concluded that variables brand awareness and confidence in the brand to brand loyalty either partial or simultaneous. The influence of brand awareness greater than trust the brand. And 76.3% wardah customer brand loyalty in Banten Province affected by the brand awareness and confidence in the brand, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Business process analysis is a term that has a broad enough meaning for a.structere of different tactics such as simulation and diagnosis, verification and performance analysis of business processes This study aims to 1)analyze the business processes of manufacturing MSMEs ranging from production processes to marketing 2)How problems and constraints on business performance conditions now and in the future 3) What factors cause fluctuating performance of MSMEs , knowing what problems and constraints arise in the business process of MSMEs , 4) Knowing the size of the performance of MSMEs, analyzing the data and concluding the right problem solutions to improve the business processes of MSMEs and.utilizing information technology more maximally for the business processes of MSMEs. So that in the end, it can increase its income more maximally by itself can contribute to increase the income of rural communities. Considering that the village is still classified as a lagging village. The methods used to answer the problems in this study are Location Quotient Analysis (LQ), Descriptive Analysis, and SWOT Analysis. The result of LQ is known that in Kec.Cileles there are 6 sectors that are the base sector, namely agriculture, mining and quarrying, building, trading, home industry and restaurant, finance rental and corporate services, as well as other services, Then the absorption of labor dominant sector is in the processing industry sector. While swot results are known that the strategy that can be done is to maximize the potential of the industrial sector of holticulture product processing, improve the quality of human resources, and provide specifications on the type of superior products.
