Abstract

Background: In Indonesia the incidence of ovarian cysts in 2015 as many as 23,400, people are expected to die as many as 13,900 people (59.40%). Preliminary studies shows that in BLUDs Konawe Hospital, Medical Records Data Obtained data on cases of ovarian cysts in 2016 as many as 57 people, in 2017 were 62 people, while In 2018, there were 87 cases.The purpose of this study was to Determine the risk factors for ovarian cysts at the Regional Public Service Board of Konawe Hospital. Methods:This is a case control study. The population of the case were all the Patients with ovarian cyst in 2018 as many as 106 people. Population control Patients were all admitted in Midwifery both outpatient and inpatient undiagnosed ovarian cyst in 2018 as many as 1,396 people. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. Controls were taken by purposive sampling method using a matching age. Data were collected through questionnaires and Analyzed using odds ratios (OR). Results: The results Showed that the odds ratio of the menstrual cycle = 2,918 and lifestyle with OR = 12 969. Therefore the value of the odds ratio (OR? 1) then all variables are risk factors for the incidence of ovarian cysts. Conclusion: Conclusion of this study is menstrual cycles and lifestyle being the risk factor to the incidence of ovarian cysts in BLUDs Konawe.

Abstract

Background: Job satisfaction can motivate an employee health center work, so it will affect the performance of the employee in performing health services for people in the health center. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between surveillance, advanced untu opportunities and job safety of the employee satisfaction Konawe health centers in the North. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional study. The population in this study were all employees of health centers in North Konawe as many as 389 people, while the sample size of 194 respondents were collected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using chi square test and Cramer coefficient. Results: The results showed that chi square of supervision = 40,166, opportunities for advancement = 27,353 and job safety = 12,317. The chi square table is 9,488 at ? = 5% and df =4. It means that chi square value > chi square table. Conclusion: There was a relationship between supervision, opportunities for advancement, and job safety with job satisfaction of Puskesmas employees in Konawe Utara Regency.

Abstract

Background: Free sex behavior in Indonesian teen has vastly improved. Free sex issues is the concern for all. The aim of this research was to determine the factors of free sex behavioral based on the health belief model. Methods:This research was a cross sectional study. The population were 304 students and sample of 75 respondents, the sampling using simple random sampling technique. Results: The results showed that there is correlation between vulnerability/seriousness perception to free sex behavior, with Chi Square 9.182 (? = 0350). There is a correlation between the level of threat perception to free sex behavior with Chi Square 14.815 (? = 0.444). There is a correlation between religiosity to free sex behavior with Chi Square 23.628 (? = 0561). There is a relationship between the gender to free sex behavior with Chi Square 16,000 (? = 0462). There is a correlation between social media to free sex behavior with Chi Square 25,000 (? = 0.577). Conclusion: Factors affecting free sex behavior are perception of the level of vulnerability / seriousness and threat of disease due to sex, religiosity, gender and social media. We are expected to SMAN I Pasir Putih to be able in using this research as information and consideration in developing the knowledge of adolescents about the dangers of free sex behavior.

Abstract

background: Workload is closely related to the productivity of health workers, which 53.2% of the truly productive time is spent on direct health services and the remaining 39.9% is used for supporting activities. Health workers, especially nurses, which the workload analysis can be seen from some aspects such as tasks based on their main function, additional works which are done, number of patients to be treated, work capacity according to the education he obtained, and working time to do the works. Excessive workload will lead to stress, which is usually dominated by somatic complaints, for example how a person's body responds when he is experiencing excessive workload. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with cross sectional design that is a research design to determine the relationship of workload with work stress on nurses in Emergency Room Installation of Emergency Services Bahteramas General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province, with a total sample of 38 respondents. Results: The results obtained are significant p = 0,000 <0.05, with a Pearson Correlation value of 0.782 correlation, which means that the correlation is very strong, so it can be seen that there is a relationship between workload and work stress The amount of influence (r) workload on stress, if calculated determinant coefficient (R) or (r) 2, then (0.782) 2x100% = 61.2%. This means that 61.2% workload contributes to the incidence of work stress.Conclusion: Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that there is a relationship between workload and work stress of nurses at IGD BLUD Bahteramas General Hospital in Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Aren (Arengapinnata) is a type of coconut palm which is one of the plants that can produce a type of traditional alcoholic beverage and has 4% alcohol content. Consumption of too much alcohol can cause anemia by affecting the process of blood formation (hematopoiesis) through metabolic and nutritional effects and also directly inhibits the proliferation of all cellular elements in the bone marrow. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the duration of kameko consumption to hematological levels in Labaha Village, WatoputeSubdistrict, Muna Regency in 2018. This study is an observational analytical study with a cross sectional study design. The results showed that of the 25 respondents, the cross tabulation test showed, for the duration of consumption with hematological levels ? 5 years with a total of 17 respondents obtained abnormal examination scores for Hemoglobin levels (58.8%), Erythrocytes (41.2%), and Leukocytes (41.2%). While consumption of kameko> 5 years with a total of 8 respondents, abnormal hematological levels were obtained. While the spearman correlation test between the duration of consumption and the three parameters of Hemoglobin test, Erythrocyte and Leukocyte obtained sig. p <0.05 with correlation strength of each value r = - 0.953, r = - 0.934, r = 0.82. The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between the duration of consumption to hematological levels (Hemoglobin, Leukocytes and Erythrocytes) with Kameko consumption in Labaha Village, Watopute District, Muna Regency in 2018.

Abstract

Health Security Agency establishes the obligation to pay dues that must be followed in order to get health insurance society. But over time many participants BPJS is delinquent paying his dues BPJS. In June 2018 there were 711 souls who are still in arrears dues BPJS. This study aims to determine the factors associated with health BPJS arrears dues payments Independent in Puskesmas Abeli ??Kendari. This research is an analytic study with cross sectional study. The population is all participants are in arrears in the health center BPJS Abeli ??Kendari as 711. Total sample of 88 respondents. This study using Chi-square test. The results of statistical tests at the significance level ? = 0.05, the result is no strong enough relationship between knowledge and dues payment arrears BPJS (p-value = 0.000), there is a strong enough correlation between income with payment arrears dues BPJS (p Value-= 0.000), there is a strong enough correlation between the perception of the arrears payment of dues BPJS (p-value = 0.000). The conclusion showed that the non-payment of dues BPJS in touch with all the variables. By him that suggested need for socialization of the BPJS that participants understand more about BPJS resulting in the payment of contributions of participants BPJS not delinquent.

Abstract

Today, the number of social problems in the community arising from the use of ethanol is quite disturbing. Drinks containing ethanol are widely circulated in Indonesia. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is well known and has become prevalent and accepted in social relationships. This paper is a development and realization of alcohol measuring devices in breath. The alcohol detector used in this tool is the MQ3 gas sensor. Data detected by thesensor from the breath was processed and identified by the ATMega328 microcontroller. Identification of conditions related to the alcohol levels was displayed on the LCD. The alcohol content that can be detected by this tool is 0.01% BAC-0.20% BAC. Program instructions contained in the microcontroller are categorized under 3 conditions, which are safe, alert, and dangerous. Testing of equipment is carried out on alcohol samples in several containers with different levels. The results showed that an alcohol levelof 0.01% -0.05% has a safe status, an alcohol content of 0.06% 0.10 has an alert status, and an alcohol content of 0.11% -0.20% has a dangerous status. The value of the content along with the description according to the condition was displayed digitally. This tool can measure the level of alcohol through the breath and displays the status level of the alcohol content in the breath. This tool is suitable for detecting whether someone is an alcoholic or not. The type of alcohol that can be detected by this tool is ethanol.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a contagious disease that is still a problem in the world today, not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. That is what happened in Kendari City in 2012 - 2017. Efforts made to prevent the increasing number of tuberculosis in the future is to make predictions. This study aims to study time series analysis in predicting the incidence of tuberculosis based on sex and working area of ??health centers in Kendari City in 2018-2022. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using the series analysis. Sources of research data obtained from the Kendari City Health Agency in Southeast Sulawesi Province consisted of data on pulmonary TB cases in which sex and working area of ??Puskesmas in 2012 - 2017 in Kendari City would be processed and analyzed by time series using the trend method into 3 linear trend models, quadratic trends and exponential trends. The results showed the best model for prediction of pulmonary TB cases in Kendari City was the quadratic model. Based on the number of cases predicted to increase in the period 2018 to 2022, with an average decline with an average decrease of 79 cases in men and 286 cases in women. Pulmonary TB cases based on puskesmas area are predicted to increase in 2018 until 2022 with the highest average increase in Kemaraya puskesmas area. While the average decline in cases is highest in the Mata Puskesmas area. It is expected to be able to be information for policy makers, so that prevention and early promotion efforts can be made for the community.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia has the highest prevalence of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD)in 2013. NCD which is always listed in the top 10 diseases in Southeast Sulawesi is hypertension and diabetes mellitus. NCD Integrated Post is an effort to detect and overcome the early presence of NCD threat factors. However, there has been a decrease in the prevalence of integrated post visits from 2017 to 2018 at the Barangka Public Health Centre. The purpose of this study was to analyze the utilization of NCD Integrated Post in the work area of ??Barangka Health Centre in Buton Regency. Methods: This type of research uses a cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted from November to December 2019. The population in this study were all people in the work area of ??Barangka Health Centre, Buton Regency in 2018 with ages> 15 to 59 years, namely 3,584 people. The number of the samples was 134 respondents. A questionnaire was used as the method of data collection. Results: The results showed that the chi square of cadre support X2 count =36,460> X2 table value = 3,841 and health status is X2 count = 32,308> table X2 value = 3,841. Therefore, all variables are influencing the utilization of NCD Integrated Post. Conclusion: Health status and cadre influenced significantly the community in utilizing NCD Integrated Post at the Barangka Health Centre in Buton Regency.
