Abstract

This research wants to examine more about human capital through aspects of training, work motivation, career development and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Singaraja District Court Office. The research was conducted using quantitative methods to measure the influence and the level of significance. The analysis tool uses the PLS SEM and after testing the inner and outer models it is found that the variables of training, work motivation, career development, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, directly or indirectly. Job satisfaction as an intervening variable also has positive and significant implications. This condition indicates that human capital through aspects of training, work motivation, career development and job satisfaction on employee performance really needs further attention at the Singaraja District Court Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze and explain: (1) work environment; (2) work discipline; (3) employee performance; (4) partial effect of work environment on employee performance; (5) partial effect of work discipline on employee performance, and (6) simultaneous effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Agriculture Office. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative and verification methods, namely through literature studies conducted by studying the literature related to the research topic, as well as field studies conducted through interviews and direct observation to get an overview of the situation and conditions of the research site. The sample used was 90 respondents. Based on the results of the overall analysis, the research results are obtained, namely 1. The condition of the work environment is quite good. 2. Work discipline conditions are quite good. 3. Employee performance conditions are quite good. 4.The work environment partially affects employee performance 5.Work discipline partially has no effect on employee performance 6.The work environment and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance at the Karawang Regency Agriculture Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of work culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pilarco Karawang. The method used is descriptive verification. This research was conducted on employees of PT Pilarco Karawang, with a sample size of 80 workers. The Simple Random Sampling method with saturated samples was used as the sampling methodology. Multiple linear regression analysis, including the F test and T test with a significance threshold of 5%, was employed to analyze the data. The findings indicate a partial contribution of work culture to employee performance at PT Pilarco Karawang, with a t-value of 26.387 > 1.991 (tcount > ttable). Employee performance at PT Pilarco Karawang is also partially influenced by work discipline, as shown by the t-value (45.737 > 1.991, or tcount > ttable). Work culture and work discipline collectively account for 96.5% of the performance of PT Pilarco Karawang employees, while the remaining 3.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of working capital on income in MSMEs Food Traders in Sukaharja Karawang. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches, with the sampling technique being simple random sampling. The population in this study were 103 food MSME players and a sample of 51 food MSME players. In this study, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to food trader MSME players in Sukaharja Karawang. The analysis model used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the value of tcount ≥ ttabel (3.232> 2.010), it can be said that there is a significant influence between working capital and income in food trader MSMEs in Sukaharja Karawang.

Abstract

This study aims to see any differences in the results of the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on employee performance at PT Primus Sanus Cooking Oil Industrial Karawang. In this study, quantitative methods were used to examine employee retention and work stress that affect employee performance at PT Primus Sanus Cooking Oil Industrial Karawang. The population in this study were employees of PT Primus Sanus Cooking Oil Industrial Karawang, while the sample taken was 72 respondents who were randomly selected using accidental sampling. . In this study, data analysis used multiple regression methods den R square. This study concluded that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, and job stress is proven to have a negative effect on employee performance. R square or the coefficient of determination produces a value of 0.369. This figure implies that the independent variable has an impact of 36.9% on the dependent variable, with the remaining 63.1% being influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the internal and external conditions of the honey home industry in Pangkalan Kerinci with the aim of improving its competitiveness. The data collection method used is a census involving 11 respondents who are honey home industry owners. The data used includes primary and secondary data. In analyzing the data, the Porter's Diamond Model and SWOT Analysis methods were used. The results of the analysis using Porter's Diamond Model in the SWOT framework show that the honey home industry in Pangkalan Kerinci is in quadrant 1 (Aggressive strategy). The results of the SWOT diagram also indicate that the honey home industry in Pangkalan Kerinci has a strategy to improve its competitiveness in the internal and external environment. This aggressive strategy focuses more on Strength-Opportunities, by optimizing the strengths possessed to take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business competition within the Crispy Mushroom industry in Pekanbaru City. The methodology employed in this study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach. The data utilized consists of both primary and secondary sources. Primary data is gathered directly from respondents through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from government agencies such as the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Pekanbaru and the Department of Trade and Industry of the City of Pekanbaru. The analytical method applied is Porter's Five Forces Analysis, with the population and samples comprising 9 crispy mushroom businesses. The findings of the study reveal that competition within the small crispy mushroom industry in the city of Pekanbaru primarily revolves around promotional strategies. The competition in the crispy mushroom food business is characterized by verbal interactions between consumers and the utilization of social media platforms. To effectively navigate this competitive landscape and boost business sales, actors in the crispy mushroom industry need to strive for excellence in order to dominate the market. It is observed that utilizing promotions on social media yields greater effectiveness in increasing sales compared to solely relying on verbal communication with consumers.

Abstract

Cross-cultural management is the understanding of cultural phenomena, customs and habits that are different from or contrary to the national culture and accepting the national and accepting and adapting with an inclusive attitude. In addition, the organisational climate is invisible and invisible and untouchable. The purpose of this study is to analyse cross-cultural management in various countries. The method used in this research is the Systematic Review method using VosViewer. Data sources obtained from Google Scholar for the period 2021-2023. The results obtained from 50 journals were then subjected to data reduction with inclusion and exclusion criteria obtained 29 and 10 journals to be reviewed. The results of this study call Cross-cultural management is the process of identifying and integrating cultures Company managers can help employees practice through more professional learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of gross profit, operating profit, net profit, operating cash flow, changes in accounts receivable, changes in accounts payable, changes in inventory and depreciation expense simultaneously on the prediction of future operating cash flow. This research was conducted at food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and registered from 2017 to 2019, totalling 32 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 17 companies using purposive sampling method. Data analysis using panel data regression with the help of Eviews. The results of the study explain that gross profit, operating profit, net income, changes and trade receivables have a significant effect, while operating cash flow, changes in debt, changes in inventory and depreciation expense do not have a significant effect on the prediction of future operating cash flow in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. Simultaneously gross profit, operating profit, net profit, operating cash flow, changes in accounts receivable, changes in accounts payable, changes in inventory and depreciation expense have an influence on the prediction of future operating cash flows in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period.

Abstract

KPPBC Type Madya Cukai Malang as part of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise is a government institution that has duties and authorities in the field of customs and excise. As a government bureaucracy engaged in the government service sector, the Malang Customs Office also applies the marketing mix (7P) to support service user satisfaction, the company's marketing system namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. Service user satisfaction is one of the parameters that is continuously measured to improve public service performance in an effort to change the culture of service-oriented organisations. In addition, if there are still shortcomings, improvements can be made in a better direction. The research method used in writing this scientific work is a qualitative approach to thoroughly and comprehensively reveal all aspects related to the influence of the marketing mix on service user satisfaction at the Malang Customs Office. Data collection is done by conducting interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the product and promotion variables do not directly affect service user satisfaction, while the price, place, people, process and physical evidence variables affect service user satisfaction.
