Abstract

The purpose of this research is as a scientific contribution in the approach to the science of hadith in to make it easier to understand the hadith mainly in terms of language, because language is a very important, component in knowing various things, for this reason in this study specifically the understanding of hadith with a linguistic approach is discussed. The method used in this paper is to use a linguistic approach, which is a type of qualitative research with literature review. The data was collected from various scientific works, namely the book and the journal, with other. Data collected with documentation and analysis techniques using a hadith science approach that focuses on a linguistic approach. The results and conclusions in this study are that the linguistic approach in understanding hadith is the method used to understand hadith by conducting language analysis as a process of interpreting opinions or some opinions about the intent or meaning contained in it, while understanding hadith using a linguistic approach can be done in the first way, understand difficult words that are suspected to be bi al-makna narration, the second use Gharib al-Hadith Science, the third distinguish the essential hadith and majazi, the fourth trace the asbabul wurud hadith Tujuan dari penelitian ini sebagai kontribusi keilmuan dalam pendekatan ilmu hadis agar dapat memudahkan memahami hadis utamanya dari segi bahasa, sebab bahasa merupakan komponen yang sangat urgen dalam mengetahui berbagai hal, untuk itu dalam penelitian ini secara spesifik dibahas pemahaman terhadap hadis dengan pendekatan linguistik. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini ialah menggunakan pendekatan linguistic, yang termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan kajian kepustakaan. Pengambilan data tersebut dari berbagai karya ilmiah yakni kitab, buku dan jurnal beserta data lainnya yang dilakukan pengumpulan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi serta analisis menggunakan pendekatan ilmu hadis yang terfokus pada pendekatan linguistic. Hasil serta kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan linguistic dalam memahami hadis merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk memahami hadis dengan melakukan analisis bahasa sebagai proses interpretasi pendapat maupun beberapa pendapat tantang maksud ataupun makna yang terdapat didalamnya, Sedangkan dalam memahami hadis menggunakan pendekatan linguistik dapat dilakukan dengan cara pertama, memahami kata-kata sukar yang ditengarai sebagai riwayat bi al-makna kedua, menggunakan Ilmu Gharib al-Hadis ketiga, membedakan hadis hakiki dan majazi keempat, menelusuri asbabul wurud hadis.

Abstract

This study views two hadiths about women travelling with a mahram which at first glance seem contradictory. One hadith says that it is not lawful for women to travel without a mahram, while in another hadith, the Prophet states that there will be women who travel alone and are not afraid of anything except Allah. These two hadiths need to be studied further. The concept of mahram must be clearly understood so that there is no discrediting of women in doing something in the public sphere because many factors have encouraged women to travel in the current era of social transformation, for example, to pursue an education that necessitates being far away from family. This study uses the al-jam’u method so that these two mukhtalif hadiths about women travelling with a mahram could be applied to modern society that has undergone a social transformation. The hadith about women travelling with mahrams is substantially a concern for security on women’s travels. Suppose on the way; a woman is worried that it will be unsafe. In that case, she can practice the hadith that is not lawful for a woman’s trip if a mahram does not accompany her. In contrast, if the woman can travel safely, she can practice the second hadith about a woman travelling alone without a mahram, and there is no fear except for Allah. For this reason, modern society with social transformation can choose between the two hadiths that conform to the situation and conditions.[Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini tentang perempuan bepergian bersama mahram, didalam hadis-hadis yang sekilas tampak bertentangan. Salah satu hadis berisi tentang tidak halal perjalan perempuan tanpa mahram, sedangkan hadis lainnya Rasul bersabda akan ada perempuan yang bepergian sendirian dan tidak takut kepada apapun kecuali kepada Allah. Hadis-hadis tersebut perlu diketahui penyelesaiannya, serta konsep mahram perlu diketahui lebih jauh, agar tidak ada pendeskreditan terhadap perempuan didalam melakukan sesuatu di ruang public, karena banyaknya faktor yang mendorong perempuan melakukan perjalanan di era transformasi sosial saat ini, misalnya untuk mengenyam pendidikan yang mengharuskan jauh dari keluarga. Penyelesaian mukhtalif al-hadis tentang perempuan bepergian dengan mahram menggunakan metode al-jam’u, sehingga penulisan ini memiliki tujuan ialah kedua hadis mukhtalif tentang perempuan bepergian dengan mahram, dapat diaplikasikan dalam konteks masyarakat modern yang telah mengalami transformasi sosial. Hadis tentang perempuan bepergian bersama mahram secara substansi merupakan perhatian keamanan pada perjalanan perempuan. Apabila dalam perjalanannya perempuan dikhawatirkan tidak aman maka dapat mengamalkan hadis tidak halal perjalanan perempuan jika tidak disertai mahram, sedangkan jika perempuan dalam perjalanannya aman, maka dapat mengamalkan hadis tentang seorang perempuan berjalan sendirian dan tidak ada rasa takut kecuali kepada Allah. Untuk itu masyarakat modern dengan transformasi sosial dapat memilih diantara hadis keduanya yang selaras dengan situasi dan kondisi yang dihadapi.]

Abstract

Hajj simulation (manasik haji) for early childhood is a simplified learning activity designed to introduce children to the rituals of Hajj while teaching religious values such as piety, cooperation, and independence. This partnership is a collaborative effort involving parents in various educational activities, both at school and at home. This study aims to explore the role of parents in supporting the implementation of Hajj simulation activities at RA Raudhatul Faizin. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documents. The findings show that parents who were actively involved in preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the activities helped children to understand and enjoy the experience. However, there were challenges such as time constraints and limited understanding among some parents. This study recommends the need for better communication and training for parents to ensure that these activities run more smoothly in the future.

Abstract

Cross-cultural management is the understanding of cultural phenomena, customs and habits that are different from or contrary to the national culture and accepting the national and accepting and adapting with an inclusive attitude. In addition, the organisational climate is invisible and invisible and untouchable. The purpose of this study is to analyse cross-cultural management in various countries. The method used in this research is the Systematic Review method using VosViewer. Data sources obtained from Google Scholar for the period 2021-2023. The results obtained from 50 journals were then subjected to data reduction with inclusion and exclusion criteria obtained 29 and 10 journals to be reviewed. The results of this study call Cross-cultural management is the process of identifying and integrating cultures Company managers can help employees practice through more professional learning.

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan hasil kemampuan yang dicapai siswa setelah proses pembelajaran berlangsung dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan atau peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan metode pembelajaran Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran PPKn Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Rambang Niru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian True-Experimental Design dengan bentuk Posttest-Only Control Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas yang melibatkan 44 siswa sebagai sampel yaitu kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homeginatas. Kelompok kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 76,36 dan kelompok kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 60,45. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikan kelas eksperimen 0,393 dan nilai signifikan kelas kontrol 0,200. Hasil uji homogenitas diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,784>0,05 sehingga dinyatakan bahwa varian data homogen. Pada pengujian hipotesis pada uji t (Independent Sample T-Test) dengan signifikan yaitu <0,05 diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,001<0,05 dan pada uji-t dengan ttabel>2,018 diperoleh nilai thitung 3,798 > ttabel 2,018 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran Mind Mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran PPKn kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe student learning outcomes before and after using video learning media and practice on the subject of Islamic Civilization History, Hajj and Umrah Procedures, and to describe the successful implementation of video media and practice in learning Fiqh for Hajj and Umrah Procedures at MTs Madinatussalam Percut Sei Sir. The population in this study were all students of class VIII. The research sample was determined as many as 28 students. The sample was determined using a purposive technique. This research method is an experimental method. The data collection tool used was a test of learning outcomes of Fiqh, the material for Hajj and Umrah procedures in the form of multiple choice objective questions of 20 questions that were tested before and after participating in learning using video and practical media. The conclusions obtained from this study are: student learning outcomes before using video learning media and practice on the subject of Fiqh, Hajj and Umrah Procedures in MTs Madinatussalam Percut Sei Tuan is 63.39 with the highest score of 80, moderate 60, and the lowest 40 The improvement of student learning outcomes in class VIII in the subject of Fiqh, Hajj and Umrah Procedures material at MTs Madinatussalam Percut Sei Tuan after implementing learning using video learning media and practice was 80.17 with the highest score of 95, moderate 80, and the lowest was 65. Successful implementation Video media and practice in learning Fiqh on Hajj and Umrah Procedures at MTs Madinatussalam Percut Sei Tuan reached 59.5% including the category of fairly good influence. That is, the use of power point media helps improve learning outcomes of Fiqh by 47.31%, including in the category of moderate improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian tersebut tujuannya agar meningkat kemampuan membaca anak di PAUD Insani menggunakan media kartu gambar. Kemampuan meningkat membaca anak masih dikatakan rendah karena dalam penerapan pembelajaran. Telitian tersebut ialah penelitian tindakan kelas yang digunakan pada metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan tes pada anak dan langsung menerapkan media sipeneliti memakai prosesan pembelajaran anaknya. Setelah menggunakan media kartu gambar semua anak akan mencapai target penilaian yaitu dengan tingkatan BSH dan BSB. Methode pengumpulan datanya memakai observasi, mewaawancarai, serta tes bersama anak dan guru. Peneliti menggunakan siklus hanya sekali pertemuan saja. Subyek pada telitian tersebut yakni anak pada PAUD Insani medan jermal. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa media kartu gambar ini sangat membantu guru pada proses pembelajaran anak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of leadership style, appropriateness compensation, the effectiveness of the internal control system, law enforcement, ethical organizational culture and organizational commitment to fraud in government agencies. The dependent variable used in this study is fraud in government agencies, while independent variables used are leadership style, appropriateness compensation, the effectiveness of the internal control system, law enforcement, ethical organizational culture and organizational commitment. This study used 51 respondents at Audit Board of Republic Indonesia Representative office of Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) with census method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression statistical analysis. Results of regression analysis found that the appropriateness of compensation, the effectiveness of internal control systems, and organizational commitment influence on fraud  in  government  agencies,  while  the  leadership  style,  law  enforcement,  and  the ethical organizational culture are not affect the occurrence of fraud in government agencies. The most dominant factor of influence on the occurrence of fraud is the effectiveness of the internal control system.   Keywords: Fraud, government agencies, leadership style, appropriateness compensation, internal control system, ethical organizational culture, organizational commitment
