This research uses a qualitative method with an explanatory causality approach to see and examine the cause-and-effect relationship between variables, which includes the variables of capital structure, company size, and bonds. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital structure and company size on bond issuance in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2024. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive but insignificant effect on bond issuance. Company size also shows a positive but insignificant effect. Large companies do have a greater capacity to issue bonds. Simultaneously, capital structure and firm size do not significantly affect bond issuance. These findings contribute to understanding the internal dynamics of companies in making funding decisions, especially related to bond issuance, and can be a reference for company management and investors in making strategic decisions in the future.

This study examines the effect of managerial ability and income smoothing on firm value, with information asymmetry as a moderating variable. Using secondary data from the annual reports of companies in the consumer non-cyclical and consumer cyclical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2021-2023, the study analyzed 192 observations. Panel data regression was applied with firm value (Tobin's Q) as the dependent variable, while managerial ability, income smoothing, as the independent variables and information asymmetry as the moderating variables. ROA and firm size were used as control variables. The results indicate that neither managerial ability nor income smoothing has a direct significant effect on firm value. However, information asymmetry positively affects firm value and significantly moderates the relationship between managerial ability and firm value in a negative direction. These findings suggest that transparency and information quality are crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of managerial strategies on firm value.

Understanding factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions is essential for improving customer satisfaction and business performance. This study investigates the effect of product quality and social media promotion on consumers’ purchasing decisions for Banana Stem Chopping Machines at Denita Welding and Lathe Workshop, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used, collecting data via online questionnaires and direct field surveys from 64 respondents who had purchased the machines in the past five years. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) within Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS. The results show that product quality, social media promotion, and customer satisfaction significantly affect purchase decisions. In addition, product quality and social media promotion enhance customer satisfaction, which in turn drives purchasing behavior. The study highlights the importance of maintaining high product quality and implementing effective social media strategies to increase customer satisfaction and purchase decisions.

This study analyzes cash flows and earnings quality at KSP Karya Abadi in Pemaron Village over 2021–2023. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a financial statement approach, focusing on income statements and cash flow reports. The results show that although net income fluctuated—decreasing in 2022 and rising significantly in 2023—the efficiency of earnings, as measured by the Net Profit Margin (NPM), declined from 62.8% in 2021 to 57.1% in 2022 and remained stagnant in 2023. Operating cash flows remained positive throughout the three years, reflecting the cooperative’s ability to generate cash from its core business activities. Earnings quality, assessed by comparing operating cash flows to net income, was categorized as very good in 2021 and 2022, and moderately good in 2023. These findings emphasize the importance of evaluating the nominal value of earnings and their quality and sustainability over time.

This study aims to analyze the reaction of the Indonesian capital market to the regulations issued by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in response to the reciprocal tariff policy imposed by the United States on April 2, 2025. The policy created significant shocks in the capital market, marked by a sharp decline in the LQ45 index and foreign investors’ net selling, which triggered the implementation of emergency measures such as adjustments to the lower auto rejection limit and trading halt mechanisms. This research employs a quantitative approach using the event study method on 45 companies listed in the LQ45 index over an 11-day event window (H-5 to H+5). The analysis was conducted by measuring Average Abnormal Return (AAR), Cumulative Abnormal Return (CAR), and Average Trading Volume Activity (ATVA), tested with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test since the data were not normally distributed. The results indicate significant differences in AAR and CAR before and after the event, suggesting that the IDX and OJK regulations contained relevant information affecting stock prices. However, no significant difference was found in ATVA, implying that market reactions were more price-driven than volume-driven. These findings support the Signaling Theory and the semi-strong form of the Efficient Market Hypothesis, showing that the Indonesian capital market is responsive to new information provided by regulators.

QRIS is a digital payment system innovation in the form of a standardized QR Code launched by Bank Indonesia with the aim of making transactions more practical and faster. This study aims to determine the influence of hedonistic motivation and price value on the interest in using QRIS as a payment gateway among students at the Faculty of Economics, Ganesha University of Education. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that hedonic motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS. Price value has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the hedonic motivation and the greater the perceived price value, the higher the interest of students in using QRIS as a digital payment tool.

This study aims to examine the influence of tourist experience and tourist satisfaction on revisit intention to the Aling-Aling Waterfall tourist destination in Buleleng Regency. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of fluctuating tourist visits, which indicates that natural attractions alone are not sufficient to ensure the sustainability of visits. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consists of tourists visiting Aling-Aling Waterfall during the 2022–2024 period, with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was developed using a five-point Likert scale with indicators of tourist experience (education, aesthetics, entertainment, escapism), tourist satisfaction (nature, culture, overall service), and revisit intention. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that both tourist experience and tourist satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. These findings highlight the importance of memorable experiences and tourist satisfaction in fostering loyalty and supporting the sustainability of nature-based tourism in Buleleng.

The use of digital payment services with credit facilities, such as Shopee Paylater, has become increasingly popular among university students, potentially affecting their financial stability. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior, and financial risk on the financial stability of active undergraduate Accounting students at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha who use Shopee Paylater. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that financial literacy and financial behavior have a positive and significant effect on students’ financial stability, while financial risk has a negative and significant effect on financial stability. These findings emphasize that good financial literacy and sound financial behavior can promote the creation of financial stability among students, whereas a high level of financial risk tends to reduce that stability. This research is expected to serve as a reference for students in managing their finances wisely in the era of digital financial services.
