Every human being is born perfectly but not all humans are born perfect, some of us are born have a deficiency in blindness. Blind people are someone whose vision is impaired from birth or because of an illness that causes their vision to be disrupted. Blind people need tools for their daily activities usually in carrying out blind activities using tools as a tool. Tools that are now widely circulating only as a detector can not yet identify objects, for that blind people neeed a tool that can identify the object. To make this happen, a prototype design research is done. Blind assitive devices use the haar like feature and extreme contour methods. Prototyping method is chosen so that users can play an active role during the process of designing, testing and implementing tolls. Contour is a curve or image that has similarities with objects or objects with functions using OpenCv. The conclusion of the detection results using the haar like feature method is the form of a string then processed using pygame so that the blind are able to know the object in fron of it.

In the Badan Penjaminan Mutu of Lancang Kuning University (BPM) in processing the Lecturer Performance Index (IKD) data, it still uses manual data in data processing, so this causes many problems. Among them: delays in reporting, inaccurate data, the emergence of efficiency and effectiveness of the work, overlapping data, data archiving that is not good, and other problems that result in all aspects of the existing assessment. To be able to answer all of these challenges, the author intends to submit research making Compurterization-based Quality Assurance Services application, especially in online based lecturer performance index data processing. Its usefulness is to facilitate the academic community of Lancang Kuning University in conducting data processing of Lecturer Performance Index (IKD). and it is expected that with the computerized application of Quality Assurance Services will be more effective and efficient in working. This E-IKD was created using a Mobile / Web Service application. Several actors are directly integrated with the service of this system, such as: Unit Units in the University of Lancang Kuning, Assessors, Lecturers and Administrators. Implementation methodology uses case tools which are a computer-based product, aiming to support one or more software engineering activities or processes. The purpose of the case tools is to increase the speed of analysis of university leaders, provide information related to existing business processes, improve accuracy in evaluating performance, better documentation, and use by users who are still prime. In order to provide scientific group quality assurance services or expertise and management services. The purpose of this study is the application of E-IKD (Lecturer Performance Index) based on information technology as a medium of service for lecturers and as an evaluation medium for the Badan Penjaminan Mutu (BPM) in all Units in the Lancang Kuning University environment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the priority determination of customer complaints by using ranking techniques in decision support systems. Data sources were obtained from PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar by conducting interviews and direct observation. Data obtained directly at PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar. The technique used is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The assessment criteria used are: Dead Air (K1), Pipeline Damage (K2), Customer Damage Pipeline (K3) and Damage Meter (K4). The results of the study were obtained from 4 criteria, obtained "Dead Water" (K1) with a value (0.502) as the first rank, and "Service pipe damage" (K2) as the second rank.

Cold Chamber is a small cold room in a cooling system as a storage place for cold air before the air is flowed to the object to be cooled. A cooling system will be greatly influenced by temperature lowering sources. To be able to provide optimal results in a cooling system, it requires a cold chamber whose temperature can be controlled automatically. To be able to control the temperature, a tool is needed. So that the tool can control the temperature, the tool needs a sensor that can read the temperature in the cold chamber, namely DS18B20. This sensor works by reading the temperature of the environment and then sending it to the microcontroller. To control the temperature, the microcontroller will send commands to the fan which functions as a sender of cold air to the cold chamber, and a pump which functions to drain water on the hot side of the cooling element. The cold air source in this tool comes from Peltier TEC1-12706. The reading result and the desired temperature setting will be displayed on the LCD. If the actual temperature is greater than the desired temperature, the fan will blow more cold air into the cold chamber and the pump will flow water faster. If the actual temperature is less than the desired temperature, the fan will stop blowing and the pump will slow down the flow of water. With this tool, it will be easier to adjust the temperature in a cooling system.

The purpose of this study is to select the best anti-mosquito lotion based on consumers by utilizing decision support system techniques. The method used is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). The research data were obtained by observing, interviewing and administering random questionnaires to 150 respondents. The location of the study was conducted in Pondok Cina, Beji District, Depok City, West Java. The results of the questionnaire will be processed first by using Microsoft Excel before using the SMART method in completion. From the questionnaire distribution, several assessment criteria were obtained in the selection of anti-mosquito lotions, namely: Product Safety (C1), Price (C2), Product Quality (C3), Halal Label (C4), Product Health. While the alternatives used in the selection of anti-mosquito lotions based on observations, interviews and questionnaires are: Soffel (A1), Lavenda (A2), Caladine (A3), Autan (A4) and Neem Lotion (A5). the results of the calculation of the SMART method obtained alternative Autan (A4) as the best alternative for anti-mosquito lotion with a value (48.31). The results of the election can be used as information for users of anti-mosquito lotions.

The rapid development of information and communication technology is directly proportional to the community's need for fast and accurate information, especially the development of technology on mobile phones (cellphones) that present smartphones with various sophisticated features. Smartphones are becoming a necessity for society today not only as a communication device, but also as a source of information. In general, the community carries out daily financial management in the traditional way by taking notes using a writing instrument, where the paper media as its documentation and the help of a calculating tool is a calculator to calculate financial income and expenditure. Constraints that occur are that the public needs stationery to do every recording of transactions that are carried out every day. So it requires quite a lot of money, the time required will take a long time to record financial transactions that are carried out every day by the process of writing on paper media, in addition to that the public is also often confused by financial records that are lost or damaged due to paper documents. This Mobile Based Daily Financial Registration Application aims to help its users in financial management using a mobile device, so that users can expect to be able to manage their finances optimally, both income and expenditure. As a result of the application, the public can enter the daily money in and daily money out data along with their information and then the data will be displayed on the front page of the application menu, in addition to the data that has been entered can also be edited and deleted as needed and accompanied by making features money entry data reports and money out data in the form of graphs and pdfs.

The development of tourism today has been supported by advances in information technology that can make it easier for everyone to get information about tourist attractions. Technology plays an essential role in improving the tourism industry sector. During the tour, tourists usually share moments by uploading photos or making a status on social media related to their experience visiting a tourist site. Malang, which has various types of tourism, makes it a tourist destination. However, the number of tours in Malang makes tourists confused to choose the trip to be visited. Because of this, we need a system that can provide information in the form of popular tourist rankings. In this research, a system that can determine the ranking of tourist attractions in Malang Raya was made. The data used comes from social media user tweets on Twitter using the keyword name of tourist attractions in Malang. The Naive Bayes Classifier method is used to help tweet classification, and the Selection Sort method is used to help the ranking process of tourist attractions. The final results obtained in the Batu City tourism ranking resulted in an accuracy of 86.3%, while in the tourism rating the artificial type of Batu City produced an accuracy of 100%. The difference in accuracy occurs because there are the same positive values at several tourist attractions, so the Selection Sort method cannot work. Because of this, further research is needed for ranking methods that can rank with the same positive value to produce a better ranking of tourist attractions.
