Image captioning task generates a description from an image in a form of a sentence. It holds various critical usage in different applications and domains, such as indexing in retrieval system, by capturing semantic information within the images. In the area of live quality support system, an image captioning model may be used by visual impaired people to achieve visual understanding of their surroundings. In this paper, we present a novel image captioning model that aims to give visual understanding on household environment. To develop the model, we use five different household objects (sinks, chairs, tables, beds, couches) from MS COCO datasets. We create three new captions, in Bahasa Indonesia, for the selected data. The captions describe the name, the color, the position/location, the size, and the type/characteristic of the related object and its close surrounding. InceptionV3 and LSTM architecture is used to train the model with GloVe as the word embedding. In this study, our developed image captioning model can generate caption well and achieved BLEU-1 score of 0.502033, BLEU-2 score of 0.312539, BLEU-3 score of 0.193333, BLEU-4 score of 0.106111, METEOR score of 0.183193, ROUGE-L score of 0.358339, and CIDEr score of 0.348903.

Smart city 4.0 is a development of the three previously published articles, namely smart city 1.0,2.0 and 3.0. The smart city article that we created is a long process in research, so we have to make it gradually and make it into several parts. Smart city 1.0 and 2.0 we designed a big picture of a smart city and how the maturity level understood. Next, in smart city 3.0, our focus is on how smart education can be applied in collaboration between each educational institution so that a high-quality level of education achieved in the area. In smart city 4.0, we focus on designing a concept that focuses on developing tourists and how to get investors interested in investing. Factors such as culture, infrastructure/facilities, human resource development in the community, safety and comfort, profit sharing, development of tourist attractions, innovation in improving people's lives and many other factors are our main concern in this article. The methods used in smart city 4.0 are PDCA & USEPDASA, which are both appropriate methods for developing a special framework for tourists and investors. The stages in smart city 4.0 are mapping in terms of culture, human resources, facilities, information technology, security and comfort. These divided into two parts: on the side of increasing tourists and the side of increasing investors. The result of smart city 4.0 is a framework to be able to connect all activities in a smart city to generate profits for the area.

There are many limitations in online learning process where communication effect student productivity, such as interpretation in the delivery of information can be different if it is in text form . The unstable internet network in some parts of Indonesia is also an obstacle in the learning process. Emotional factors are very influential on student motivation in learning, in online learning emotions can be read from textual dialogue in providing responses. We propose trainable model capable of identifying the tendency of emotions / responses felt by students. With using natural language processing we can extract information and insights contained in conversations from WhatsApp, then organize them into their respective categories. The selection of the RNN algorithm can increase the accuracy by 75% in analyzing student emotions in online learning.

Sinusitis is one of the most common causes of health problems in the world and the cases are most often found in daily practice. The incidence of sinusitis is a fairly severe disease, namely 1.3 and 3.5 per 100 cases of adults per year to see a doctor. Patients with a disease need accurate information that is easily accessible to find out the disease they are experiencing based on the symptoms they feel. One of the reliable information sourced from experts or people who are experts in their fields and can be easily accessed is the existence of an expert system. In this case, the expert system needed is an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) disease diagnosis expert system. The expert system for diagnosing ENT diseases, designed in this study uses the Bayesian Probability method. The research on the design of an expert system for diagnosing ENT diseases that have been carried out can be used as a decision making for ENT patients using the Bayesian Probability method.

Searching is a method in the best search to find a solution. The heuristic search method is the most common and most widely used method in the process of finding the shortest path to find a solution. The process of completing searching using the Hill Climbing method, this method uses a heuristic function. The problem in this case is solving the problem of finding the best path to save costs and time in visiting recreational areas in the Batu Sangkar area, Tanah Datar Regency. The advantage of this algorithm is that all possible solutions will be obtained and then checked from the left side one by one, so that a solution with optimal results will be obtained. In its application, the Hill Climbing method uses Geographic Information Systems as a tool in making decisions, by collecting, examining, and analyzing information related to digital maps. with the combination of the Hill Climbing method and geographic information systems can produce an application that can overcome the problem of finding the shortest path.

Choosing a strategic business location is the dream of entrepreneurs. Site selection can also consider several criteria, namely the bustling market, rental prices, and building area. These criteria become important guidelines in choosing the number of business locations offered. It takes one or several methods used in the decision support system to assist in determining the location of the business. The method used is a combination of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) which can rank business locations based on predetermined criteria weights. The first step in these methods is the weighting of the criteria based on their level of importance, then proceed with selecting the best alternative by ranking obtained from the results of calculations with both methods. The AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is used to calculate the weight of each criterion which will be calculated using the normalization matrix of the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The result of combining these two methods is the best location with the first ranking, namely Poris with a preference value of 0.96. The next ranking is Gondrong, Sipon, Royal, Dadap, Teluk Naga, and the last ranking is Rawa.
