Abstract

Search and tracking issues are important in determining the success of a system based on Artificial Intelligence. One that is well known is the Generate and Test method which is one of several heuristic search models in Artificial Intelligence terminology. Generate and Test is an algorithm that performs tests to find the shortest route in the case of a trip. Generete and test is suitable for measuring the smallest distance. The benefit of this research is to save time and money in traveling the distance to a city. How it works in this algorithm is to see the initial state as a star point and see the final state as a goal state. Perform all calculations to each distance provided that it starts from the initial strat and ends with the end strat. Count all values, choose the smallest value to reach the Final goal. If the search results have been found then the search is stopped, if not the solution then the search continues until it finds the smallest result to find a solution.

Abstract

Covid-19 in Indonesia has increased from January 2021 unti February 2021 there were 1,217,468 people who were confirmed positive for the corona virus. As a result the increase in the number, the government has taken preventive measures, one of which is the distribution of vaccines or vaccinating the Indonesian people, which has been started since January 13,2021. The government’s covid-19 vaccination efforts had a broad influence on the community through social media (especially Twitter) which then led to pros and cons. Therefore, sentiment analysis is needed to predict the tendency of public opinion regarding the Covid-19 vaccination policy which is classified into positive opinions, neutral opinions, and negative opinions. Random Forest Classifier has high performance compared to other machine learning methods. But the Random Forest Classifier is weak in the level of accuracy and stability of data, so it requires a selection feature to increase its accuracy by applying Information Gain which can increase accuracy by optimizing data features. Measurement of accuracy and sentiment prediction is measured by confusion matrix and classification report. The results show that the application of Information Gain can improve accuracy with the highest accuracy obtained in experiment 1 of 0.00747, that is 0.94776 from 0.94029 with a precision value of 0.65, recall 0.43 and f1-score 0.47 and have a tendency to have a neutral opinion on public tweets about the Covid-19 vaccination on Twitter

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the highest cigarette-consuming countries in the world. Therefore, the government is trying to control this through various efforts. One of them is by increasing the excise rate on tobacco products yearly with an average increase of 10.92 percent per year. However, this effort has not been able to reduce the number of smokers in Indonesia, which has increased by 8.8 million in the last ten years. This raises the fact that there is an increase in the circulation of illegal cigarettes in Indonesia. Therefore, the central and local governments formed task forces to control illegal cigarettes. This study aims to assist the task force in managing data on the circulation of illegal cigarettes by creating a data management application. This application was developed by implementing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method consists of four main stages: requirements engineering, system design, development, and implementation. This research has produced an Android-based mobile application that can assist the task force in managing illegal cigarette data. Based on the test results, this application has been declared successful through quality and functionality tests, so it is ready for use by the task force
