Abstract

Utilization of local potential in this case is papaya fruit, both young and ripe. Not many people know about young papaya as a snack, because residents know that young papaya is only made as a vegetable. Consuming young papaya is very good for digestive health, pumping breast milk for nursing mothers. because young papaya contains vitamins and minerals that are quite complete. The participation of related parties to provide input to the community utilizes young papaya as a snack in the form of chips and can be used as a family household business. A variety of snacks in the form of healthy chips is really needed by the community, especially housewives so that the family can be healthy, considering that papaya plants are very easy to cultivate in the yard and can be harvested in a short time. The results of this activity were, (1) Increased knowledge of housewives/PKK about the benefits of papaya fruit for body health seen from the pretest 86.75% and posttest 91% (2) Community education on the importance of increasing body immunity, followed by 20 participants consisting of PKK mothers and Lonjoboko Village staff. (3) The demonstration of chips processing was attended by 16 housewives/PKK and 4 village staff by distributing household tools in the form of 10 grated sticks, 10 sticks of shavings and 10 sticks of  filter countainer.

Abstract

Maternal mortality rate (MMR) is an important indicator to see the importance of a nation's health status and is one of the components of the development index and quality of life index. Pregnancy danger signs are signs or symptoms that indicate the mother is in danger, based on the initial survey of the service team, getting data on the lack of knowledge of mothers about signs in pregnancy at the titiek Makassar field clinic. The purpose of this service is to provide education about danger signs in pregnant women. The method of service is by lecture / counseling, discussion and question and answer. The target respondents of the service were pregnant women who were in trimesters I, II, and III totaling 15 respondents. The results obtained after being given the material of the danger signs of pregnancy obtained the number of pregnant women who have good knowledge as many as 14 people (93.5%), and sufficient knowledge 1 person (6.5%). The conclusion of this service is that there is a good effect of counseling on pregnancy danger signs on pregnant women.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and skills in the community.especially the tello tilapia group. The expected benefits are the transfer of aquaculture technology with biofloc system that can increase the stocking density of tilapia, the efficiency of feed use and the use of narrow cultivation sites. use of a narrow cultivation location. The implementation method is to provide counseling through increasing the knowledge and skills of the group through counseling and practice. from seed selection, feeding techniques to probiotic making techniques. Results. There was an increase in understanding where the pretest results were conducted on 20 members of the tello tilapia group who were given a questionnaire. members of the tello tilapia group who were given a questionnaire with 10 questions consisting of pretest results, namely 30% had good knowledge, 20% had sufficient knowledge, and 50% had poor knowledge. less knowledge. After being given counseling, there was an increase in knowledge, namely 85% good, 15% sufficient and no longer lacking knowledge about cultivation methods. no longer lacking knowledge about biofloc cultivation methods. Abstract

Stunting in children is closely related to nutritional problems. Spinach is one type of vegetable that is highly nutritious. Spinach can provide benefits to the health of the body from the nutritional content in it. Spinach is a vegetable that is easily obtained at a very affordable price. Variations of processed spinach into snacks are needed to increase the appetite of children who do not like vegetables, especially green vegetables. Spinach vegetables can improve nutritional nutrition in preventing stunting in children. The partner problems are: Spinach vegetables have a lot of nutritional content that is good for the body, and are still underutilized by farmers, especially housewives In terms of food diversification that is of economic value, there is still low public knowledge about diversifying spinach processing into advanced processed products, so an activity is needed that can increase public knowledge about various processed products that can be developed from spinach so that the economic value of spinach leaves can be increased. The results of the service showed that there was an increase in mirta's knowledge from the pre-test activity in the sufficient category (85%) while for the post-test it increased to 95%. There was an increase in partner attitudes from pre-test activities in the sufficient category (80%) while for the post test it increased to 95%.
