Abstract

Shopee is e-commerce widely accessed and used in this era. Many people use Shopee because the products offered are cheaper and more affordable. Despite the fact that Shopee is a well-known e-commerce, it still requires responses and suggestions from the public to maintain or improve the features required. In this study, public sentiment analysis was carried out on Twitter social media related to the Shopee marketplace. This study collected data that contained tweets from predetermined keywords and used Word2Vec and Support Vector Machine classification methods. The use of Word2Vec influenced the level of accuracy so that it increased for each SVM kernel. Meanwhile, the best hyperparameter tuning was found in the polynomial kernel, with an accuracy rate of 93.20%.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology from day to day indirectly influences increasing social media use. This can be seen from spreading information that is very easily found on social media, one of which is Twitter. It is one of the most popular platforms for expressing people’s feelings by tweeting and interacting with other users at the same time. Various opinions about the COVID-19 vaccination began to be discussed on the Twitter platform. Moreover, most people take advantage of the feature available on Twitter, namely retweets. Users do retweet because there are many influencing factors. It can be caused by a reason that they have the same opinions and thoughts as the tweet owner, and so on. A retweet feature is also a form of information diffusion on the Twitter platform. The diffusion of information on Twitter has several factors, such as the most influential users, using hashtags or URLs, and others. In this conclusion, retweet predictions have been carried out regarding COVID-19 vaccination tweets using the features user-based and time-based through the Multi-Level Stacking classification method. This method indicates the best results when oversampling with an F1-Score of 96.23%.

Abstract

The use of social media is very influential for the community. Users can easily post various activities in the form of text, photos, and videos in social media. Information on social media contains fake news and hoaxes that will have an impact on society. One of the most social media used is Twitter. This study aims to detect fake news found on the Tweets using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method by comparing the weighting features used of the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and the Term Frequency-Relevance Frequency (TF-RF). The highest accuracy was obtained in the Term Frequency-Relevance Frequency (TF-RF) weighting feature with an accuracy of 84.11%, while in the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting feature with an accuracy of 80.29%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of social media, work motivation, work discipline on improving employee performance at the Sipare-Pare Tengah Village Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. This research also includes quantitative research that is correlational. The population in this study were all employees at the Sipare-Pare Tengah Village Office with a total of 44 people. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 44 people. Where the entire population is used as a research sample using the saturated sample method. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly by researchers from measuring the length of the short intervals in the measuring instrument is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative data analysis technique using statistical methods. This study uses the calculation results of the IBM Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) version 26 which aims to determine the significant level and relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Partially, the social media variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance improvement variable by tcount value 2,636 > ftable 1,684 with a significant value of 0.215 > 0.05. Partially, the work motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance improvement variables with a tcount of 2,089 > ftable of 1,684 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.

Abstract

Social media is an online-based communication tool that can make it easier for users to interact among fellow users without any area and time restrictions. Indonesia has the highest number of social media users in the world. The Twitter social media platform is a place where users can pour out their whole hearts in the form of tweets. Free and diverse interactions on Twitter have a considerable influence on the psychological condition of its users. Cyberbullying or online bullying is an act of humiliating or hurting other people's feelings intentionally and repeatedly on social media, messages, or in other ways. In this study, the RoBERTa classification method was used to detect cyberbullying tweets with a best accuracy score of 86.9% and an f1-score of 77.5%.

Abstract

Developers often use a software development model, namely the waterfall or classical models. Waterfall uses a systematic approach, so it tends to be archaic and will cause significant problems. The problems appeared when the process at the previous stage experiences happened, so the process could not go to the next stage. In addition, the tests were carried out for the solution to the problem. There was a need for a v-model development model. This model is the waterfall model development, then described in the form of v, and there was testing in each phase. This V-Model is an excellent model because it has good illustrations and clarity. The Website Learning Management System is built using the PHP programming language. Based on the results of the testing unit, the software used whitebox, and all units could run 100% well. Meanwhile, integration testing and testing systems using black boxes were 100% running well. Acceptance testing using ISO 25010 consisted of eight characteristics: functionality, efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, maintainability, security, and portability. These aspects could run well.

Abstract

This research makes use of the Method for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, also known as the TOPSIS approach, in order to discover the most suitable site for a company's warehouse. Following the establishment of the criteria for the selection of the warehouse location, weights were allotted to each of the criteria. The min-max method was utilized to do data normalization once it had been collected for each prospective location. After constructing the decision matrix with the weighted normalized values and determining the ideal and non-ideal solutions for each criterion, the results were then presented. Following the calculation of the Euclidean distance between each potential location and the ideal and non-ideal solutions, the TOPSIS formula was used to determine the relative proximity between each of the potential locations. The site of the potential location that was the highest relative closeness to the optimum solution was chosen to be the optimal location for the warehouse. By employing this strategy, the company will be able to make an educated decision regarding the location of their warehouse, which will, in the long run, result in improved operational efficiency and cost savings.
