Tanjungpura Journal of Nursing Practice and Education (TJNPE) is an open access international journal (e-journal) which publishes the scientific works for nurse practitioners and researchers. The focus and scopes of the journal include adult nursing, emergency nursing, gerontological nursing, community nursing, mental health nursing, pediatric nursing, maternity nursing, nursing leadership and management, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) in nursing and education in nursing. The TJNPE Editorial team welcome and invite researchers from around the world to submit their papers (original research article, systematic review, and case study) for publication in this journal. All papers are published as soon as they have been accepted. The articles of this journal are published every six months, that is on June and December (2 issues per year), and developed by the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Tanjungpura University.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Bencana dapat memberikan dampak pada seluruh kalangan terutama pada dewasa. Akibat dari bencana tidak terkecuali berdampak pada aspek psikososial. Beberapa dampak psikososial diantaranya adalah stress, kecemasan, gangguan tidur dan depresi.Tujuan: Mengetahui dampak psikososial pasca bencana pada dewasa.Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelusuran literatur dari satu database elektronik yaitu Google Scholar. Penelitian ini berdasarkan pengkajian dari 17.700 sumber jurnal dan penelitian yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2023.Hasil: Dari delapan jurnal yang dipakai dalam Narrative Literature Review ini seluruhnya menunjukan terdapat satu dampak psikososial pasca bencana pada dewasa yaitu kecemasan dan stress.Kesimpulan: Kecemasan dan stress adalah dampak psikososial pasca bencana pada dewasa.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Covid-19 menimbulkan banyak dampak global diantaranya permasalahan kesehatan, ekonomi serta juga permasalahan psikologis. Bertambahnya kasus Covid-19 menyebabkan perawat sebagai petugas kesehatan garda terdepan semakin tertekan dikarenakan meningkatnya beban kerja. Diperlukannya strategi yang tepat untuk perawat sebegai tenaga kesehatan di garda terdepan didalam mengangani kasus Covid-19 ini agar tetap bisa menjalankan perannya dengan optimal. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran beban kerja perawat selama masa pandemi covid-19 Metode: Temuan ini menggunakan metode literature review, adapun sumber yang didapat melalui pencaharian menggunakan databased akademik ialah CiteseerX, ScienceDirect, PubMed serta juga ProQuest. Hasil: Ditemukan ada 8 artikel yang terpilih terkait beban kerjaperawat selama masa pandemi covid-19. Kesimpulan: beban kerja perawat ialah salah satu yang terjadi akibat banyaknya tugas yang perlu diimplementasikan. Beban kerja selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini dibagi menjadi dua ialah beban kerja fisik serta juga mental. Faktor yang mempengaruhi atau menghambat perawat selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ialah tingginya tuntutan tugas kerja semakin meningkat didikarenakankan adanya pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Background: Nurses are one of the human resources in hospitals whose numbers dominate health workers as a whole and establish long-standing relationships with patients and their families. Nursing jobs have high work demands, such as routine work, tight work schedules, responsibility for the safety and health of themselves and others, and are required to be able to work in teams. The complexity of the demands of work and the existing responsibilities causes nurses to be prone to burnout. Purpose: Describe the level of burnout, characteristics of nurses, factors that influence / cause burnout in nurses.Method: Literature Review research with article sources obtained through the Garuda Portal, Google Scholar, Neliti, PubMed, ProQuest and Researchgate, using the SPIDER model analysis method. Result: Found 8 articles related to factors that influence burnout nurses with a discussion of burnout levels, characteristics of respondents and factors that influence burnout incidence in nurses. Conclusion: The burnout level of nurses was categorized into low/light burnout, moderate burnout and severe burnout. The characteristics of nurses consist of age, gender, education, marital status, years of service, personality type and employment status. There are several factors that influence the incidence of burnout in nurses, namely age, gender, marital status, education, leadership, family support, workload, work stress, employment status, area of care, organization, years of service, appreciation, commitment, type of personality and psychological problems. The variable of factor that most often influence the incidence of burnout in nurses are excessive nurse workload, family support, commitment and appreciation.  Keyword: burnout, factor, nurses, workload.

Abstract

Background: Public perception of the Covid-19 vaccine is a response or acceptance of the information obtained regarding confidence in the halalness of the vaccine, willingness to be vaccinated and the capacity of health workers who administer the Covid-19 vaccine. Methods: This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The sample of this research was 96 respondents obtained from direct interviews and filling out questionnaires, data analysis used Chi Square. Results: Shows that out of 96 respondents based on Perception of vaccine safety there is a p-value (0,944), Perception of vaccine effectiveness and necessity there is a p-value (0,524), Acceptance of vaccine requirements and schedule there is a p-value (1,000), Positive values and their influence on vaccines there is a p-value (0.477), Perception of legitimacy and authority needed in vaccination there is a p-value (1,000). Conclusion: Public Perception of the Implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccine in the Working Area of the Tebas Health Center in Sambas Regency from the results of a bivariate analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between age, gender, history of Covid-19 disease and the Implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccine in the working area of the Tebas Health Center, Sambas Regency.  Keywords: Perception, Vaccines, Covid-19, Risk factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien tuberkulosis paru (TB Paru). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan menggunakan strategi SPIDER untuk memilih artikel yang relevan. Penelitian ini melibatkan penelusuran artikel dari database akademik seperti PubMed, ScienceDirect, CiteSeer X, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci "Tingkat Kepatuhan" dan "Pengobatan Tuberkulosis". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan TB Paru dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk pengetahuan pasien, dukungan keluarga, dan persepsi pasien terhadap pengobatan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pengetahuan yang baik dan dukungan keluarga yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam minum obat anti-TB. Selain itu, faktor-faktor eksternal seperti komunikasi yang efektif dengan petugas kesehatan dan dukungan sosial juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat sebagai referensi ilmu dan informasi bagi keperawatan medikal bedah, serta memberikan informasi dan masukan bagi perawat dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien TB Paru. Dengan demikian, dapat meningkatkan kesembuhan pasien dan menghindari komplikasi penyakit, serta mencegah penularan penyakit dan resistensi obat.
