Abstract

This study aimed to find out the differences of facilitator's job satisfaction who leaded by democracy and autocratic leadership behavior through work motivation in Banten. This research using quasi experimental method. Research samples taken by using stratified cluster random technique. The results finding about democracy and autocratic leadership behavior and work motivation on PNPM facilitators’ job satisfaction show that firstly, the satisfaction of PNPM facilitators that lead by democracy leader are higher than autocratic leader. Secondly, there's an influence between the leadership behavior and work motivation on facilitators job satisfaction. Thirdly, the facilitators’ job satisfaction that lead by democracy behavior and have higher work motivation than facilitators’ job satisfaction that lead by autocratic behavior with high work motivation. Fourth, the facilitators’ job satisfactions that lead by democracy behavior and have low work motivation is still higher than the facilitators’ job satisfaction that lead by autocratic behavior with low work motivation.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information relating to whether the job satisfaction of employees affected by corporate culture and work motivation. Survey method used in this study was analyzed by regression analysis. In this study, the employees selected as the unit of analysis of 90 samples randomly selected. The analysis showed that the corporate culture and work motivation positive direct effect on job satisfaction, and simultaneously the corporate culture and work motivation positive effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, job satisfaction, corporate culture and work motivation should be incorporated into the strategic planning of human resources. Yet another variable that is required to be taken into account by the next academic researchers.

Abstract

This causal research is intended to obtaining information concerning whether job performance is affected by control and motivation. The research is was conducted at PDAM Employees in Lebak Regency using survey method, with path analysis and expplied in testing hypothesis whit Partial List Square. There were 31 part were by boring sampling. The result indicated that job performance affected directly by motivation has the greatest influence. Base on the finding, it could be concluded that job performance has been affected by control and motivation. Therefore, control and motivation should be put into consideration in develary job peformance.

Abstract

Teachers are professionals built through mastery of a number of real competence required to support the implementation of the tasks and work. This study analyzed the effect of competence, compensation, and motivation on performance Boarding Daar El-Qalam. The populations in this study were all employees of Daar El-Qalam of 275 personnel. The samples are 167 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive direct influence of competence, compensation and motivation to work on performance; (2) there is a positive direct effect of competence and compensation for work motivation.

Abstract

This causal research is aimed at obtaining information related to possibility whether job performance is affected by employee retention and customer satisfaction. The research was conducted at the PT Indosat by using survey method with correlational applied in testing hypothesis. Fifty participants were selected as samples by boring sampling. The results indicate that task job performance affected directly by customer satisfaction has the greatest influence. Based on the findings it could be concluded that variation of the customer satisfaction might have been affected by the variation of employee retention and customer satisfaction. Therefore, employee retention and customer satisfaction should be put into consideration in developing job performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the effect of debt to total assets ratio, debt to equity, inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and working capital turnover of Economic Value Added (EVA). Nonprobability sampling method based on purposive sampling. This study used the multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that simultaneous debt to total assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and working capital turnover has no effect on Economic Value Added (EVA), partially inventory turnover affect Economic Value Added (EVA), while debt to total assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, receivable turnover and working capital turnover has no effect on Economic Value Added (EVA).
