Abstract

In the Coffee Shop business in Indonesia, competition is becoming increasingly intense. The success of a company in competing with its rivals depends on the good relationship between the company and its customers through optimal service that meets their needs. To build customer loyalty, a crucial role is played inpublic relations. One of the strategies used by companies to build customer loyalty is through Marketing Public Relations. The purpose of this research is to determine how Starbucks Coffee Indonesia uses Marketing Public Relations strategies to build customer loyalty. A qualitative research method was used in this study with data collection techniques through literature review. The results of this research show that Starbucks Coffee Indonesia has successfully built customer loyalty through three main strategies: creating emotional connections with customers, using easily recognizable merchandise and branding, and implementing Customer Relations in loyalty programs. Starbucks Coffee Indonesia creates emotional connections with customers through comfortable store designs, serving quality coffee, and providing personal attention and rewards to customers. The company also uses easily recognizable merchandise and branding, with the Starbucks logo as a means to build customer loyalty. Lastly, the implementation of Customer Relations by baristas in the loyalty program is also an important factor in building customer loyalty. This research concludes that Starbucks Coffee Indonesia has successfully utilized Marketing Public Relations strategies optimally to build customer loyalty, as evidenced by the company's success in overcoming the increasingly intense competition in the Coffee Shop business in Indonesia. From an Islamic communication perspective, Starbucks' marketing public relations communication has also fulfilled the principles of communication in Islam: qaulan sadiddan, qaulan balighan, qaulan maysuran, qaulan layyinan, and qaulan kariman.

Abstract

This study reveals the da'wah of the Honda Club Indonesia (HCI) community in Mojokerto, which originally focused on motorcycle activities into a da'wah forum that provides benefits to the wider community. Through the application of social identity theory, the HCI Mojokerto community has succeeded in developing itself as a medium for da'wah and increasing the knowledge and understanding of members and the surrounding community. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of HCI Mojokerto community activities. The results showed that this community was able to utilize a common hobby, namely motorcycles, as a basis for providing da'wah value in every activity carried out. The HCI Mojokerto community actively carries out religious preaching-oriented activities, such as silaturahmi, social services, and religious pilgrimages. Through these activities, community members get to know each other, increase religious understanding, and strengthen social values. In addition, this community plays a role in empowering its members and the surrounding community through opportunities for self-development and contributions to social activities. The Honda Club Indonesia (HCI) community in Mojokerto being a forum for da'wah and community empowerment is a good example of the application of social identity theory. With a focus on da'wah and empowerment, the HCI Mojokerto community makes a positive contribution to strengthening religious and social values in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of human preaching on social piety in the Peneleh Mosque area of Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to describe, explain, and find out whether there is an influence of human preaching at the Peneleh Mosque Surabaya on social piety and describe, explain, and find out how much influence the preaching of humanity in the Peneleh Mosque area of Surabaya has social piety. This study uses a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The data collection technique used was through a questionnaire distributed to the sample. The collected data is then analyzed, compared, and combined to form a systematic, coherent, and measurable study result. In this study, it was found that; (1) There is a relationship between the influence of preaching humanity on social piety in the Peneleh Mosque area of Surabaya. (2) The influence of preaching humanity on social piety in the environment of the Peneleh Mosque area of Surabaya is moderate. Thus, it can be concluded that this study shows the working hypothesis (H1) is successful. That is, there is an influence between the preaching of humanity on social piety in the Peneleh Mosque area of Surabaya.

Abstract

This article examines the concept of information society from an Islamic perspective. This article aims to reveal how Muslim thinkers view the concept of information society, compared to the Islamic concept of society. This article uses a library research approach by exploring relevant literature and sources. The concept of information society was introduced in the mid-20th century as a continuation of the previous concept of "industrial society". The information society describes a new society characterized by high intellectual creativity based on the use of new information and communication technologies (ICTs). The information society is a society that is highly dependent on information, where the production, distribution, and consumption of information values is the main force in the formation and change of society. Without denying all the conveniences provided by the information society, some Muslim scholars are wary of the presence of the idea of an information society as part of a new model of imperialism from developed countries. Imperialism is a continuation of the previous model of imperialism, namely agrarian and industrial imperialism. However, they argue that the presence of an information society cannot be denied or denied. Therefore, what Muslims must do is implement the ideal values of Islamic society in the form of the concept of ummah, which has the principles of monotheism, justice, egalitarianism, and ethics.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of crisis communication for the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah organization to have an effective crisis communication strategy to increase organizational resilience and strengthen organizational sustainability in the future. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design, conducting interviews with the Chairman of the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah Kota Bandar Lampung. The study found that crisis communication is crucial for the organization to respond to crises effectively. The organization must have a clear and structured crisis communication plan, as well as the ability to respond to crises quickly and accurately. Effective communication can reduce the impact of crises, maintain stakeholder trust, and improve organizational resilience. The study also showed that the organization has a high level of resilience in dealing with crises, with the ability to adapt, identify, respond, and learn from crises. The study can also be analyzed using organizational communication, trust, and resilience theories, which highlight the importance of effective communication, building trust, and having supporting factors such as good leadership, adequate resources, member commitment, and a wide network to enhance organizational resilience. Overall, the handling of crises within the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah organization is good, and resilience can be achieved with supporting factors within the organization.
