Effective prevention and control of PTM requires effective interaction between health care facilities from the primary level to the referral level, which includes promotive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative prevention of PTM cases. All first-level health service facilities must be staged in stages to be able to manage PTM in an integrated manner with a focus on families. The aim of the activity is to increase awareness, willingness and the ability of people to behave in healthy living and early detection of non-communicable diseases. Methods lectures, questions and answers, blood pressure measurement, blood sugar testing, gout, measurement of body weight, height, fruit eating movements and stretching exercises. Target audience Age ≥ 15 years and over, obesity has a history of suffering from hypertension and DM. The number of participants is 56. The results of this community service showed that out of 56 people, 25% had a waist circumference >90cm, identified 66% had hypertension, 39.3% identified symptoms of diabetes mellitus until they were identified as having diabetes mellitus. Conclusion not all people willing to do a health check. It is recommended to the health department so that the results of community service activities can be followed up by the Health Service through the nearest Puskesmas so that people who are detected as having non-communicable diseases (PTM) can be immediately dealt with.

This community service is aimed at developing children’s character so that they are willing to caretoward their environment (social awareness), to actively involved in activities, and improve their creativity. The method used in this community service is by doing assistance and giving accompanying to school-age children who willingly join the activities for a month which is held once in a week. The accompanying is conducted through ‘Learning is Fun’ approach. The target of this community service activity is school-age students of 7 up to 10 years old who willingly join activity for a month. The results of the activity are children willingly behave and care that cover sharing together, helping others in need, and actively involving in various activities. The results of the activity are the success of this community service activity that is reflected from the activities and the enthusiasm of children who attend which are 12 school-age children. They come and join each session orderly and carry out the activities well. Based on the communication to some parents, children have started helping simple household core, such as making the bed, sweeping, and washing. This succeed can also be seen from the children’s spirit in joining each activity. This activity is expected to be able to improve character of social care in children, foster children's creativity and improve children's learning experience.

The World Health Organization (WHO) states that maternal mortality worldwide due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth in 2017 is estimated at around 810 cases. Between 2000 and 2017 there was a decline in the ratio of MMR around the world by 38%. WHO also states that 94% of global maternal deaths occur in low and middle income countries. In Indonesia, maternal deaths due to complications from pregnancy or childbirth every year are estimated at 20,000 mothers died from five million births. Delivery assistance by trained health workers in health facilities can be an effort to reduce MMR and IMR. In addition, awareness of pregnant women is also important for the importance of having a pregnancy with a health worker. This community service aims to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and to detect early pregnancy complications by laboratory examinations. The target of this activity is 15 pregnant women. The dedication activity is conducting educational activities, laboratory examinations in Tambakreja Village, Cilacap Regency. Based on the results of this activity it was concluded that there was an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and found 2 pregnant women experiencing anemia from 15 pregnant women and urine examination found all negative pregnant women

One of the health problems in Indonesia is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The World Health Organization (WHO) states that maternal deaths are deaths that occur during pregnancy, childbirth, or within 42 days postpartum which can be caused either directly or indirectly to pregnancy. Pregnancy is a happiness that can be felt by pregnant women who plan and look forward to it. During pregnancy, changes will occur both physical and psychological changes. Psychological changes also occur in pregnant women especially just before delivery. Pregnant women feel anxious because of hormonal changes and thoughts before delivery. Exercise and relaxation techniques during pregnancy are needed to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women. Pregnant gymnastics is one of the sports activities that mothers can do during pregnancy. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy exercise and teach pregnancy exercise. The target community service is 10 pregnant women in Tambakreja Village. This service begins with health education about pregnancy exercise and then continues with pregnancy exercise practice. As a result of community service, there was an increase in knowledge by 38% from before counseling to counseling. Pregnant women are also able to practice pregnancy exercises properly.

In an attempt to accelerate the decline of AKI and AKB, the health sector made a breakthrough using the Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K), midwifemedicaster relations, the utilization of MCH, and the practical revitalization of Pemantauan Wilayah Setempat Kesehatan Ibu Anak (PWS KIA). The role of health service workers in the practice of Integrated Service Posts are crucial. Alas, a huge number of health service workers have the lack of comprehension and skills in regards of doing their tasks. The purpose of social service is to identify the characteristics of the Integrated Health Service workers that take parts in social service (i.e. Age, Education Level, and their tenure as health services workers). Efforts regarding the development of the service workers’ comprehension of KIA books, and the effectiveness of MCH books towards society, particularly health service workers. The methods used are lectures and discussions. the results gained from the participants are as follows: Ages in the range of 27-63 years, Tenures in the range of 2-32 years, and Education Levels in the range of Junior high-university graduates. The numerical mean for pretest is 48.57 and for post test is 64.89. An increased number of mean had been achieved by 16.33. This result concludes that education may develop the comprehension of health service workers in the utilization of MCH book.
