<![CDATA[Currently, it cannot be denied that the implementation of evaluation in learning must adapt to digital and leave manual systems slowly because many digital products have been developed to make it easier for teachers and students to measure students' abilities in understanding learning. In the 21st century, life is made easier with various types of digital that are continuously developing to be used in life, including in learning. Digital products that are web-based and use an internet connection are a necessity in this century. One learning evaluation media that can be applied is using the Wordwall application. Wordwall is a piece of software that works online and is used as a game-based learning medium for kahoots, quizzes, and so on. This research aims to determine how the implementation and effectiveness of the application of Wordwall in the Refrigeration Systems and Installation subject is seen from the learning outcomes of the class pretest-posttest group. The research process begins with the pretest stage, which aims to assess students' initial understanding of the material they have studied. After the pretest, students are given treatment by applying Wordwall as a learning evaluation medium after which a posttest is carried out. This posttest aims to evaluate students' understanding after taking part in the evaluation with the Wordwall application. The pretest and posttest results will be analyzed using effect size and student learning completeness. Based on the research results, it show that there are differences in students' scores before and after implementing Wordwall as a learning evaluation medium. The results of classical completeness testing and effect size show that implementing wordwall effectively improves student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to apply the application of gamification-based learning assisted by the Kahoot application to student learning outcomes in the Basics of Electrical Engineering learning process at SMK Negeri 2 Solok. The learning model used still uses the lecture method and students only listen, take notes, and wait for what the teacher orders, so this has an impact on student learning outcomes which have not been achieved optimally. Therefore, research is needed using a gamification-based learning model assisted by the Kahoot application to determine its impact on student learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative in the form of a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. In this research, the instruments used include pretest and posttest questions with the final results in the form of data. The data analysis technique used in this research is the student's N-Gain Score and effect size analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of a gamification-based learning model assisted by the Kahoot application has an impact on student learning outcomes in learning the Basics of Electrical Engineering. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes which have increased with the average pretest and posttest scores for the experimental class being higher than the pretest and posttest for the control class. Apart from that, analysis of the effect size results shows that the implementation of a gamification-based learning model assisted by the Kahoot application has a big influence on student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to apply the work project learning model to improve student activities and learning outcomes in the electrical power installation subject at SMK Negeri 1 Mandau. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an experimental research type, the experimental research design used is the Pre-Experimental Design method, One Group Pretest-Posttest design type. This design involves one group being given a pretest (O1), given treatment (X), and given a posttest (O2). The first measurement is carried out before the subject is given treatment and the second measurement is carried out after the subject is given treatment. Based on the results of research data, it was found that students' learning activities increased from before the treatment was given to treatment, while the increase in learning outcomes showed an increase in learning outcomes. These results can be seen from the knowledge domain, namely the pretest and posttest results which were analyzed using the N-Gain Score formula into the medium category. So it can be concluded from this research that implementing the Project Work learning model can increase the activity and learning outcomes of XI TITL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Mandau students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Project-based Learning model and student learning outcomes after implementing learning using the PjBL model in the Electrical Lighting Installation subject class XI TITL at SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Student learning outcomes are still low which is caused by learning factors that are still teacher-centered, thus affecting student learning outcomes in the cognitive. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a project-based learning model to find out how effective this learning model is on student learning outcomes. This research uses a type of experimental research with a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The object of this research is the project-based learning model and the effectiveness of its application on student learning outcomes in the subject of electrical lighting installation. The subject of this research was class XI TITL SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The instruments used in this research were tests. Based on the average posttest scores it is in the high category. Therefore, the application of the project-based learning model in the Electrical Lighting Installation subject is said to be effective because the increase in student learning outcomes the percentage of students the classical completeness score, and effect size are included in the large category.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the correlation between industrial work practice experience, learning outcomes of electric motor installation, and learning independence with the work readiness of TITL grade XII students, both individually and together. The type of research used is ex post facto with the population of students of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL) expertise program at SMKN 7 Surabaya and SMKN 2 Lamongan. The data collection technique involves the use of questionnaires for the variables of industrial work practice experience (X1), learning independence (X3), and job readiness (Y). Meanwhile, documentation was used to collect data on the learning outcome variable of electric motor installation (X2). The data analysis in this study includes prerequisite tests such as normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and homoscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing is carried out using correlation and multiple regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 25 software for Windows. The results of this study are (1) There is a significant correlation between the experience of industrial work practices and the work readiness of class XII TITL students, (2) There is a significant correlation between the learning outcomes of Electric Motor Installation and the work readiness of class XII TITL students, (3) There is a significant correlation between learning independence and work readiness of class XII TITL students, and (4) There is a significant correlation between industrial work practice experience, learning outcomes of Electric Motor Installation, learning independence with the work readiness of class XII TITL students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain information about the differences and improvements in critical thinking ability and vocational skills of students using Project-based learning (PjBL) learning models with simurelay integration and conventional learning media in the Electric Motor Installation course. The urgency of this research is poor critical thinking skills and vocational skills among students as an implication of the use of ineffective learning models and media in Electric Motor Installation courses. The alternative solution given is the use of PjBL learning model that integrates simurelay. This research is an experimental study using a non-equivalent control group design with a total of 72 participants comprised of 36 experimental and 36 control classes. Analysis of the hypothesis used is a t-test to determine the difference and an N-Gain analysis to increase students' critical thinking skills and vocational skills. Research instruments used included a critical thinking skills test and a vocational skills observational sheet. The results showed a significant difference in critical thinking skills and vocational skills between students taught with simurelay integrated PjBL learning model and students taught with PjBL learning model using conventional learning media. In addition, there is an increase in critical thinking ability and vocational skills among students who are taught with simurelay integrated PjBL model.]]>

<![CDATA[Student learning outcomes are still low which is caused by students' lack of activeness in lesson activities, lack of preparation before lessons begin, and students' lack of concentration in learning which only lasts for a short period when presenting lesson material. Research is needed to improve student learning outcomes in the Electric Motor Installation subject at SMK Negeri 1 Mandau with differentiated learning using the discovery learning model. This research uses experimental research with the Pre-Experiment type with a One-Group Pretest Posttest design. The research subjects were students of class XI TITL 2 SMK Negeri 1 Mandau, even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, consisting of 33 students. This study's research instrument was multiple choice consisting of 40 questions. The results of the pretest and post-test were analyzed using the N-Gain Score and completeness of learning outcomes. The results of the research show that the application of differentiated learning using the discovery learning model in the Electric Motor Installation subject class XI TITL 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Mandau can improve student learning outcomes. These results can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest which were analyzed using the N-Gain Score formula which fell into the medium category and the results of the analysis of the completeness of learning outcomes showed that many students reached the KKM set by the school.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of variety of learning media used in the learning process, the availability of books as a learning medium as well as the reason for the limitations of students in learning Electrical Lighting Installation material. This study uses a pure experimental research method. This study uses two classes consisting of an experimental class and a control class. For the experimental class, treatment was given using Android-based i-spring suite learning media, and the control class was not given treatment. The subjects in the study are class XI TITL 1 as an experimental class and XI TITL 2 as a control class where the number of students in each class is 23 people. The technique used for data collection in the study used test instruments and questionnaires for students' learning motivation towards the i-spring suite android based learning media. The results of the validation test of the learning media provided by the validator received a very valid category. The results of the learning motivation questionnaire of students who used the t-test showed the influence of i-spring suite learning media on learning motivation. With the results of the research data, it can be said that the development of android-based i-spring suite learning media can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of learning students in the Electrical Lighting Installation lesson at SMK N 1 Rao Selatan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the impact of the application of flipbook learning media on the learning outcomes of TITL students in class X SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. To improve student learning outcomes, a more interesting and interactive learning media is needed. This study uses a type of experimental research in the form of a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. This study used research instruments pre-test and post-test questions in objective form to see the learning outcomes of students and tested using a validity test, reliability test, differentiation test, and question difficulty index to determine the feasibility of the instruments used. The results showed an increase in student understanding supported by the results of the Independent Samples Test, and the completeness of student learning outcomes using flipbook media was better than conventional learning. Student learning outcomes after applying flipbook media are improved, so flipbook media has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes. However, it should be noted that this study has some limitations, such as limited coverage to one school and one subject. A follow-up study involving more schools and subjects could provide greater insight into the application of this media. In addition, the factors of students' motivation and previous experience in the same subject may also be important considerations in future research. This research provides a strong foundation for curriculum development and learning approaches to improve students' understanding of electricity fundamentals.]]>

<![CDATA[SMK Negeri 1 Padang is one of the vocational schools that has implemented an independent curriculum since 2022. This research aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum in basic electricity subjects at SMKN 1 Padang. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all teachers of basic electricity subjects at SMKN 1 Padang and all class X students at SMKN 1 Padang. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique. The sample used in this research was 34 students plus 3 teachers, the total sample in this research was 37 samples. In this research, the required data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Conclusion The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of implementing the independent curriculum in Basic Electricity subjects for teachers show that the effectiveness of implementing the independent curriculum is in the good category, this is reflected in the results obtained, namely cumulatively in the strong/effective category and descriptive statistical calculations are quite effective.
