The purpose of this research was to assist each householder controling electronic devices when traveling in a quite distance. Therefore, apply microcontroller technology in the form of an electronic device control system via voice commands was necessity in other that it can cover a wide distance when it was connected to the internet. In this research, Voice command was controlled through a voice assistant on the user's cellphone. The way to implement it was by using several microcontroller components, including the NodeMCU ESP8266 and ESP32-CAM modules which function as indoor surveillance camera. whereas other supporting components, used FTDI as a USB to connect the ESP32-CAM as the power source, relays as automatic switches that could supply or cut off current electric to the electronic devices, and jumper cables as a link to components. Then, the system was tested both software and hardware used to find out whether the system was running well as expected. The workflow of the electronic device control system through this voice assistant began with the user giving voice commands through the voice assistant to control electronic devices both to turn on and off devices and to open CCTV cameras. The results of research showed that the voice assistant can properly accepted the voice commands given with a time span of 1 second for each command to turn on or turn off electronic devices. Likewise with the camera from the ESP32-CAM which functioned properly so that the browser can displayed indoor live stream video. That's why, the electronic device control system via voice assistant had been successfully designed and running properly using all the components mentioned above. So that users can controled electronic devices even though they were far from home by utilizing the existing internet connection now.

Customers in the Minahasa State Prosecutor’s Office are the main thing in service. A customer supports experiencing various levels of satisfaction, namely if the service is not appropriate after being received, then the customer will feel dissatisfied. On the other hand, if the service is in line with expectations, the customer will feel satisfied that one day the customer will use the service. The calcutation method use is the C4.5 algorithm. The software development method used is Prototype. Data collection methods use are observation, literature and interview. Based on the first and second tests, customer satisfaction data on administrative, case, legal, and technical service with 80 training data and 20 testing data for the first test and 90 training data and 10 data testing data for the second test obtained an accuracy result of 90% for administrative service satisfaction, 90% accuracy for case service satisfaction, 90% accuracy for legal service satisfaction and 90% accuracy for technical service satisfaction. So that it can be satisfaction with service based on the e-survey of the minahasa state prosecutor’s office.

The Covid-19 what is usually known as the Corona virus, is a very dangerous virus which has killed thousands and even more people every day. One of the simple ways to fight this virus is to wear a mask when you are out of the house. This study aims to design a 3D game that can educate children about the importance of masks during the current pandemic. There are also several quizzes related to Covid-19 in this game. Not only quizzes that educate about Covid-19, there are also several math quizzes that are expected to hone the user's numeracy skills. This game has gameplay that is not difficult and easy to understand for children and adults, considering that the target users of this game are children aged 8 to 12 years who are still too new to understand prevention methods Covid-19 during this pandemic. The research method used in this study is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. The results of this study is a 3D educational game application "Ucul Si Pejuang Covid" which can be run on a PC as a means of education for children.

The current development of smal and medium enterprise (MSMEs) is not accompanied by the application of information technology, which is increasingly developing rapidly. This is experienced by almost all laundry business actors in North Sulawesi. This study aims to develop the Yunit Laundry application which can support the operations of laundry entrepreneurs. On the other hand, it can help laundry service users in accessing laundry services or using laundry services. This study applies the Scrum framework as a guide in the system development process. Meanwhile, system modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language. The results of this research are a series of web site applications that will be used by laundry entrepreneur admins and Android-based mobile applications for laundry service users.

Universitas Katolik De La Salle Manado (UKDLSM) is a university located in Kairagi I, Kombos, Manado City, North Sulawesi. Since its establishment in 2000 until now, UKDLSM has 7 Faculties and 13 Study Programs. UKDLSM has 7 bureaus that have tasks according to their respective fields to become one of the driving components of the university. One of them is the Biro Promosi dan Admisi (BPA) which has the task of carrying out promotions and managing administration for prospective students/new students. BPA has carried out various duties and responsibilities, but the services of the BPA cannot be assessed by prospective new students who register. This is because there is no application to find out whether prospective new students who register with UKDLSM are satisfied or not with the services from BPA. One method for measuring satisfaction is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The satisfaction score of CSI is divided into five criteria, namely 0%-20% very dissatisfied, 21%-40% dissatisfied, 41%-60% quite satisfied, 61%-80% satisfied, and 81%-100% very satisfied. The application of the CSI method in an application can measure the satisfaction of prospective new students who register at UKDLSM. The sample used for this research is UKDSLM class 2021 students. The results of calculations using the CSI method will measure the satisfaction of prospective new students according to predetermined criteria. The final results obtained can help CPAs evaluate the services that have been provided to prospective new students.

Data is a collection generated from various media used by humans. DNA data is a form of data, which is data in the form of genetic code text to store biological identities and characteristics of living things. This study used DNA to test the similarity level of North Sulawesi pigs. The method used is the Pairwise Sequence Alignment method. With sequences of different DNA lengths, the researcher implemented the Needleman-Wunsch algorithm for alignment. Matching is used using the BioPython module, which is in pairwise2. And this study produces a model and proportion of the similarity level of North Sulawesi Pigs that can be used as future references for biological research on molecular biology or for the field of informatics in implementing Needleman-Wunsch algorithm in Python, or references and additional knowledge for research in Bioinformatics.

E-learning is the utilization of information technology that is applied in the world of education by using electronic media so that learning can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The existence of e-learning is expected to help in the current teaching and learning process. Yadika Langowan High School is one of the high schools in East Langowan, where the teaching and learning process carried out at this school still uses conventional learning so that the teaching and learning process is still focused on learning in the classroom, this is also supported by the Covid-19 which caused the teaching and learning process is limited to only 50% of students who can attend school. This research aims to help the above problems by creating web-based e-learning at SMA Yadika Langowan as an addition or substitute for the current learning process. The method used in this research is Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM). The system modeling uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The results of this research are a school website that is integrated with Moodle-based e-learning, for system testing using Blackbox testing and media expert validation.

Scientific publications and research are essential aspects of the development of science. Lecturer's scientific publications are also a requirement for accreditation and will be a continuous assessment cycle in the assessment of study programs at UNIMA. LPPM UNIMA has the task of managing the publications of each lecturer, but the collection of lecturer publications is still operated manually. LPPM must contact the lecturers individually to hand in the publication, which is recorded in Excel and archived in the LPPM storehouse. These problems prompted the creation of a repository at UNIMA to facilitate the management of lecturer publications and to present recapitulation reports for lecturer publications development. The repository uses the Waterfall method from the analysis, design, and coding to the testing stages. The system modeling is documented, namely Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The testing method of the repository uses the Black-box testing method so that it can answer and show that the repository was created pursuant to the objectives of the researcher and is able to meet user needs.

Transportation, particularly air travel, plays a vital role in supporting economic and social activities of the society. In this context, predicting the number of airline passengers becomes crucial for airport planning and management. This research aims to utilize the Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) method to predict the passenger count at Halu Oleo Kendari Airport. The MLP method is a type of neural network that exhibits high predictive capabilities. In this study, train score and test score are used to evaluate the performance of the MLP model in predicting the training and testing data. Additionally, Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is employed to measure the accuracy of the model's predictions. The results indicate that the train score of 60% signifies the model's ability to predict the training data with an accuracy of 60%. Meanwhile, the test score of 96% demonstrates the model's good predictive capability on unseen testing data. The MAPE value of 0.152% indicates a relatively low level of error in the model's predictions.

Currently, the parking system only uses conventional parking arrangements with parking lots and officers watching every vehicle that enters Manado Town Square 3. So that long traffic jams often occur due to a lack of information on empty parking lots, especially four-wheeled vehicles. This is due to the absence of a parking monitoring system in Manado Town Square 3 in real time. In this regard, the researchers developed an Internet of Things (IOT) based parking number monitoring system that can facilitate admins in parking monitoring and make it easier for users to check the amount of parking in real time. In this study using the Research & Development (R&D) research method and the Extreme Programming (XP) development method which consists of planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of the study are that sensors can be used to detect incoming and outgoing vehicles that are connected to a system. This is proven by sensors that can detect incoming and outgoing vehicles using 2 entry sensors and 2 exit sensors connected to a monitoring system that can be accessed by admins and users. And based on the test results using blackbox testing. So it can be concluded that the application has been able to run in accordance with their respective functions and procedures.
