Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah sebuah kajian tentang hubungan variabel di dalam sebuah konsep pemasaran. Keunggulan bersaing merupakan bagian dari proses dalam persaingan secara kompetitif di dalam lingkungan bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini menggunakan tinjauan literatur atau studi pustaka. Konsep yang didapatkan dari beberapa studi secara empiris dapat diterapkan secara teoritis. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan : 1) orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, 2) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran. This study aims to determine the antecedent and consequence of job engagement. The populationused in this study were employee of PT. Kaltim Adhiguna Muatan which amounts to 123 people.Method of sampling technique in this study carried with sensus sampling. The analysis tool usedis the technique of path analysis. The results obtained in this study is the positive effect oforganizational support and leadership positive effect on job engagement. Human resources are the main driving force for the running of an organization'sactivities, the back and forth of an organization is determined by the existence ofits human resources. This study aims to examine and analyze the factors thatinfluence employee performance through work motivation and work skills at CV.Catur Bhakti Mandiri, in this study using a 1-10 scale questionnaire with 35respondents and using a sampling technique using saturated sampling or census.The data obtained were then analyzed with the SPSS program.The results of this study prove that to improve employee performance canbe increased through continuous motivation and seeing the skills possessed by eachemployee, because there is a tendency for employees to prefer to work if it is inaccordance with the skills they have and of course this has a big impact onperformance. them in a company.Keywords: Employee Performance, Skills, Work Motivation

Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Negara Indonesia saat ini adalah bagaimana memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia, yang jumlahnya sangat banyak untuk menjadi pendukung potensial pembangunan nasional yang sedang berlangsung. Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan dukungan terhadap lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Bina Marga provinsi Jawa Tengah, yaitu 241 orang. In a situation of increasingly fierce business competition, companies must have a way to be able to win market competition where the main factor is to create satisfaction in the hearts of customers. Transmart Setiabudi Semarang is one of the retailers in the city of Semarang that not only regulates basic needs, but also plays with family. During July-December 2019 the percentage of complaints has increased. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of price, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Transmart Setiabudi Semarang. Data obtained from 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The Covid-19 virus pandemic has put a lot of pressure on the economy as well as businesses. Financial statement analysis is used to measure the financial performance of PT Intan Segara Semarang during this pandemic. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of PT Intan Segara Semarang in the Covid-19 pandemic seen from the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio. The data used is primary data, namely the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements for 2020 and the previous 2 years, namely in 2019 and 2018. Using qualitative and quantitative analysis, it is obtained that PT Intan Segara has good financial performance, assets and capital that is able to support company performance and low debt levels so that performance remains good during the Covid-19 virus pandemic.

Go-Jek is a company that serves ojek service anywhere for anyone who needs online. This research aims to know the influence of promotion, service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Go-Jek. Sampling method was done by using questionnaires, this study population is Go-Jek users consumer Semarang. The sample used is 84 respondents with sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21 application. The result of the research with multiple regression shows that Promotion, Service Quality, Brand Image have positive and significant effect to Go-Jek Purchase Decision. From the Top Brand Awards data, several shampoo brands from the Indonesia Best Brand Survey for shampoo products in Indonesia in 2019 - 2020 Dove Shampoo are at the bottom of the list. In 2019 the Top Brand Index (TBI) was 6.1% and in 2020 it showed an increase of 7.6%, but Dove shampoo was at the bottom and was not included in the TOP nominations. The population in this study were all consumers of Dove shampoo in Semarang with an unknown population. The number of samples was 96 people. The method of analysis using the SPSS program. The company's role in reducing poverty and improving the economy of a region and even a country is needed by PT. MAS Sumbiri, which is located at the Wijaya Kusuma Industrial Estate, Semarang, is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of clothing and multinationals. Which in the second semester of 2019 experienced a problem in achieving production targets related to employee performance in the final semester which tended to decline from July until December. The sample in this study were all employees of the production division, totaling 57 employees. The method in this study was a quantitative method with regression analysis using SPSS statistical tools. The results of this study (1). leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. (2). motivation has a positive and significant influence on work productivity, (3). work motivation has a positive and significant influence on work productivity, (4). leadership style, compensation and work motivation, simultaneously affect work productivity and the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable based on Adjusted R Square that is equal to 0.621 or 62.1%.

The performance of a company is inseparable from the performance of an employee. The purpose of this study is to see how big the role of work discipline and job training on employee productivity. The data of this study used a questionnaire with a scale of 1-10 with the number of respondents being 57 employees. The sampling technique uses the census or parameter method which takes all respondents from employees who work in the production department. The data obtained were then analyzed using the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study confirm that the application of work discipline and job training can increase employee productivity in the company. Job training dominates in increasing employee productivity.
