Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of taxpayer awareness, level of understanding of taxpayers, tax environment and income level of taxpayers on compliance in paying Land and Building Taxes during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kalasan District. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data sources obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that: 1) Awareness has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax. 2) The level of understanding has a significant 3) The level of income has a possitif effect but not significant on taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax 4) Tax environment has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax.5) Simultaneously awareness, level of understanding, income level of taxpayers and tax environment affect compliance in paying Land and Building Tax 5)Based on the results of the R2 test, it is known that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.35 so that the contribution between taxpayer awareness, taxpayer understanding level, taxpayer income level and tax environment is 35% so that the remaining 65% is influenced by other factors outside of this research

Abstract

The obligation of the hospital is to provide correct information about hospital services to the community, to provide safe, quality, anti-discriminatory, and effective health services by prioritizing the interests of patients in accordance with hospital service standards. The quality of services expected by patients who use hospital services related to the quality of hospital services is still largely limited, both in terms of personnel, facilities and infrastructure, availability of drugs, facilities, costs and medical services. Preliminary studies in this research are informed that there are still customer complaints related to facilities and equipment, as well as services in inpatient rooms. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. To measure infrastructure and service quality on patient satisfaction, the multiple linear regression method was used with 80 respondents. The results of the research that has been done that the variables in this study consisting of infrastructure and service quality have a significant influence on patient satisfaction

Abstract

One of the important components for calculating power requirements is the workload. This means that the determination of power requirements is adjusted to the existing workload. The Workload Indicator Staff Needs (WISN) method is a method for calculating the workforce needs based on the actual workload carried out by the workforce. This study aims to analyze the workload of services using the Work Sampling technique and analyze the needs of service workers using the WISN method. This research was carried out in the Surgery and Anesthesia Room Installation, Dr. Sardjito. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and document review. The results showed that the use of time for productive activities was 71.11%, the use of time for non-productive activities was 9.36% and the use of time for personal activities was 19.53%. The results of the calculation of the need for energy using the WISN method show the number of service staff as many as 20 people with a WISN ratio of 0.75. From the results of this study, it is suggested to the management of Dr. Sardjito to consider adding a staff of 5 people according to the existing workload

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of job stress on employee performance. The research was conducted on permanent employees of Tk Hospital. III 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta. 150 respondents were used as the sample. The role of mediation will be tested by comparing the direct effect of job stress on performance with the effect of job stress on employee performance by including job satisfaction as an independent variable. Testing using Regression analysis. The results showed that when the Job Satisfaction variable was included as an independent variable, the effect of the Job Stress variable which was previously significant became insignificant. The decrease in the value of the B coefficient from 0.360 to 0.191 and the significance value which was originally significant at 0.001 to not significant at 0.054 indicates that the Job Satisfaction variable fully mediates the effect of work stress on performance

Abstract

The increasing competition in the general insurance business in Indonesia is getting tougher, each of which implements different marketing strategies to compete with each other and dominate the wider market. In order for the company to survive and be able to compete, it is necessary to apply an appropriate strategy using a SWOT analysis. This study aims to identify and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and marketing strategies at PT Pan Pacific Yogyakarta Branch. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely data collection to test hypotheses or answer questions about the current status of research subjects. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis using the EFE (external factor analysis) and IFE (internal factor analysis) method of the company which is then evaluated by the SWOT matrix. The results showed that PT Pan Pacific Insurance Yogyakarta branch was in prime condition with a coordinate point (1.65 : 1.65) with this condition the company implemented SO strategy with a score of 7.11. This shows the opportunities and strengths that have a huge influence on the company despite the weaknesses and threats that always exist in business

Abstract

On the economic side, the herbal medicine industry has contributed greatly to national income, increasing people’s welfare and providing employment opportunities. Approximately 99% of herbal ingredients are domestic products and are considered capable of bringing a significant multiplier effect in economic growth in Indonesia, starting from the upstream sector (agriculture) to the downstream sector which includes industry and trade. However, along with the incessant variety of medicines (pharmaceuticals and imported herbal medicines) that are circulating and appear to be attractive to the public, it is not impossible that the demand for herbal medicines as traditional medicines in the last five years has tended to decline. Considering that herbal medicine is a product of the nation’s cultural heritage and has contributed greatly to the creation of domestic workers, the herbal medicine industry, which incidentally is a small and medium industry, must continue to exist amid increasingly fierce competition. Kulonprogo Regency has quite a number of diverse herbal and traditional medicinal plants businesses, most of which are classified as UMKM.. In general, the business diversity is divided into four types of businesses, namely, (1). Liquid herbal medicine business; (2). Herbal medicine business; (3). Herbal dipping business; and (4). Business of herbal tablets/capsules. In order to survive, they need to find some business strategy development to remain viable and profitable. Based on these problems, it is necessary to research the Feasibility and Development Analysis of the Traditional Herbal Medicine Business of the Kulonprogo Regency, with the aim of finding several development strategies and business feasibility. The sample was randomly selected as many as 30 traditional herbal medicine business actors in Kulonprogo Regency. Through the results of the SWOT analysis, there are several business strategies, including (1). Increasing the scale of production and business scale, (2). Following the development of market trends, (3). Marketing innovation and market expansion. (4). Development of licensing legality (certification), such as the legality of an official distribution permit, and being under the guidance of the health office/BPOM. Meanwhile, based on the business feasibility analysis using the Payback Periode (PP) and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) method, the liquid herbal medicine business, the brewed herbal medicine business, the dipping herbal medicine business, and the herbal tablet business, capsules are feasible

Abstract

The research objectives to be obtained by researchers in this research are to determine 1) the effect of brand characteristics on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; 2) the influence of company characteristics on customer satisfaction at Warung Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; 3) the influence of consumer brand characteristics on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; and 4) the influence of brand characteristics, company characteristics and consumer brand characteristics on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta simultaneously. The results of the study concluded that 1) brand characteristics have an influence on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; 2) company characteristics have an influence on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; 3) the characteristics of Brand Consumers have an influence on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; and 4) brand characteristics, company characteristics and brand consumer characteristics simultaneously have an influence on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta
