Abstract

The urgency of child protection encourages a variety of efforts carried out by the government and society because it is considered not only to protect children as human beings but also as part of national development. Crimes or violations committed by the child then serve the sentence set by the juvenile justice process should still get full protection because it is considered the child still has a long future and the opportunity to build a nation after undergoing accountability errors that make it a human hope for the future come. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of protection of human rights and the factors that influence the implementation of human rights protection for children in the Makassar Correctional Institution. As a result, the implementation of human rights against child prisoners is still less effective, because conceptually and in reality there has not yet been a clear difference between the implementation of human rights for adult prisoners. This study shows that there is no specific pattern that is applied in implementing human rights to children, where the practice of implementing child prisoner formation is still not in accordance with the basic idea, namely providing protection in order to achieve child welfare. The factors are legislation, facilities and infrastructure, organizational structure, human resources and administrative management, and not yet integrated handling of the implementation of human rights for child inmates by the entire criminal justice system.

Abstract

Tempe merupakan produk olahan fermentasi kedelai asli Indonesia. Telah diketahui bahwa kandungan gizi tempe lebih baik dibandingkan kedelai yang tidak difermentasi. Masalah utama tempe adalah umur simpan yang relatif rendah. Salah satu alternatif pengolahan tempe adalah tepung tempe. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas protein tepung tempe yang terbuat dari kedelai impor dan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan tikus putih Sprague-Dawley sebagai hewan model. Tikus dibagi 4 kelompok berdasarkan sumber protein dalam ransum, yaitu tepung tempe kedelai impor Genetically Modified Organism (GMO)/hasil rekayasa genetika, tepung tempe kedelai impor non-GMO, tepung tempe kedelai lokal Grobogan, dan kasein sebagai kontrol. Parameter kualitas protein diukur berdasarkan metode pertumbuhan dan metode keseimbangan nitrogen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata pada nilai food convertion efficiency (FCE), protein efficiency ratio (PER), dan net protein ratio (NPR) dari semua jenis tepung tempe. Nilai true protein digestibility (TPD) tepung tempe kedelai grobogan dan non-GMO tidak berbeda nyata, namun nyata lebih tinggi dari tepung tempe kedelai GMO, dan lebih rendah dari kasein. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata pada nilai biological value (BV) dan net protein utilization (NPU) semua sampel. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum nilai gizi protein tepung tempe kedelai lokal Grobogan tidak berbeda dengan tepung tempe kedelai impor non-GMO.Tempe is a fermented soybean product from Indonesia. It has been known that nutritional values of tempe are better than unfermented soybean. The main problem of tempe product is its short shelf life. An alternative way to solve this problem is tempe flour. The objective of this research was to evaluate the protein nutritional quality of tempe flours made from imported and local soybeans. This research used albino Sprague-Dawley rats as an animal model. The rats were divided into 4 groups based on protein source of the diet, namely: tempe flour of imported Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) soybean, tempe flour of imported non-GMO soybean, tempe flour of local Grobogan soybean, and casein as a control. Protein nutritional parameters were observed based on growth of rats and nitrogen balance methods. The results showed that there were no significant different of food conversion efficiency (FCE), protein efficiency ratio (PER), and net protein ratio (NPR) values from all of tempe flours. True protein digestibility (TPD) value of Grobogan and non-GMO tempe flours was not different, but higher than GMO soybean tempe flour, and lower than casein. There were no significant different of biological value (BV) and net protein utilization (NPU) values from all samples. This research concluded that generally the nutritional quality of protein of tempe flour from local Grobogan soybean tempe flour was not different from the protein quality of import non-GMOZT.

Abstract

The research objectives to be obtained by researchers in this research are to determine 1) the effect of brand characteristics on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; 2) the influence of company characteristics on customer satisfaction at Warung Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; 3) the influence of consumer brand characteristics on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; and 4) the influence of brand characteristics, company characteristics and consumer brand characteristics on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta simultaneously. The results of the study concluded that 1) brand characteristics have an influence on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; 2) company characteristics have an influence on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; 3) the characteristics of Brand Consumers have an influence on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta; and 4) brand characteristics, company characteristics and brand consumer characteristics simultaneously have an influence on customer satisfaction at Warung Makan Nasi Kulit Syuurga Yogyakarta

Abstract

Ekonomi makro dan mikro merupakan prilaku perekonomian secara agregat yang dapat dilihat dari sisi rumah tangga dan Negara dengan beberapa indikator diantaranya pendapatan nasional yang dilambangkan dengan Gross Domestic Product (GDP), dll, sedang dari aspek mikro biasanya diwakili dengan penawaran dan permintaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Makro dan Mikro Ekonomi terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) Perbankan Syariah pada tahun tahun 2016-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel GDP berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, Inflasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, CAR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA, FDR berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, NPF berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA. Selain itu, GDP, Inflasi CAR, NPF dan FDR, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA dan besar pengaruh GDP, Inflasi CAR, NPF dan FDR,terhadap ROA sebesar 54,6%.

Abstract

The study seeks to explore the preferences of the Samarinda’s people against Islamic bank. In order to encourage the development of sharia banking nationally, needed to expand sharia banking network in pontetial areas and require the service of sharia banking. Sharia banking network expension is market driven, based on need n willingness of bank to provide an overview of sharia banking development pontential. Potential meant can be viewed from a resource and area economic activities and the customer preferences to sharia banking product and service, then the research preferences of samarinda people is required. Grand mean analysis get number 7,69 from 300 respondent, its mean that majority of sample thought that sharia banking can be alternative when conventional bank. Regression analysis result indicate that the presence of shariah banking in samarinda city prospectively, because 91,13% of people samarinda were muslim.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by MSMEs in Sidorejo hamlet is marketing problems and skills in using technology. MSMEs in Sidorejo hamlet need technology-based business development so they can compete with new online businesses. The purpose of this writing is 1) Identifying the use of marketing media in MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village. 2) Describe technology-based business development efforts in MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village through digital marketing training. The method used to identify the use of marketing media is observation and interviews. The methods used in technology-based business development efforts are community education and training methods. Materials in efforts to develop technology-based businesses for MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet through digital marketing training include: 1) Cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and providing inspiration from the success of online businesses, 2) Sharing sessions, 3) Digital marketing training. The identification results show that many MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet use simple technology in marketing, which is dominated by WhatsApp and Facebook media. In fact, there are still many MSMEs that run their businesses offline without the help of technology. The evaluation results of digital marketing training activities show that this activity received a positive response, was considered to provide insight and knowledge, and provide inspiration. Almost all business people want to practice this online business in developing their business.

Abstract

Abstract The background to this community service activity is the low understanding and skills of the people of Triwidadi Village, Pajangan, Bantul in utilizing digital technology for product marketing and the lack of access to adequate health services. The majority of people in this area are micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who have not yet optimally utilized digital technology to develop their businesses. Apart from that, access to basic health services such as routine health checks is still limited, which has an impact on people's quality of life. The formulation of the problem raised in this research is: (1) How to increase people's understanding and skills in digital marketing to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Triwidadi Village? (2) How to provide health check services that are easily accessible to the local community? The aim of this community service is to: (1) Increase community knowledge and skills about digital marketing through structured counseling and training activities; (2) Providing routine health check services to increase awareness and preventive action on health in the Triwidadi Village community. The results of this service activity show a significant increase in the community's understanding and skills regarding digital marketing. This is proven by the increase in the number of MSMEs that are starting to utilize digital platforms to market their products. Apart from that, the health check service provided during the activity has been well utilized by the community, as can be seen from the quite high number of participants and the results of the health check which helps the community to care more about their health condition. This activity also has a positive impact on improving people's quality of life through better access to information and health services.
