Abstract

This paper is based on a hadith phenomenon that occurs in the world of work. There is a lot of exploitation of labor rights or workers in it. Whereas in Islam (hadith) it is ordered to treat workers well as giving them their rights. The text of the hadith is understood textually and needs to be understood contextually so that the hadith can apply at all times, anytime and anywhere. To answer this, hadith must be studied with scientific integration, one of which is Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutics which includes 3 steps, namely: 1) historical criticism, 2) eidetic criticism, 3) practical criticism. written is to find out the contextualization of labor rights hadith in the perspective of Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutics. So that the need to seek law and contextualization of the hadith can be answered. The results of the study obtained an answer that the contextualization of the Prophet's hadith regarding labor rights does not only talk about wage rights. As experienced by the Prophet Muhammad when he became an employee of Sayyidah Khodijah. The text of the hadith which reads a'ṭū al-ajīro ajrohu (pay workers' wages) is understood contextually to be Hassan Hanafi's practical hermeneutics. Some rights with the aim of protecting and prospering workers include: The right to training opportunities, the right to a decent wage, the right to get wages on time, the right to rest, the right to social security, severance pay, the right to work, the right to association, the right to menstrual leave, pregnancy , giving birth, breastfeeding, the right to vacation, the right to worship, and the right to benefits. Keywords: Hadith, Wage Rights, Labor, Hassan Hanafi Hermeneutics

Abstract

The anti-vaccine movement occurred in Indonesia. In the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, there was an action against the Astrazeneca vaccine because it contained pork. The Indonesian Ulema Council issued a fatwa on the prohibition of the vaccine, but it may be used. This living hadith research uses the social construction theory of Peter L. Berger to reveal the meaning of the anti-vaccine movement through three stages of externalization, objectivity, and internalization. This paper reveals the public’s reception of hadith from the perspective of the sociology of knowledge. People’s reactions to the use of these vaccines are different. The antivaccine movement appeared on social media as a reaction to the illegal use of the Astrazeneca vaccine.

Abstract

Tasbih prayer is worship that one of the goals is to ask forgiveness for sins that have been committed to Allah SWT. And because of Allah from. Which is evil. This paper examines what the tasbih prayer has at the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School 1 starting from the factors behind the tasbih prayer, the procedures for practicing the tasbih prayer, and also the impact that are obtained after the tasbih prayer. This paper also tells about Manaqib Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani, which is also a tradition and is read regularly after the tasbih prayer at the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School 1. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, the data obtained from observations and interviews conducted by researchers. This paper is expected to be able to answer various questions that form the basis of the subject in this paper. The implementation of the tasbih prayer at Pondok Pesantren An-Nur 1 has a strong foundation so that it makes it a tradition and continues to be carried out to this day both by students and alumni.

Abstract

Hadith is second Islamic sacred guidance after the Qur'an, so it has an important role in explaining the meaning of hadith which is applied in everyday life. The habit of turning off the lights when sleeping at the Islamic Boarding School is carried out after all student activities are completed, and is applied on the basis of the sunnah of the Prophet SAW, with the wisdom of carrying out this habit aiming to get benefit from Allah SWT. As for the implementation in order to gain understanding and benefits that can be obtained by yourself. As the formulation of the problem as follows: 1.) How do students and the entire community of As-Sunnah Islamic Boarding School understand the hadith of turning off the lights when sleeping, 2.) How do the people of As-Sunnah Islamic Boarding School get benefit by turning off the lights when sleeping. This research is a qualitative field research. The source of this research is the head of the madrasa, namely the caregivers of the As-Sunnah Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon City, the ustadz/ustadzah, and the students of the As-Sunnah Islamic Boarding School. The data collection technique was carried out using the interview method (in-depth interview) with the caregivers of the As-Sunnah Islamic Boarding School, ustadz, ustadzah, and the students. The method of observation when the implementation turns off the lights when sleeping is precisely by looking at the state of the room which then turns off the lights when going to sleep. The documentation method is in the form of supporting files. Data analysis uses data in the field, where the data obtained is in the form of conclusions or verification results from interviews and observations of the actual situation. The results of this study are the understanding of turning off the lights when sleeping for the people of the As-Sunnah Islamic Boarding School, seeing from the advice or orders of the Prophet SAW. Responding to lamps in ancient times with today's contexts are different so that the causes that allow the danger to be lost or less likely to occur, then this is sunnah, while the understanding according to the students themselves do not really understand the hadith, because the habit is only done when they are in the community. Pesantren and just starting to understand in terms of benefits only. The benefits of turning off the lights when sleeping for the As-Sunnah Islamic Boarding School itself are realizing a hadith and carrying out a sunnah, making sleep more sleepy, being able to rest the body optimally so that when you wake up you are refreshed, eye health is more awake, save electrical energy, and avoid unwanted things.

Abstract

The need to find original sources of Hadith texts is an urgent part of Hadith studies. This study briefly discusses the various methods of takhrij hadith from traditional and modern. Through qualitative research, this paper concludes that there are five methods of takhrij Hadith, namely the first word, vocabulary, the first narrator, thematic hadith, and hadith quality. On the other hand, there are shofwere Jawam Alkalim and Mausu'ah Hadith which can be accessed on computers, gadgets, both offline and online.

Abstract

This article discusses the popularity of the Innamᾱ Buʻiṡtu Liutammima Makᾱrim al-Akhlᾱq hadith among the Muslim community which is widely used by scholars, but its fame does not guarantee that the hadith is authentic and original from the Prophet. The term Liutammima (perfect) in the Hadith of Makᾱrim al-Akhlᾱq which is assumed to be good morals needs to be interpreted historically, related to the events that surround it. Studying the Dilthey hermeneutic approach because it focuses on historical understanding. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of the Hadith of Liutammima Makᾱrim al-Akhlᾱq in the perspective of Dilthey's historical hermeneutics. The method used in this article is library research which is processed with qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research in this article show that Dilthey has characteristics in his historical hermeneutics, namely erleben, ausdruck, and verstehen. Interpretation is carried out through a reciprocal relationship between Erlebnis (appreciation of the historical context of the Prophet Muhammad in which there were good and bad morals of Arab society at that time), Ausdruck (the text of the Hadith of Liutammima Makᾱrim al-Akhlᾱq as a product of the expression of the life of the Prophet Muhammad), and Verstehen (understanding aof the text of the hadith in the life experience of the Prophet Muhammad).

Abstract

This studies became driven through the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic (Coronavirus disease 2019), Covid-19 is a sickness outbreak that can be deadly for its sufferers. The emergence of the covid-19 disease outbreak has indeed caught the attention of many human beings, they argue that the covid-19 ailment outbreak is a sickness that God has given to his servants, even though this isn't always real. The writer of Covid-19 is human beings themselves who act without considering the consequences. Which until mid-2020 has greater than a hundred ninety nations affected by this ailment outbreak and hundreds of thousands of humans have been inflamed with this virus, and claimed many lives humans round the arena. In Islam, a plague disease outbreak like this befell during the time of the Prophet Muhammad, the motion taken via Muslims at that point changed into to quarantine the area, with the aid of now not going out or coming from and to regions that have been being laid low with a sickness outbreak. Abstract

Artikel ini akan mengkaji tentang hadis anjuran menikah, hukum-hukum menikah, pemaknaan dan implementasinya ketika pandemi. Selain itu, juga merespon beberapa tulisan yang mengkaji tentang penundaan pernikahan dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber yang menjadi bahan data kajian ini berasal dari ketersediaan data di perpustakaan (library search). Mekanisme untuk mengelola data yang terkumpul dengan cara analisis isi (content analysis). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas, dan merespon beberapa artikel yang mengkaji penundaan pernikahan dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19. Hasilnya adalah penundaan pernikahan dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 tidak dapat dipukul rata untuk umat Islam, terkhusus bagi orang yang dalam kondisi wajib untuk menikah tidak dapat ditunda karena dikhawatirkan terjerumus melakukan zina. maka diperlukan kebijakan yang dapat menyelesaikan kedua persoalan tersebut dengan memerhatikan prinsip maqashid sya’riah. salah satu solusi yang diusulkan adalah pernikahan dengan sesederhana mungkin dan mengundang tamu secara daring untuk menghadiri acara pernikahan. Kemudian, bagaiamanakah solusi selanjutnya untuk persoalan antara menunda pernikahan, menghindari zina, dan mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Kajian ini akan dibedah dalam perspektif ma’anil hadis dan maqashid syari’ah.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of hadith studies in the Indian Subcontinent in the 12th-14th. India and its scholars have played a role and contribution to Islamic civilization. From that, there are two problems that are then raised. First, what is the role of Indian scholars in the process of developing hadith and its distribution? Second, what is the method of Indian scholars in compiling a number of works in the field of hadith? Thus the purpose of this study outlines the development of Islam in India and the contribution of Indian scholars in the study of hadith. In addition, explain what methods indian scholars use in exploring the hadiths of the Prophet SAW. Based on that, the approach of history as a research method. As a result, for Indian scholars the process of spreading the hadith of the Prophet SAW along with developing the teachings of Islam, considering the hadith of the second most important source after the Qur'an. Departing from that also the tendency to do sharah and hasyiah for the poles of al-sittah is encouraged, not limited to writing works, publishing, and publishing. However, various studies continue to be encouraged so that students, and the public can participate in understanding the teachings of Islam until the 12th-14th, even today India is still a center of hadith studies in the Islamic world.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the sharah hadith concerning the position of the worldfor humans, especially for believers and unbelievers. In a hadith it is stated thatthe world is a prison for believers and heaven for unbelievers, generally prison isoften defined as suffering while heaven is defined as pleasure. But in fact there aremany believers whose lives are happy and far from suffering as well as unbelievers,not all of whom live happily. With the syarah bi al-ma'tsur method, this study willdiscuss how the real position of this world is for believers and unbelievers. Theresult of the explanation of bil matsur for this hadith is that the world is like aprison for believers because in living their lives they have limits according to theprovisions of Allah Almighty, and the enjoyment that believers get in the world islike a prison because in the hereafter the enjoyment that is obtained is in the form ofHis heaven is far away. better value than in the world. while the world is like heavenfor unbelievers because in living their lives they are free to do anything and Allah'sreward in the afterlife in the form of hell for them is far more sad and terrible thantheir sorrow in the world.
