Abstract

This paper discusses the contradictory hadith about the invalidation of ablution when touching the private parts. It is not possible for one hadith to contradict another. In reality, the hadith that spread in the community are contradictory. The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding of the contradictory hadith about the invalidation of ablution when touching the private parts. The method used is qualitative with a library research approach. The object of the research is the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud with index numbers 182 and 181 concerning ablution for touching the private parts. The results showed that in understanding the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud index numbers 182 and 181 which appear contradictory can be resolved using the tarjih method. The solution needs specification using the tarjih method by looking at the sanad. Both hadith are equally valid. Upon closer examination, both hadith have more authentic sanads. The conclusion of the study shows that these hadiths can be resolved using the tarjih method by looking at the sanad in light of existing considerations.

Abstract

The science of khat is a science that introduces the forms of single letters, theirarrangement and ways of assembling them into composed writing. But in the era ofthe current generation, many don't care about the scientific aspects of khat, manypeople prefer to learn easily and quickly by using digital calligraphy applications.Whereas khat science has a clear sanad and identity. Of course the khat learningprocess is very accurate, because it presents theories on how to write the correctArabic letters and khat students in the final process of completing their learning willend with writing a diploma. That the diploma that has been compiled indicates thatthe khaththath has a clear identity in terms of heredity that continues from teacherto teacher. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data obtainedfrom observations, interviews and documentation. So that researchers will examinehow the process and stages of learning khat. and the author will examine the hadithat-Tirmidhī number 3638 contained in the khat certificate, and the backgroundof thoughts and views on the hadith at-Tirmidhī number 3638. Of course, he willexamine the parts of the khat diploma and the influence of the hadith at-Tirmidhīnumber 3638 on beauty preaching khaththath.

Abstract

Discipline is very important for any serious learner or learner of knowledge. Based on observations, implementing a disciplined lifestyle can be seen from the daily activities of the students, starting from the discipline of getting up in the morning, praying at the mosque on time, teaching and learning activities, and going to school. This study aims to determine whether the level of understanding of students affects their disciplinary actions at Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School. The research design is a social problem study based on hypothesis testing using a quantitative methodology. The population in this study were 11th grade Al- Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School students who majored in MA as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used bivariate analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that the understanding and knowledge of Al-urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School students on hadith respecting time is included in the moderate category which is at intervals (4-6) with a total of 13 people (43.3%). Discipline character at school is included in the medium and high categories. While the character of discipline when going to the mosque is included in the high category with a total percentage of 70% (27 people). Based on data analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the understanding of hadith respecting time and the time discipline of students at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Indramayu Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the accusations of the Inkar as-Sunnah who rejectthe hadiths of the Prophet, either in whole or in part. This study used the libraryresearch method by tracing and examining the books of scholars, journal articles,youtube etc. There are two very basic doubts argued by munkiru as-Sunnah inaccording with this problem; namely first, the inauthenticity of hadith since it hadbeen only written after the Prophet Muhammad died, so that they only adhered tothe Qur’an as a source of Islamic teachings and second, the rejection of hadithĀhād for its poorness of trustworthy. These two doubts are answered, first by thefact that some of the Prophet's companions had written hadith since he still alive.Meanwhile, the following doubts are disputed by the validity of religious teachings,even though only conveyed by one or two men.

Abstract

This article discusses the thoughts of Abd al-Malik Ibn Abdillah Abu Ma'ali al-Juwaini or better known as Imam Haramain in addressing the hadiths which contain orders to kill dogs. The aim is to find out the method used by Imam Haramain in understanding and positioning these hadiths because the instructions for the pronunciation are different and seem to contradict each other. Some hadiths absolutely command dogs, some others only order to kill black dogs and some contain praise for the person who saved the dog's life. The method used in this article is library research. The result of this study is that the method used by Imam Haramain in addressing the hadiths containing the order to kill the dog is al-naskh wa al-mansukh, namely by making the hadith that comes later as an eraser of the contents of the hadith that appears earlier. Regarding the hadith which contains the order to kill a dog, there are at least two processes of al-naskh wa al-mansukh. First, an order to kill a dog is absolutely abolished by an order to kill a black dog only. Second, the order to kill black dogs was abolished by the permissibility of killing dogs that were dangerous to humans. Imam Haramain finally concluded that only dogs that had the potential to harm humans could be killed. Thus, feelings of disgust because of the dog's condition as unclean or because the dog is black is not necessarily a reason for muslims to torture or kill dogs.

Abstract

Teaching is a noble occupation. Islam highly values people who have knowledge and practice it and teach it to others. By teaching, an educator will gain valuable experience as well as a good deed that can be reaped in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out the hadith related to rewards in teaching. The method used in this research is qualitative method by using literature study. The result of this study is that the reward of a teacher according to Surah Al Baqarah verse 263 allows as long as it does not hurt an educator by mentioning his gift.

Abstract

The Hadith of the Prophet SAW not only discusses matters related to worship, faith, muamalah, and so on, but also explains a lot about the biological condition and nature of a woman, one of which is menstruation. Among other things, the Prophet said that it is forbidden for women who are menstruating to have intercourse with their husbands. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality and quantity of hadiths and find out the meaning of the hadith prohibiting sex during menstruation from medical science. The method used in conducting this research is a qualitative method, by describing the theories and uncovering the meaning of the hadith which prohibits having sex during menstruation. While the type of research used in the preparation of this thesis is using Library Research. The results of this study indicate that the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah with number 639 is of ṣahīh li żatihi quality. As for the quantity, this hadith is included in the gharib mutlaq hadith. The meaning behind the prohibition of this hadith is that it can cause sexually transmitted diseases such as epididymitis and orchitis, cervical cancer, endometriosis, ovarian cancer, vaginal cancer, vulvar cancer, HIV/AIDS, trichomoniasis, herpes simplex, and genital warts.

Abstract

Al Kalim Tayyib is a book of Hadith by Ibn Taymiyyah that contains a series ofProphetic traditions about dhikr and prayer. The book, tahqiq by Sheikh MuhammadNashiruddin Al Bani, contains 61 chapters and 253 traditions. The book contains61 chapters and 253 traditions. There are levels of classification of the quality ofthe traditions, namely sahih, hasan, dha'if, and even maudhu'. As a pentahqiq AlBani had a great contribution in perfecting the book of dhikr and prayer (Al KalimTayyib). As stated in his muqaddimah, he has made additions to what is lackingin this book. There are three important points that Al Bani focused on, namelycorrecting the errors in the text, providing important notes on texts that are difficultto understand, and providing information on the quality of the hadith in the text.However, the captioning of the hadith texts in this book has not been done thoroughly. And to find the classification of the quality of the hadith, the researcher conducted further identification using the takhrij method. To practice what is contained in Al Kalim Tayyib, readers can sort out the hadith by referring to this study.

Abstract

This document highlights the significance of understanding the meaning of hadith in Islamic teachings and the important role of Hadith Science in analyzing hadith textually and contextually. This study uses the library research method to describe and analyze the subject matter from various related sources. With a deep understanding of the Science of Ma'ani Al-Hadith, it is expected to enrich the knowledge of Muslims about the teachings contained in the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. It paves the way for a broader understanding of the messages hidden in the traditions, enabling Muslims to deepen their religious beliefs and practices. By emphasizing the importance of context and meaning, Ma'ani Al- Hadith helps maintain the continuity and authenticity of Islamic teachings in the face of dynamic times. In conclusion, the advancement of the Science of Ma'ani Al-Hadith plays an important role in preserving Islam's intellectual heritage and enriching people's understanding of their religion.

Abstract

This article discusses the thinking of one of the orientalist figures who is quiteconcerned and popular in the hadith studies namely Josep Schacht. He concludedthat the hadith was false and was made by para tabi'in. To prove the truth of thehypothesis, he raises three very well-known theories, namely argumentum siliento,projecting back, and common links. Many people responded to the position of theresearch and many also rejected it, both from Muslim scholars and western scholars.This paper focuses on the discussion of two books which were the masterpieces hewrote, namely The Origin of Muhammad Jurisprudence (1950), and An Introductionto Islamic Law (1964, and the theory offered by Schacht to prove the truth of theHadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW.
