Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the activities and outcomes of learning English with the subject of Imperative Sentence. The research subjects were 25 students of class VIII.F SMP Negeri 1 Mandirancan. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, documentation and tests. The validity of this classroom action research is through triangulation. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques. The increase in student activity shows that the acquisition in the initial study was only 32.00% or 8 students increased to 68.00% in the first cycle or as many as 17 students, and in the second cycle it was 92.00% or as many as 23 students were declared complete. The increase in student learning outcomes from the average in the initial study was only 64.80 to 75.60 in the first cycle, and in the second cycle to 85.60 and an increase in learning completeness from 5 students or 20.00% to 14 students or 56.00 % and 22 students or 88.00% in the second cycle.

Abstract

The 2019 general election is a starting point in holding elections simultaneously which involves the election of all members of the House of Representatives along with regional leaders at all levels, the Regional Representative Council, including the election of the President and Deputy. All parties and circles are required to take responsibility for the success and active role in, without the exception of the formal organizing institutions, which have been strictly regulated by statutory regulations, namely the KPU (General Election Commission) and Bawaslu (General Election Supervisory Body) and the Constitutional Court (MK). The last as the institution that has the authority to resolve disputes over the results of general elections. Through literature research on Indonesian legislation with descriptive analysis, it can be seen that the role of the Constitutional Court in the 2019 simultaneous election contestation has all been regulated in Law which in its implementation is supported by other supporting regulations. there is a clear line of duty and authority from the Constitutional Court compared to the other two institutions that play a role in the election, namely the KPU and Bawaslu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and improvement of teachers' abilities in managing PBM through the implementation of academic supervision with Classroom Visition Technique at SMAN 2 Tarutung Semester 1 Academic Year 2019. The research subjects were 8 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation study. The validity of the data used triangulation techniques. Data analysis using qualitative analysis. The results showed that in the initial conditions there were no teachers who were able to organize the management of the teaching and learning process properly as evidenced by the low results of the average score obtained by the teachers, namely 49.75 in the low category, in cycle I there were 4 or 50 teachers. , 00% by obtaining a classical average value of 69.88 and included in the sufficient criteria and in the last cycle became a teacher or 100%, as evidenced by the acquisition of a value of 89.38 in the criteria for good grades.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this PTKp activity is to improve the ability of teachers in classroom management during the Covid 19 pandemic through clinical supervision of supervisors. The research subjects were 9 teachers. Data collection techniques through observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Descriptive qualitative data analysis by comparing the results from before the action and after the action. The results of data analysis show that there is an initial condition that only reaches a mean score of 57.34 with LESS criteria, increases to 78.97 with ENOUGH criteria, and in the last cycle it becomes 89.88 with GOOD criteria, and individually per teacher in the initial condition there is not yet. teachers who were declared complete, increased to 5 teachers or 55.56% and in the last cycle to 9 teachers or 100%. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the implementation of clinical supervision has been proven to improve teacher performance in classroom management at SDN 15 Perawang Semester 2 of the 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMAN 2 Siborongborong through academic supervision with classroom observation techniques. The research subjects were 9 non civil servant teachers. The data validity was done by triangulation. Data collection techniques using classroom observation instruments. The data analysis used was a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that in the initial conditions there were no teachers who met the indicators of success, there were only 3 teachers in sufficient criteria and 6 teachers in poor criteria with an average score of 1.99 in the poor criteria. After carrying out academic supervision activities with classroom observation techniques in the first cycle the results showed an increase in there were 4 teachers in good criteria and 5 teachers in sufficient criteria with an average score of 2.94 in sufficient criteria. In the second cycle all teachers have met the indicators of success with the explanation of 7 teachers in very good criteria and 2 teachers in good criteria with an average score of 3.60 in very good criteria

Abstract

This research is motivated by a large number of human psychological problems that have an impact on economic problems, environmental problems, crime issues, family chaos, political problems, and security issues or vice versa. The purpose of this study is to improve maturity in attitude and thinking with a responsibility to optimize the potential in carrying out roles in the family. This research method is research and development (R&D). The subjects of this study were several students at various campuses in Yogyakarta. The results showed that the implementation model of the Hypno family through the psychodrama method includes: (1) digging up data related to family perceptions; (2) digging up data on negative perceptions of family members followed by acceptance therapy; (3) tells about changes in the attitude of family members; (4) forming and strengthening character using Asmaul Husna. Hypno family through the psychodrama method can optimize the potential in carrying out the role of family members. This can be seen from the affective assessment by making observations and reinforced by interviews with each participant. Each participant felt a real change in the family.

Abstract

The Rasulan tradition is synonymous with the coastal communities of Gunungkidul. This tradition is used as a means of worship and offerings to spirits, the spirits of the ancestors of the gods and the rulers of the universe. Considering that this tradition is related to the belief system, the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in and carry out this tradition with full awareness, comfort and holiness. Until now, the authenticity of the apostolic tradition has been preserved, starting from the time and place of implementation, the uborampe, the rites and the arts. Even though they have adapted to Islam and contemporary culture, the majority of people on the coast of Gunungkidul still have mystical beliefs about the various rites and offerings that are in the apostolic procession. After researching using qualitative data-based field research then analyzed by descriptive analysis method using various theories, it can be concluded that the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in the mystical values ​​that exist in the rites and uborampe of the apostolic tradition. These values, among others, are the value of worship of spirits and ancestral spirits, the value of asking for safety, rejecting danger, freedom from prayer, togetherness, religion, mutual assistance, mutual assistance and the value of giving thanks to God.

Abstract

Pengajian Mujahada Kamis Wage has become an important part in the study of Islam at the Pandanaran Islamic Boarding School, Sleman Regency. The teaching of Islam through the inculcation of religious norms in these activities as well as reading the Koran, which requires the conformity of the Arabic word and meaning for the participants and congregation of the recitation. Qualitative exploratory research to obtain the natural setting also identifies how the organizers overcame these obstacles to obtain quality Islamic reading in Arabic from the congregation. PMKW at Pesantren PPSP is implemented openly without limitation on the religious qualifications of participants. However, they are required to be able to pronounce and understand because most of the material is in Arabic, as the main language in Islam. To reduce misunderstandings and make it easier for pilgrims, the organizers have taken several anticipatory steps. An important action is the publication of a book of Mujahadah reading material which is not only written in Arabic, but is also equipped with a reading method even complete with its meaning. In addition, to equalize the intonation of the mujahadah reading material, the congregation was also directly led by one instructor.
