<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan fitur layanan terhadap minat beli konsumen Tokopedia Pasca Covid 19 di Malang raya, serta berapa besar pengaruh harga dan fitur layanan terhadap minat beli konsumen Tokopedia Pasca Covid 19 di Malang raya. Faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah harga dan fitur layanan sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan minat beli sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan konsumen Tokopedia di Malang raya. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling, dimana sampel dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu jumlah sampel 96 orang. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver. 25.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan fitur layanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen tokopedia di Malang Raya]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the application of differential accounting information analysis to sell or process further that can be done by Toko Kopi Powder Sama Jaya in making decisions to increase company profits. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The data obtained in this study were sourced from original data obtained through interviews and documentation. Through analysis using differential accounting information, it can be seen the comparison between selling direct products and products that have been further processed. For the sale of ground coffee products, the company earns a profit of Rp 16,371,453.85 per day or Rp 40,928.32 for 1 (one) kilogram. Meanwhile, the sales of advanced products, namely 250 milliliters of milk coffee, the projected differential profit that will be obtained is Rp. 20,933,653.85 if all products are sold out on that day or Rp. 52,334.00 for every 1 (one) kilogram of ground coffee which is processed into 50 bottles. drink. This shows that differential accounting information can provide alternative decisions by calculating and analyzing differential costs and differential income so that differential profit projections are presented as a basis for decision making for management to increase company profits.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini merupakan artikel konseptual yang menggunakan beberapa literasi yang didapat dan dijabarkan. Pembahasan ini mengenai Tahapan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Aplikasi Canva Menggunakan Model Four-D sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik pada pembelajaran jarak jauh. Media pembelajaran sangatlah diperlukan oleh guru dalam menunjang dan mendukung suatu pengajaran dalam pendidikan. Media pembelajaran merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan guru dalam mengajar, selain menggunakan buku, guru pun diharapkan mempunyai media pembelajaran yang menarik. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh ini, dimana perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat dan maju, setiap orang diharapkan dapat mengerti teknologi sebagai penunjang segala aktivitas yang ada, begitupun dalam ranah pendidikan. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Four-D, model ini mempunyai empat tahapan yaitu tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of financial knowledge and income on the financial management of PKK women in Bareng Village, Malang City. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. From a population of 70 people using convenience sampling sampling technique. The analytical method of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26. The results showed that financial knowledge and income had an effect on family financial management. And financial knowledge affects family financial management, income affects family financial management.Keywords: Financial Knowledge and Income on Family Financial Management AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan dan pendapatan terhadap manajemen keuangan ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Bareng Kota Malang. <![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia, has had an impact on various sectors, one of which is the education sector. The impact is the implementation of the distance learning process which indirectly encourages the development of the use of technology in the world of education itself, especially by educational institutions. Various learning media were then developed or used as an effort to support this, one of which is Discord. The use of Discord itself has been developed by several educational communities such as Neo Historia and Ruang Belajar. This study aims to explore ways of using Discord by the two communities to be able to describe the technique of using the application as an interesting learning medium. Through a qualitative approach method that aims to describe the results of research in more depth obtained through literature study and observation. The results of this study indicate that the maximum use of various features available in Discord such as text and voice channels, channel distribution, role systems, and bots. and the combination with other media can be a factor causing Discord to become an interesting and interactive learning media.Keywords: learning media, discord]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine and analyze how much influence the Workload on Employee Performance through Compensation at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The independent variable used in this study is workload, and the dependent variable used in this study is employee performance, while the intervening variable in this study is compensation. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The sampling method in this study uses a total sampling technique which determines the sample based on the total existing population, so that in this study a sample of 47 employees at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The type of data used in this research is descriptive quantitative and data analysis using SPSS method. In testing the hypothesis model, it uses classical assumption test, path analysis, coefficient of determination test, and t test. the results of the research that has been done partially that the variable workload partially has a significant effect on employee performance through compensation but has a negative direction.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kompensasi pada PT. Adika Tirta Daya Jakarta. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Beban Kerja, dan variable dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Kayawan, sedangkan variabel intervening pada penelitian ini yaitu Kompensasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Adika Tirta Daya Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling artinya dalam menentukan sampel berdasarkan dengan total populasi yang ada, sehingga dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 47 orang karyawan pada PT. Adika Tirta Daya Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan metode SPSS. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, analisis jalur, uji koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik dan uji t. hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan secara parsial bahwa variable Beban Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kompensasi tetapi memliki arah yang negatif. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study explains the effect of compensation, motivation, and employee performance on employee satisfaction. The respondents in this study were 30 people. This research uses quantitative research. The method of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the Compensation variable has an influence on employee job satisfaction, the Motivation variable has a more dominant and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, and the performance variable has an influence on employee job satisfaction ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. <![CDATA[The Merdeka Curriculum was developed using a more flexible methods and focuses on essential material by developing the character and competence of students. Emphasizes project-based learning and soft skills development so that it is closer to practice in the world of work. On this basis, in some subjects it is necessary to adjust the learning model used to support these Curriculum. By using a literature review approach, the problem-solving-based learning models in Christianity education is an effort to adapt the Merdeka Curriculum, which was previously more often delivered by conventional methods. The presentation of the study explains that problem-solving-based learning that prioritizes problem solving in learning activities can strengthen the reasoning power used by students and can provide a basic understanding of the material presented, especially in understanding the Bible as teaching material in Christian religious education. This learning method will bring students to actively search for verses and words in the Bible that are connected to the problems they face. The learning objectives with the problem-solving method will be easier for students to be able to understand the contents of the Bible through solving problems related to real practice.]]>

<![CDATA[Penenlitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) dan bagan alir di Pondok Pesantren Al-Huda Malang. Tahap penelitian dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, perencanaan dan penyusunan produk hingga uji validasi ahli. Tehnik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, angket. Tehnik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu hasil prosentasi skoring berdasarkan uji validasi responden pengguna dan tim validasi ahli terkait pengujian kelayakan desain produk. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk 7 SOP akuntansi dan 2 SOP bagan alir administrasi pesantren. Hasil menunjukkan SOP menghasilkan sistem informasi bermutu yang dapat digunakan untuk keakuratan informasi pembukuan pondok pesantren. ]]>
