Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of the combination of plant spacing, single fertilizer, and compound fertilizer on growth and yield of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 30, (2) at a spacing, single fertilizer, and compound fertilizer which one gives the best effect on the growth and yield of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 30, and (3) the correlation between growth and yield components of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 30. The experiment was conducted in Mekarsari Village Tukdana District Indramayu District, from March through the month of July 2015. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD). This experiment consisted of 9 combined treatment plant spacing, single fertilizer, and compound fertilizer, each repeated three times, so there are 27 experimental plots. The combination treatment was tested in the field are: A (spacing 25 cm x 25 cm, 100 kg Urea, SP-36 50 kg, NPK Phosnka 100 kg, and 250 kg of organic fertilizer), B (spacing 25 cm x 25 cm, 200 kg Urea, SP-36 100 kg, NPK Phosnka 200 kg, and 500 kg of organic fertilizer), C (spacing 25 cm x 25 cm, 300 kg Urea, SP-36 150 kg, NPK Phosnka 300 kg, and 750 kg of organic fertilizer), D (legowo spacing of 2:1, 100 kg Urea, SP-36 50 kg, NPK Phosnka 100 kg, and 250 kg of organic fertilizer), E (legowo spacing of 2:1, 200 kg Urea, SP-36 100 kg, NPK Phosnka 200 kg, and 500 kg of organic fertilizer), F (legowo spacing of 2:1, 300 kg Urea, SP-36 150 kg, NPK Phosnka 300 kg, and 750 kg of organic fertilizer), G (spacing 40 cm x 40 cm, 100 kg Urea, SP-36 50 kg, NPK Phosnka 100 kg, and 250 kg of organic fertilizer), H (spacing 40 cm x 40 cm, 200 kg Urea, SP-36 100 kg, NPK Phosnka 200 kg, and 500 kg of organic fertilizer), and I (spacing 40 cm x 40 cm, 300 kg Urea, SP-36 150 kg, NPK Phosnka 300 kg, and 750 kg of organic fertilizer).The results showed that: (1) there are real influence among combinations of plant spacing, single fertilizer, an d compound fertilizer on parameters of high average plants age of 52 days after planting (DAP), number of tillers per hill age of 38, 45, and 52 DAP, root volume age of 38 and 52 DAP, Leaf Area Index, the Rate of Plant Growth aged 38-45 DAP, the number of panicles per unit area, the number of filled grain per panicle, grain weight per panicle and dry harvested per plot, and the weight of dry milled grain per plot, (2) dry milled grain weight per plot the best there is on the teratment combination sapcing 40 cm x 40 cm, 200 kg urea. SP-36 100 kg, NPK Phonska 200 kg, and 500 kg of organic fertilizer which produces 7.76 kg/plot or the equivalent 4.14 tonnes/ha. In addition to the weight of dry milled grain per plot also contained on the best treatment combination spacing 40 cm x 40 cm, 300 kg Urea, SP-36 150 kg, NPK Phosnka 300 kg, and 750 kg of organic fertilizer which produces 7.90 kg/plot or the equivalent 4.21 tonnes/ha, and (3) a significant correlation occurred between plant height age 45 DAP, number of tillers per hill aged 38, 45, and 52 DAP, root volume of 38 and 52 DAP, and Leaf Area Index by weight of dry milled grain per plot.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine: (1) the effect of a combination dose of nitrogen fertilizer and straw compost on growth and yield of corn (Zea mays L.) cultivars Bisma and (2) dose combination of nitrogen fertilizer and straw compost that gives the best results on the growth and yield of corn (Zea mays L.) cultivars Bisma. The experiment was conducted in UPTD Balai Pengembangan Benih Palawija (BPBP) at Plumbon Cirebon Jawa Barat, from March through the month of June 2015. The method used in this research was the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD). This experiment consisted of 9 combined treatment nitrogen fertilizer and straw compost, each repeated three times, so there are 27 experimental plots. The combination treatment was tested in the field are: A (50 kg urea/ha and straw compost 10 tons/ha), B (50 kg urea/ha and straw compost 15 tons/ha), C (50 kg urea/ha and straw compost 20 tons/ha), D (100 kg urea/ha and straw compost 10 tons/ha), E (100 kg urea/ha and straw compost 15 tons/ha), F (100 kg urea/ha and straw compost 20 tons/ha), G (150 kg urea/ha and straw compost 10 tons/ha), H (150 kg urea/ha and straw compost 15 tons/ha), and I (150 kg urea/ha and straw compost 20 tons/ha). The results of research showed that: (1) there are significantly effect between dose combination of nitrogen fertilizer and straw compost on plant height age of 28, 35, and 42 Days After Planting (DAP), number of leaves per plant age of 35 and 42 DAP, stem diameter age of 35 and 42 DAP , Shoot Root Ratio (SSR) age of 28, 35, and 42 DAP, N uptake, Leaf Area Index, weight without husk the best cobs per plant and per plot , and weight dry shelled per plant and per plot and (2) dry shelled weight per plot gave by the combination treatment of nitrogen fertilizer 150 kg/ha and straw compost 20 tons/ha which produces 4.66 kg/plot or the equivalent of 5.92 tons/ha, assuming 80 % effective land.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi inoculation and Rock Phosphate to P Uptake, growth, and yield rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19, (2) at a dose of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Rock Phosphate uptake P how much produce, growth, and yield the highest rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19, and (3) the correlation between growth and uptake variables P with rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19. The experiment was conducted in lowland Ciputih Block Manislor Villages Jalaksana District Kuningan Regency, from March through the month of July 2015. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD), factorial. The study consisted of two treatment factors, namely Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Rock Phosphate were repeated 3 times. The first factor is Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (C) consists of three levels, namely: C1 (15 kg mycorrhizae), C2 (25 kg mycorrhizae), and C3 (35 kg mycorrhizae). The second factor is Rock Phosphate (R) consists of three levels, namely: R1 (210 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer), R2 (350 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer), and R3 (490 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer). The results showed that: (1) there in a interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi inoculation and administration of Phosphate Rock to the number of tillers per hill 30 days after planting (DAP), P nutrient uptake, root volume, number of productive tillers, filled grain per panicle, and dry milled grain weight per plot, (2) 25 kg treatment Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and 350 kg of Rock Phosphate fertilizer showed the best effect on weight of dry milled grain per plot which 6.95 kg/plot or the equivalent of 9.27 tonnes/ha, and (3) there is a significant correlation between the volume of the roots with dry milled grain weight per plot.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Complementary Liquid Fertilizer, Urea and NPK on the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.) Ciherang varieties, (2) the influence of Complementary Liquid Fertilizer, Urea and NPK the most good for growth and yield of rice (Oryza  sativa L.) Ciherang varieties, and (3) the correlation between the components of the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.) Ciherang varieties. The experiment was conducted Kecomberan Villages Talun District Cirebon Regency, from May through the month of August 2015. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used  a randomized block design (RBD), factorial. The study consisted of two treatment factors were repeated 3 times. The first factor, concentration of complementary liquid  fetilizer consists of three levels, namely: K1 (1 cc/Liter per plot), K2 (2 cc/Liter per plot), and K3 (3 cc/Liter per plot). The second factor is dose fertilizer (P) consists of three levels, namely: P1 (Urea 200 kg/ha, NPK 150 kg/ha), P2 (Urea 250 kg/ha, NPK 200 kg/ha), and P3 (Urea 300 kg/ha, NPK 250 kg/ha).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh kombinasi antara perlakuan jarak tanam dan jenis pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) Kultivar Bisma, (2) perlakuan kombinasi antara perlakuan jarak tanam dan jenis pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) Kultivar Bisma, dan (3) korelasi antara komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) Kultivar Bisma. Penelitian  dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Balai Benih Palawija Kecamatan Plumbon Kabupaten Cirebon, dari bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Juni 2015.Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Percobaan ini terdiri dari 12 kombinasi jarak tanam dan jenis pupuk kandang yang masing-masing diulang tiga kali, sehingga terdapat 36 petak percobaan. Kombinasi perlakuan yang diuji di lapangan adalah : A (jarak tanam 40 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha), B (jarak tanam 40 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang kambing 10 ton/ha), C (jarak tanam 40 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang sapi 10 ton/ha), D (jarak tanam 55 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha), E (jarak tanam 55 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang kambing 10 ton/ha), F (jarak tanam 55 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang sapi 10 ton/ha), G (jarak tanam 70 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha), H (jarak tanam 70 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang kambing 10 ton/ha), I (jarak tanam 70 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang sapi 10 ton/ha), J (jarak tanam 85 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha), K (jarak tanam 85 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang kambing 10 ton/ha), dan L (jarak tanam 85 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang sapi 10 ton/ha).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang nyata dari perlakuan kombinasi jarak tanam dan jenis pupuk kandang terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 28, 35, dan 42 HST, diameter batang umur 28 dan 35 HST, jumlah daun per tanaman umur diameter tongkol segar, jumlah tongkol segar per petak, bobot tongkol segar per tanaman, bobot 100 butir biji kering, dan bobot biji kering per tanaman dan per petak, (2) bobot biji kering per petak terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan jarak tanam 70 cm x 20 cm dan pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha yaitu 3,49 kg/petak setara dengan 3,49 ton/ha, dan (3) korelasi yang nyata tinggi tanaman umur 28 dan 42 HST, diameter batang umur 28 dan 35 HST, jumlah daun umur 28, 35, dan 42 HST, volume akar umur 28 dan 42 HST, dan Laju Pertumbuhan Tanaman umur 28-35 HST dengan bobot biji kering per petak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Perlakuan terbaik antara media tanam bekas galian penambangan industri semen dan kompos terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) Kultivar Bisma, (2) Antara media tanam bekas galian penambangan industri semen dan kompos yang memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) Kultivar Bisma, dan (3) korelasi antara komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) Kultivar Bisma. Penelitian  dilaksanakan di Green House P3M, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), PT INDOCEMENT TUNGGAL PRAKARSA Tbk. Palimanan, Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat, dari bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Juli 2015.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Percobaan ini terdiri dari 6 kombinasi perlakuan kompos dan tanah bekas tambang yang masing-masing diulang 4 kali, sehingga terdapat 4 petak percobaan. Kombinasi perlakuan yang diuji di lapangan adalah : A (15 kg tanah bekas tambang tanpa penambahan kompos per polybag), B (12 kg tanah bekas tambang + 3 kg kompos per polybag), C (9 kg tanah bekas tambang + 6 kg kompos per polybag), D (6 kg tanah bekas tambang + 9 kg kompos per polybag), E (3 kg tanah bekas tambang + 12 kg kompos per polybag), dan F (15 kg kompos tanpa penambahan tanah bekas tambang per polybag).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara kombinasi kompos dan tanah bekas tambang terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 14, 28, dan 42 HST (Hari Setelah Tanam), diameter batang umur 14, 28, dan 42 HST, Indeks Luas Daun umur 50 dan 71 HST, serapan N, P, dan K, panjang tongkol tanpa kelobot, bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot, bobot biji kering kotor per tanaman, dan bobot biji kering bersih per tanaman, (2) bobot biji kering bersih per tanaman tertinggi terdapat pada kombinasi perlakuan 12 kg tanah bekas tambang + 3 kg kompos per polybag yang menghasilkan 89,51 g/tanaman atau setara dengan 5,11 ton/ha dengan asumsi 80 % lahan efektif, dan (3) terdapat korelasi yang nyata antara tinggi tanaman umur 14 dan 42 HST, diameter batang umur 14, 28, dan 42 HST, Indeks Luas Daun umur 29, 50, dan 71 HST, dan serapan P dengan bobot biji kering bersih per tanaman.
