Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Product Diversity, Perceived Price and Store Atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions from an Islamic Business Perspective (Study of Dikromoshop Consumers, Sukarame Bandar Lampung). This research uses quantitative/methods. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Kromoshop consumers via offline Google Form. The sample in this research was 100 Dikromoshop consumers in Sukarame, Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique, the analysis process uses SPSS 20. The research results show that product diversity has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The perceived price variable also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The store atmosphere variable also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product diversity, perceived price and store atmosphere simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the religiosity factor, student perception, family environment and technology environment influences the interest of entrepreneurship with sharia principles, given the many violations in the business world. As a research population in this study, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University, class of 2017-2022. The number of research samples used was 96 respondents. The research approach uses a quantitative approach, the research method used is descriptive analysis and case study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a partial influence on religiosity variables, (2) There is no partial influence on student perception variables, family environment and technology environment on entrepreneurial interests with sharia principles, (3) There is a simultaneous influence on religiosity, student perception, family environment and technology environment towards entrepreneurial interest with sharia principles.

Abstract

The property and real estate sector is one of the most important sectors in a country. With a large population in Indonesia and high economic growth in Indonesia, it creates a need for more effective and more efficient development in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the effect of Debt To Quity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on share prices at PT Bekasi Asri Pemula Tbk. This form of research is associative research. The object of this research is PT Bekasi Asri Pemula Tbk. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is quantitative methods with descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination as well as hypothesis testing in the form of T tests and F tests. The test results show that the Debt To Equity Ratio has a partially significant effect on stock prices, while Net Profit Margin does not have a partially significant effect on share prices

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and consumer trust on online purchases at Lestari Olshop. This method uses descriptive quantitative methods, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with partial (t test) and simultaneous (F test). The research results show that there is a positive influence between service quality on online purchasing decisions at Lestari Olshop. There is a positive influence between consumer trust in online purchasing decisions at Lestari Olshop. Together there is a positive influence between service quality and consumer trust on online purchasing decisions at Lestari Olshop. The conclusion is that Lestari Olshop has a positive influence on service quality and consumer trust. Future researchers can develop this research by adding other variables such as: promotions and prices which can influence purchasing decisions and can use qualitative research methods by examining the variables regarding purchasing decisions more deeply

Abstract

With the increase in the number of business operators, there is an increasingly fierce competition in line with the swift flow of free trade that automatically makes competition come from all directions, both domestic, regional and global. There is no business, which is free to enjoy sales and profits, because there will be competition who want to enjoy it. The tight competition makes business people want to provide excellence and gain profits for business actors, for this reason, efforts are made in order to remain able to survive in the face of competition. Therefore, businesses must adapt themselves to the development of existing businesses. The results of this study conclude that the marketing strategy used by Himawari Collection applies a 5P marketing mix product (Product, Price, People, Promotion, Procsess). From these strategies found things in increasing sales turnover including paying attention to the use of Instagram, determining product strategies and prices in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, flexible prices, utilizing Instagram features to expand marketing targets, making it easier for consumers to make transactions, and stimulating consumers to make product purchases, guaranteeing safe products to consumers

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, Bl rate interest rates, foreign exchange rates and Return On Equity on share prices in state-owned banking companies listed on the IDX. The macro and micro economic environment is the environment that influences the company's daily operations. Investors' ability to understand and predict the company's macro and micro conditions in the future will be very useful in making profitable investment decisions. This research was conducted on state-owned banking companies listed on the IDX using annual reports for 2012-2022. The samples in this research were 4 banks, namely Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Bank Mandin Tbk and Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely taken based on criteria determined by the researcher. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company website and the Bl website. The data analysis method used in this research is the partial least squares (PLS) approach. Data processing uses SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this research are that inflation has an effect on stock prices, Bl rate, foreign exchange rates and Return on Assets have no effect on stock prices. Suggestions for future researchers are that they can use other variables and use different research periods.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, study and test the application and constraints of the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Aura Pesona Wisata. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study design. The results of this research show the application of the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Aura Pesona Wisata is still not running effectively because it still uses a manual system for recording, and the problem that often occurs in the cash receipts and disbursements accounting information system is miscommunication due to multiple functions or tasks within the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Internal Control System, Organizational Ethical Culture, Implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Personal Attitude on Fraud Tendencies. This research uses a quantitative approach and this type of research tends to be deductive. The sample population in this research is employees in the budget and finance sector at BPKAD Surabaya City. The type of data used in this research uses primary data which comes from respondents' answers obtained from questionnaires distributed to 52 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research uses Patial Least Square (PLS) with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results show that the Internal Control System, Ethical Organizational Culture, Implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Personal Attitude influence Fraud Tendencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-wom) on culinary purchase intention through trust as an intervening variable on @bangkafoodbang Instagram followers. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection involving 100 respondents of @bangkafoodbang Instagram followers with purposive sampling through distributing questionnaires. This research uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SMARTPLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that marketing content and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant direct effect on trust. Content marketing and electronic word of mouth also have a direct positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, the indirect test results show that content marketing and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention when mediated by trust.
