Abstract

Budgeting in government organizations is carried out through the concept of performance-based budgeting which is a reform in the field of planning and budgeting since 2005. The legal basis for planning and budgeting is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance and Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Financial System. National Development Planning. As a follow-up to this Law, the government issued Government Regulation Number 21 of 2004 concerning the Compilation of Work Plans and Budgets for State Ministries/Institutions. The research objective was to examine the effect of the internal control system on budget performance and the effect of budgetary participation on budget performance at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with LIPI employee respondents as a population and the research sample is 90 LIPI Jakarta employees. Methods Data analysis was carried out with the classical assumption test and linear regression test and hypothesis test. With the help of SPSS 20, the research results were obtained. The results of the study show that internal control has a significant positive effect on budget performance and budget participation has a significant effect on budget performance

Abstract

Brothers Barbershop Purwokerto, a hair-cutting service company with 5 years of operation, faces challenges in a competitive and dynamic industry. To sustain and grow in the market, an effective marketing strategy is crucial. This study develops a marketing strategy plan using SWOT analysis, IFAS, and EFAS analysis to determine the strategic positioning. The marketing strategy is planned using the SWOT matrix based on information gathered through observation, interviews, and literature study. The competitive position of Brothers Barbershop Purwokerto lies in Quadrant I with coordinates (2.73; 2.58), indicating an aggressive position. This signifies the company's strength in facing significant challenges. The recommended strategy is a growth strategy, leveraging and further improving advantageous internal conditions to maintain a strong position

Abstract

The Murabaha contract is one of several contracts used in Sharia cooperatives. A Murabaha contract is a contract of buying and selling goods at the original price with an additional agreed profit. In this contract, the member or customer knows the original price and the price given to the member or customer so that they both know and there is no element of gharar in it. This study aims to find out how the application of murabahah contracts on financing products at KSSPPS Nuri East Java and whether the application of Murabaha contracts on financing products is in accordance with sharia. regarding Murabaha contracts on savings products and looking theoretically at what is applied in banks, this study uses a qualitative method, namely a method by analyzing research results that produce descriptive analysis data. In addition, data collection was carried out by direct interviews with KSPPS Nuri Jatim Cab. Pegantenan, Customer Nuri East Java and Academics of Islamic Economics. The results of the research are savings products in Nuri East Java using a murabahah mutlaqah contract, with a profit ratio of 25:75 (25 for customers and 75 for banks).

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located in the Southeast Asia region and flanked by the two continents of Asia and Australia, Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest islands and population. From the questionnaire distributed to respondents, data was obtained to make Indonesia a world exporter, the data was processed using descriptive analysis methods to produce the answer that Indonesia has the potential to become the world's leading exporter, this is divided into several factors as why Indonesia can become the world's leading exporter. In terms of Indonesian waters, it has several potentials, Indonesia is known as a maritime country because it is dominated by the ocean, in the fisheries sector it is superior because Indonesia's marine products are of excellent quality besides being abundant so they can meet the demand of countries that need a large supply of marine animals.

Abstract

With a large Muslim community in Malang City and the influx of digital technology which increased quite a lot during the Covid-19 pandemic, this research wants to describe and analyze how the existence of digital platforms supports the micro and small business sector in Malang City. The type of research carried out is descriptive quantitative research that uses literature studies and also primary data obtained from the questionnaire results for later testing and analysis. Based on the results of data processing using the smart PLS 3 application, it can be seen that of the 3 latent variables used, only 2 variables influence variable Y, namely variable X1 which is represented by Perceived Usefulness and variable X3, namely Perceived Ease To Use on Y, namely the total transaction that obtained by MSMEs while using digital economic tools as indicators

Abstract

Social media users in Indonesia are very high, so business actors use social media as a place for promotion and selling. Business people use social media to introduce their products. Social media has useful features for businesses so that they can facilitate promotional activities and sell their products. The author conducted this research, aiming to find out the increase in sales experienced by businesses when using social media in carrying out their marketing strategy, namely promoting their products by utilizing features on social media. This method uses descriptive qualitative research. This research collects data through direct interviews with business actors. The results of this study, namely utilizing social media features, and conducting regular promotions on social media can be one of the marketing strategies. They also take advantage of their relationships, namely using word-of-mouth marketing strategies and consumer reviews so that the products they offer can be reached more widely

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the variables of Compensation, Competence, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) have on employee work productivity at PT Mediacipta Perkasa Mandiri. The population in this study were 82 employees. This study used a saturated sample, which means that all 82 employees were sampled. This study uses SPSS to answer the main facts by using a list of questionnaires distributed and answered by respondents. In this study, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Mediacipta Perkasa Mandiri, competence does not have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Mediacipta Perkasa Mandiri and Occupational Safety and Health have no positive or significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Mediacipta Perkasa Mandiri

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover on Profitability in Building Construction Sub Sector Companies in Indonesia. The variable used is Return on Assets as the dependent variable and the independent variable is Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover. The sample used in this study is a company listed in the building construction sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were selected using purposive sampling. From a population of 50 companies listed in the building construction sector on the IDX. There were 38 companies that did not pass the purposive sampling selection so the sample used in this study was 12 companies.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience, perceived benefits and trust on interest in using Go-Pay. The population in this study were Dian Nusantara University students, especially Go-Pay users. The samples taken in this study amounted to 100 using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via the Google form, and data processing using SmartPLS. The results of the test showed that the perceived ease of use variable did not have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use by 0.364, the perceived benefit variable did not have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use by 0.676, the trust variable had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use by 5.979

Abstract

Training relied on the fact that labour will require the knowledge, skill, and ability to expand to work eminently whereas efficacy program training can be influenced by the ability of the trainer and the training method. This research is done as a means to know its influence is trainers and training methods on performance (Study at competitor PT. Pelita Training Centre Makassar). Data was obtained by propagating etiquette to 40 training competitors, which is determined using the method of convenience sampling. Data obtained is to be done by the test of data quality before being analyzed to use the doubled method regress, test the partial, and determination. Results of the research show that the variable of trainer and training method has an effect positive and significant to the performance of training competitor in Pelita Training Centre Makassar, where variable trainer owns the stronger correlation to the performance of training competitor
