Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and variable influence of promotion, innovation and product quality as well as indirect on company performance through customer satisfaction Red Ginger Laris Pisan. The research sample was 112 respondents who were existing customers and new customers. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis processed with Smart-PLS software. The study’s results proved that the variables of promotion, innovation and product quality significantly affected customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction significantly affected company performance. Meanwhile, product quality variables have a significant effect on company performance, but promotion variables and innovation variables do not have a significant effect on company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the role of local governments in alleviating extreme poverty zones in the Simeulue Regency. The theory used in this study is the role of government according, which has four-dimensional variables, including entrepreneurship. Facilities, stimulus, and coordinator. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection obtained through three triangulation, including interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data is analyzed through the concept, which includes reduction, showing that the role of the Simeulue District government in alleviating extreme poverty, which is reviewed through four dimensions, is not optimal, where from the variable, the role of the entrepreneur is still minimal work for the indigenous people of Simeulue. Then the last variable of the role of the stimulus of the local government of Simeulue people in extreme poverty zones can make the extremely poor of Simeulue develop more advanced, such as communication training and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of press statements regarding the relaxation of mask use on Abnormal Returns and Trading Volume Activity. This research is quantitative research that uses a comparative method. The objects in this study are Abnormal Returns and Trading Volume Activity, the data of which is taken from a summary of stock prices and an overview of the IHSG of companies that are members of the LQ-45 index on the IDX, with a sampling technique using the census method. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Rank Test with a tool in the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 application. The results showed differences in Abnormal Returns before and after press statements regarding the relaxation of mask use. And there is no difference in Trading Volume Activity before and after the press statement regarding easing the use of masks.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Customer Relation Management, Innovation, HR Competence and Competitive advantage on the company's performance directly or indirectly on the construction services of PT Multi Fabrindo Gemilang. The research sample was 151 employee respondents for focus group discussions (FGD) attended by the company's top management. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. They collected data using questionnaires and focus group discussions (FGD). The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which was processed with Smart PLS version 3 software, and qualitative data analysis used IFE, EFE, CPM, SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results showed that the Customer Relationship Management variable affected competitive advantage, the innovation variable had an effect on competitive advantage, the HR Competence variable had an impact on the Competitive Advantage, the Customer Relationship Management variable had no effect on the company's performance, the innovation variable had an impact on the company's performance, the HR competence variable affected the company's performance. Company performance and competitive advantage variables affect the company's performance. The results of QSPM produce alternative strategies: Strengthening and Expanding Networking, Innovation & Technology Development, and Cost Efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the supply chain and the competitiveness of native beef cattle in South Sulawesi Province.  A conceptual model was developed to examine how supply chains, including strategic supplier partnerships, market information sharing, and knowledge technology in beef cattle production sharing, are related to the competitiveness of native beef cattle. A survey questionnaire based on 64 farmers and intermediary traders from Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province, was conducted to collect empirical data to test the formulated hypothesis. Spearman's correlation coefficient analysis was conducted to test the hypothesized relationship. The study result showed that strategic supplier partnerships have a significant and positive relationship with competitive native beef cattle, while the market share of information and knowledge technology in beef cattle production was not significant and positively associated with competitive native beef cattle.  The study’s limitations/implications are other important dimensions for supply chain partnerships, namely information sharing, goal congruence, decision synchronization, incentive alignment, and resource sharing should also be involved in future research. Since this study was limited to the province of South Sulawesi, the findings of this study cannot be generalized to supply chain practices in Indonesia and developing countries. Therefore future research should be carried out in other provinces in Indonesia or developing countries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of corporate culture on educational training for OPD BNI Syariah employees at the head office; (2) the effect of job training education on the work ethic of BNI Syariah OPD employees at the head office; (3) the effect of employee motivation on the performance of OPD BNI Syariah head office employees; (4) the influence of corporate culture on the work ethic of OPD BNI Syariah employees at the head office; (5) the influence of corporate culture on the motivation of OPD BNI Syariah head office employees; (6) the influence of corporate culture on the performance of OPD BNI Syariah head office employees; (7) the effect of job training education on the motivation and performance of OPD BNI Syariah head office employees. The results of this study are: (1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on motivation, t-value is 2.926 > t-table is 1.96 at a significance level of 5%. This means that organizational culture significantly affects motivation (2) Education and training have a positive and significant effect on motivation, t-value of 2.354 > t-table of 1.96 at a significance level of 5%. This means that education and training positively and significantly affect motivation. (3) work ethic has a positive and significant effect on motivation; t-value is 3.758 > t-table is 1.96 at a significance level of 5%. This means that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on motivation. (4) Organizational culture significantly affects performance, t-value of 2.354 > t-table of 1.96 at a significance level of 5%. This means that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. (5) Education and training significantly affect performance, t-value of 3,390 > t-table of 1.96 at a significance level of 5%. This means that education and training have a significant effect on employee performance. (6) work ethic has no significant effect on employee performance; t-value is 1.789 < t-table is 1.96 at a significance level of 5%. Abstract

In line with the development of the times, technology is also developing today. Therefore, it needs to be utilized by Islamic financial institutions to create Green Banking by applying this technology. It will be very beneficial for the benefit of all humans and preserve the environment. Green Banking reduces the use of paper or paperless because product features become advantages and distinctive characteristics for a product that customers can use directly. Mobile banking is a banking facility that uses mobile devices such as mobile phones. Mobile banking services make it easy for customers to perform banking transactions such as balance inquiries, inter-account transfers, and bill payments. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data using literature studies and resumes from theories or opinions that have been done before. This study aims to determine how prioritized the prioritization, security, risk, and quality of service in the application of green banking for the benefit of customers and examine the concept of Green Banking within the scope of the Quran and see the extent of the initiation of the concept of Green Banking in Islamic banking institutions. And this research aims to explain the laws regarding protecting the confidentiality of customers’ personal data as users of mobile banking products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Faculty, GPA, and Gender on the level of financial literacy of students at the STIAMi Jakarta Institute of Social Sciences and Management. To obtain the required data, data collection in the form of a questionnaire was used. The respondents studied were 100 FIA and Non-FIA students. Data analysis technique with Binary Logistic Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study, shows that the Faculty influences the level of financial literacy of students in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences and Management, STIAMI, Jakarta. Students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences have a better level of financial literacy compared to students other than the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. GPA does not affect the level of financial literacy of students in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management, Jakarta. Students with GPA > 3.00 have a better level of financial literacy than students with GPA < 3.00. and gender does not affect the level of financial literacy of undergraduate students in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FIA) STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management, Jakarta. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of people development and compensation employee and organizational culture through Performance in PT. SGS Indonesia. In this research data collection using the questionnaire collected from respondents. The sampling method collection used in this research is non-probability sampling, with a collection technique of purposive sampling. The total sample of this research is 130 respondents. The analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis techniques, a method for hypothesis testing using the software LISREL. Abstract

The role that investors play in the current rapid development of the Indonesian Stock Exchange, investors must be very careful when making investments and must research the companies they wish to support. According to Mahendra (2018), a company is founded with a specific purpose and the main goal is to maximize profits. While the goal of the third company is to increase the value of the company, which is reflected in the share price, the goal of the second company is to enrich its shareholders or shareholders. The business has released its financial reports for the years 2018 to 2021. A total of thirty companies failed to comply with the requirements in the incomplete financial statements from 2018 to 2021. Therefore, using the SPSS application version 26, a binary logistic regression analysis was performed on the data collected by 25 sample companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and quantitative data. The company's financial reports can be accessed on the IDX, which is the source of study data. 2. The profitability of a company is directly inversely correlated with its value. Directly proportional to the profitability of the company, and vice versa, the value of the company increases. 3. The size and profitability of a company is directly related to its value.
