Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of handling high risk by mitigating the risk of unwanted events (KTD) against objectives at the Directorate of Control of Circulating Goods and Services of the Ministry of Trade on Key Performance Indicators from Organizations. The type of research used is quantitative where the research disseminates questions on the large, medium, and small impact scales of a risk statement and the data collection technique is through observation, as well as in-depth interviews of emerging risk statements. The results of the research show that through bowtie analysis the impact and the chance of a risk occurring can be reduced by mitigating and approaching large and medium-scale risks into a small and missing risk scale. Out of 3 (three) risk statements, 2 (two) risk statements can be reduced and 1 missing risk statement after the mitigation is carried out, namely the unsupervised circulation of goods and services in areas that are not reached by the Mitigation Supervisory Officer, the additional human resources for the Goods and Services Supervisor Officer through Education and Training are carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze business opportunities for electric motor workshops with a green technology concept in Denpasar City. The analytical tools used in this research include qualitative descriptive analysis to determine business opportunities and SWOT analysis for business opportunity development strategies. Based on the survey conducted in the field, the potential for a green technology-based electric motor workshop business in Denpasar City is promising. Currently, there is a growing awareness among the public about the importance of environmental conservation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution, one of which is by using electric motorcycles. In this concept, an electric motor workshop can be a potential platform for developing a business focused on technology that reduces negative environmental impacts. This will stimulate a high demand for electric motorcycles and ultimately be related to the increasing need for electric motor workshops.

Abstract

This 2022 research entitled The Effect of Information Technology and Asset Management on Hospital Performance with Asset Optimization as an Intervening Variable at the Vertical Hospital (BLU) of the Ministry of Health. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a significant influence between Information Technology and Asset Management on Hospital Performance based on the Director General of Treasury No.24 of 2018 regarding guidelines for evaluating the performance of BLU in the health service sector, with Asset Optimization as an Intervening Variable in Vertical Hospitals (BLU). Ministry of Health. The independence of the financial management of the Vertical Hospital to become a BLU is the same as how the Vertical Hospital can better utilize the assets that are currently available but are not yet optimal in terms of management. So there is a need for asset optimization at the Vertical Hospital so that it can provide more benefits for the general public as well as benefits for the Vertical Hospital within the Ministry of Health, especially in facing the current pandemic conditions which must be more prepared in terms of service (asset optimization) as a form of service readiness. Health when the pandemic returns. The research method used is Ex Post Facto Causality Research, with this type of research based on a time approach using a cross-sectional approach. Data management in this study will use PLS 3.2.6 Smart Software Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Variance Based SEM or Partial Least Square (PLS) is a method used to cover the weaknesses contained in the regression method. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sample / Purposive Sampling which uses a total sample of 34 people, representing 34 BLU Vertical Hospitals. In the whole of this study, the biggest influence on the t-test is the influence of Asset Management on Asset Optimization (t count of 9.275 is greater than t table of 1.96), which has a positive and significant effect

Abstract

The Tiktok social media in Indonesia is widely used for creativity and for doing business with the public. One company that implements this strategy is Scarlett Whitening. Scarlett Whitening is a beauty product from Indonesia that is intensively marketed through social media, especially on social media such as TikTok, by creating digital content and collaborating with influencers to build a brand image on its products. This research was conducted to determine how much digital influence Tiktok's social media marketing content has on the brand image of Scarlett Whitening products. This study's independent variable is TikTok's digital marketing content, while the dependent variable is the brand image. This quantitative research uses multiple linear regression analysis, normality tests, correlation analyses, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (T-test and F-test). The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of Tiktok's digital marketing contacts on the brand image of Scarlett Whitening products. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained were 0.411. So it can be explained that the independent variable, namely digital content marketing Tiktok, influences 41.1% while the remaining 58.9% is influenced by other variables not in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media advertising and impulse buying on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of Scarlett Whitening consumers in Scarlett Whitening e-commerce Shopee users. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method by taking samples through questionnaires distributed online. The sample was distributed to 109 respondents according to the research criteria. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The results of the study explained that simultaneously social media and Impulse Buying influenced the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening Products by 64.2%. Partially, social media has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening Products by 51% and impulse buying also has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening Products by 13.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between incentive, motivation, and achievement assessment variables on employee performance. Performance measurement is seen based on employee output by looking at the targets and production set by management. Employee behavior is dynamic and will change according to comfort, expectations, and the company environment. Systematic performance assessment to evaluate the effectiveness, competence, and skills of the work as well as the benefits for the company. The research analysis unit was carried out at PT. Young-il Indonesia. The research method is based on the results of a questionnaire analyzed quantitatively statistically with the help of SPSS 25. The population and sample of employees from all companies totaling 80 employees using hypothesis testing linear regression testing and goodness of fit test (R Square test). The research results show that the incentive variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Achievement appraisal has a significant positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, trust, and purchase decisions on the Shopee online marketplace among Indonesian students. The research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A sample of 200 respondents was selected through purposive sampling. The findings from Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis reveal that online customer reviews exert a significant positive influence on purchase decisions, whereas online customer ratings do not exhibit a significant effect. Both online customer reviews and ratings positively contribute to the establishment of consumer trust. However, the level of trust does not significantly impact purchase decisions. The implications suggest that platforms should enhance their features and services to bolster consumer trust and comprehend the intricate dynamics of how reviews and ratings influence purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of visual merchandising, store atmosphere, and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying, with positive emotion as a mediator for KKV Indonesia consumers. The research involved 120 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on the results, visual merchandising, store atmosphere, and hedonic shopping motivation significantly impact positive emotion. Positive emotion, in turn, has a significant effect on impulse buying. Positive emotion can act as a mediator in the relationship between visual merchandising, store atmosphere, hedonic shopping motivation, and impulse buying.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the main components that support the implementation of education so to achieve professional processes and results, teachers must always improve the quality of education. However, in the field, teachers still do not implement their main duties and functions as teachers optimally. This happens because many determining factors influence this phenomenon. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sirojul Ulum Lopang and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Lopang involving 21 teachers. The research method uses a quantitative approach to determine the influence of competency levels, teacher qualifications, and motivation on performance. The method used is quantitative. The research results show that the level of competence shows an opposite relationship with performance. Qualifications and motivation have a significant influence on performance.
