Abstract

AbstractPurpose - The aim of the research was to assess the relationship between perceived stress, emotional intelligence and psychological wellbeing of mental health professionals during Covid-19 in Pakistan.Method - The population of this study is (n=150) mental health professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatry nurses). Data was collected through purposive sampling strategy.Result - The results showed that perceived stress has significant negative association with psychological wellbeing, however, emotional intelligence has significant positive association with psychological wellbeing. Regression findings revealed that perceived stress and emotional intelligence were significant predictors of psychological wellbeing among mental health professionals. ANOVA findings showed psychological wellbeing score was high in psychiatrists then other mental health professionals.Implication – This research guided to enhance the emotional intelligence skill. The present study will help to understand the importance of psychological wellbeing especially among mental health professionals.Originality - The present study has great importance for mental health professionals. The results of the current study have suggestions for theories in the field of socialization to understand the perceived stress, emotional intelligence and psychological wellbeing mostly experienced, which increase our knowledge.***Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara stres yang dirasakan, kecerdasan emosional, dan kesejahteraan profesional kesehatan mental selama Covid-19 di Pakistan.Metode - Populasi penelitian ini adalah (n=150) tenaga kesehatan jiwa (psikolog, psikiater, perawat psikiatri). Data dikumpulkan melalui strategi purposive sampling.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi stres memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan kesejahteraan, namun kecerdasan emosional memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan kesejahteraan. Temuan regresi mengungkapkan bahwa stres yang dirasakan dan kecerdasan emosional merupakan prediktor signifikan kesejahteraan di kalangan profesional kesehatan mental. Temuan ANOVA menunjukkan skor kesejahteraan lebih tinggi pada psikiater daripada profesional kesehatan mental lainnya.Implikasi - Penelitian ini dipandu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kecerdasan emosional. Studi ini akan membantu untuk memahami pentingnya kesejahteraan, terutama di kalangan profesional kesehatan mental.Originalitas - Penelitian ini sangat penting bagi para profesional kesehatan mental. Hasil penelitian saat ini memiliki saran untuk teori di bidang sosialisasi untuk memahami stres yang dirasakan, kecerdasan emosional, dan kesejahteraan sebagian besar dialami, yang meningkatkan pengetahuan kita.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the relationship and the influence of parental parenting on students' PIU levels.Method: Correlational research with an explanatory design was chosen to answer the formulation of the research problem. A total of 121 junior high schools (SMP) students in Malang City were respondents to the study using random sampling. The research data was collected using two instruments, namely generalized problematic Internet Use Scale 2 (GPIUS2) and the Parenting Questionnaire in Alabama. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression.Result: The results showed that inconsistent discipline, poor monitoring/supervision, and corporal punishment are variables that predict an increase in student PIU. Thus, it can be concluded that parental parenting is related and has an effect on the high and low levels of PIU.Implication: Therefore, parents need to adjust parenting by helping students in improving self-control during a pandemic that uses more internet access.Originality: This research is a study that focuses on analyzing problems that arise in the pandemic era related to problematic internet use (PIU) and parental parenting models.***Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh Problematic Internet Use (PIU) terhadap pola asuh orang tua pada siswa SMA Kota Malang.Metode: Correlational research with explanatory design was chosen to answer the formulation of the research problem. Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to ascertain the impact of several options on distractor performance when confidence scoring was used and established the impact of the numbers of options for multiple-choice test items on the reliability of coefficients that were not significant.Method: This research used a descriptive survey design. There are two sampling methods used in this research, simple random sampling technique and purposive sampling. The instrument used for this study was an adapted version of the 2015 West Africa School Certificate Examination (WASCE) Economics test items. Data collected were analyzed using ANOVA, Kuder -Richardson Formula (KR-20) and Fisher's Z-Test with aid of FZT compotator.Result - The results of the study showed that several options had a significant impact on distractors' performance when scored using confidence scoring (F = 6.679, p 0.05). The results also showed that for each pairwise comparison of 3/4-options (zobt = 0.640), 3/5-options (zobt = 0.837) and 4/5-options (zobt = 0.196) at p 0.05 the difference in the reliability coefficients were not significant.Implication - This study suggests to improve scoring, the procedure should be encouraged and used in schools because it is effective in reducing the contribution of random guessing to testees' total score and in rewarding testees' partial knowledge on multiple-choice tests. Furthermore, the confidence scoring procedure significantly reduces the 'craze' for a do-or-die affair to pass an examination at all costs and thus should be used in all schools.Originality - This research is the study to improve scoring procedures that should be encouraged and used in schools.***Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memastikan dampak jumlah opsi pada kinerja pengecoh ketika penilaian kepercayaan digunakan dan menetapkan dampak jumlah opsi untuk item tes pilihan ganda pada keandalan koefisien tidak signifikan.Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei deskriptif. Ada dua metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu teknik simple random sampling dan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah versi adaptasi dari soal-soal tes Ekonomi West Africa School Certificate Examination (WASCE) 2015. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA, Rumus Kuder-Richardson (KR-20) dan Fisher's Z-Test dengan bantuan kompotator FZT.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah opsi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pengecoh ketika diberi skor menggunakan penilaian kepercayaan (F = 6.679, p 0,05). Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa untuk setiap perbandingan berpasangan opsi 3/4 (zobt = 0,640), opsi 3/5 (zobt = 0,837) dan opsi 4/5 (zobt = 0,196) pada p 0,05 selisih koefisien reliabilitas tidak signifikan.Implikasi - Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk meningkatkan prosedur penilaian harus didorong dan digunakan di sekolah-sekolah karena telah terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kontribusi tebakan acak terhadap skor total testi dan dalam menghargai pengetahuan parsial testi pada tes pilihan ganda. Selanjutnya, prosedur penilaian kepercayaan secara signifikan mengurangi 'kegemaran' untuk urusan do-or-die untuk lulus ujian di semua biaya, dan dengan demikian harus digunakan di semua sekolah.Orisinalitas - Penelitian ini adalah studi untuk meningkatkan prosedur penilaian harus didorong dan digunakan di sekolah.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to prove the effectiveness of Aggression Placement Training ( ART ) in reducing the aggressiveness of students, especially in Islamic High School (Madrasah Aliyah).Method: This research used a true-experimental design method with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Samples were determined using random selection technique. The subjects were students of class XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kendal. Aggressiveness data collection is using the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ).Results: The results of the study revealed that ART with an Islamic cultural and religious approach was effective in reducing the level of students' aggressiveness. The data show the level of aggressiveness of students in the experimental group was significantly lower than students in the control group. The theoretical means of 93,461 to 45.09 with a significance level of 0.00.Implication: ART is suggested to be applied to overcome student’s aggression, therefore it is recommended for further researchers to use larger research subjects to have a more accurate conclusion; use ART for problems other than aggression such as low prosocial, low morale, and so on; conduct research in school settings where students are more heterogeneous, which is using ART to reduce the level of students aggression in senior high school or vocational high school.Originally: This study used ART that had been adapted to the conditions of the Indonesian people, especially those who were Muslim. The training related to skill streaming, anger control training (ACT), and moral reasoning had an Islamic nuance.***Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efektifitas Pelatihan Penempatan Agresi ( ART ) dalam mengurangi agresivitas siswa khususnya di Madrasah Aliyah .Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan metode true-experimental design dengan rancangan randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik pemilihan acak. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kendal. Pengumpulan data agresivitas menggunakan Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ).Hasil - Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ART dengan pendekatan budaya dan agama Islam efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat agresivitas siswa. Data menunjukkan tingkat agresivitas siswa pada kelompok eksperimen secara signifikan lebih rendah dibandingkan siswa pada kelompok kontrol. Rerata teoritis sebesar 93,461 sampai dengan 45,09 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00.Implikasi - ART disarankan untuk diterapkan untuk mengatasi agresi siswa, oleh karena itu disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk menggunakan subjek penelitian yang lebih besar untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan yang lebih akurat; menggunakan ART untuk masalah selain agresi seperti prososial rendah, moral rendah, dan sebagainya; melakukan penelitian di lingkungan sekolah yang siswanya lebih heterogen, yaitu penggunaan ART untuk mengurangi tingkat agresi siswa di sekolah menengah atas atau sekolah menengah kejuruan.Orisinalitas -  Penelitian ini menggunakan ART yang sudah disesuaikan dengan kondisi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya yang beragama Islam. Pelatihan terkait skill streaming, pelatihan pengendalian amarah (ACT), dan penalaran moral bernuansa islami.

Abstract

Purpose - This research aims to measure the effectiveness of counseling groups using the technique of role-playing in the framework of character-strengthening education in high school students.Method - research type used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. This study involves two object groups: experiment group and control group. These groups are set through a random method.Result - Counseling group with role-playing technique is proven to be effective in strengthening the character of the participants. This can be seen from the paired sample T-test where the significance score was 0.000 (p0.05). Thus, strengthening the character through a role-playing technique that includes the score of religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity shows significant changes in the results. _Implications - This study the impact on the development of service guidance and counseling in high school as an effort to build character’s participants teach to fit with the score of character education.Originality - This research is strengthening character education through counseling group service with a role-playing technique for high school students.***Purpose - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektifitas konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik role playing dalam rangka penguatan pendidikan karakter pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA).Method - Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua objek kelompok yakni kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Penentuan kelompok ditetapkan melalui metode acak.Result - Konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing terbukti efektif dalam penguatan karakter peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari uji paired sample T-test dimana nilai signifikansi menunjukkan angka 0,000 (p0,05). Dengan demikian, penguatan karakter melalui teknik role playing yang meliputi nilai religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong-royong dan integritas menunjukkan hasil perubahan yang signifikan.Implications - Kajian ini berdampak pada pengembangan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA sebagai upaya penanaman karakter peserta didik agar sesuai dengan nilai pendidikan karakter.Originality - Penelitian ini merupakan kajian penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing pada siswa SMA.
