Abstract

In the current era of globalization excellent service is a major element in hospitals and health units. Hospitals are required to provide health services that serve optimal service standards. The hospital or puskesmas is declared successful, not only in the completeness of the superior facilities, but also the attitudes and services of human resources are the elements that significantly affect the service produced and perceived by the patient One of the medical services in Sukadana Public Health Center East Lampung, is one of the health centers that handle patients who have severedisease. So that needs to be done quickly and precisely. The health unit ofthe puskesmas provides 24-hour service with midwife and paramedic personnel responsible for all emergency services. The purpose of this research his to know empathy relationship with patients at is factionat East Lampung Sukadana Health Center. The type of this research his descriptive research. File collection technique suse primary file and secondary file. The analysis to ol used is a simple regression model with T test. Conclusion, Empathy has no significant effect. Or an employee'scircumstances to fur ther improveits performance in serving Patient Sukadana Puskesmas East Lampung.

Abstract

A company can not be separated from human resources even though the company has a large capital and modern technology. The success of a company is determined by employee performance. One of the factors that can affect employee performance is discipline. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is influence of discipline on employee performance in KSP Savings and Credit Cooperatives. Wagura Way Jepara, East Lampung? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance in KSP Savings and Credit Cooperatives. Wagura Way Jepara, East Lampung. This research is descriptive research with quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques in this research are documentation and questionnaire. The population is all employees in KSP Wagurayang numbering 10 people. Samples of as many as 10 people or all Wagura KSP employees. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study are the significant value of Discipline is 0.002, the value is smaller than 0.05 so that the Hypothesis (Ha) which states "There is Discipline Influence on Employee Performance in the Wura KSP Savura Loan Cooperative in East Lampung 2019" can be accepted. R square value or the coefficient of determination = 0.594, which means the effect of Discipline on employee performance is 59.4%, and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Palm oil is the prime commodity in Indonesia so that it can absorb a lot of energy and increase community income. The purpose of this study is. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of land area and oil palm production in Bungo District and determine the effect of oil palm income on oil palm GRDP in Bungo.The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely time series data in the span of years 2007 to 2016. Secondary data in this study are the area of oil palm, oil palm production, agricultural GRDP and PDRB Bungo District. The method used to determine the development of land area and oil palm production in Bungo District with descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed that the development of the area of oil palm in Bungo district always increased from year to year and oil palm production in Bungo Regency always fluctuated. The year 1999 experienced a decline in 2001 began to increase slowly and in 2013 experienced a very significant increase of 559,666,000 kg and the effect of oil palm income on oil palm GRDP in Bungo District had an effect with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.800. This showed that palm oil income affected Bungo Regency's GRDP is 80%, the remaining 20% is caused by other  influences

Abstract

Employee Discipline is one of the spearheads of the company that gets the maximum profit through marketing activities. Supervision and Commitment are ways to improve Employee Discipline. This study aims to 1. Determine whether there is Supervision of Employee Discipline in Belimbing Indah Purbolinggo Department Store East Lampung District 2. Know whether there is a Commitment to Employee Discipline in Indah Purbolinggo Belimbing Department Store in East Lampung Regency 3. Know what is recommended Supervision and Commitment to Discipline Employees At Indah Belimbing Department Store Purbolinggo, East Lampung Regency. This research was conducted with the independent variable Supervision and Commitment as well as variables conducted by Employee Discipline. Data analysis techniques using Simple Linear Regression with a regression equation: Y '= a + b1X1 + b2X2 + ... + bn Xn. After the data is obtained, the following regression is obtained: Y = 11,081 + 0.415 X1 + 0.330X2. The coefficient of determination in this study is 74.5% the dependent variable is supported by the independent variable and 25.5 is requested by other variables. While the F-count is 6.790 greater than the F-table of 2.063 with a significance level of 5%. To find out which independent variable is more important, it is seen from the equation Y = 11,081 + 0.415 X1 + 0.330X2. it turns out 0.415 0.330, this means that supervision is more dominant than commitment to employee discipline. From the results of the analysis, the proposed working hypothesis can be substantiated.

Abstract

Research this aim for knowing level profitability finance On Cooperative Save It Borrow (KSP) Tri Dharma Artha based ratio profitability. Research this use analysis quantitative, results analysis ratio finance cooperative on analysis ratio profitability showing level optimal on Cooperative Save It Borrow (KSP) Tri Dharma Artha on period 2012-2015. In the calculate profitability something cooperative needed report finance KSP Tri Dharma Artha that concerned, composed from balance sheet, income statement report finance that showing circumstances company that composed from assets, debt and capital company on moment certain. Based results research and discussion could concluded that: 1) On analysis NPM ksp tri dharma artha could visible that on year 2012 amount 5,16%, year 2013 amount 4,99%, year 2014 amount 10,16% and year 2015 amount 9,82%. Will but if referring on standard cooperative indonesia that is amount 20%. So NPM on coorperative tri dharma artha this not yet reach results that optimist. 2) Analysis ROA ksp tri dharma artha could visibli that on year 2012 amount 0,94%, year 2013 amount 0,94%, year 2014 amount 1,75%, and year 2015 amount 1,59%. Will but if referring on standard cooperative indonesia that is amount 20%. So ROA on coorperative tri dharma artha this not yet reach results that optimist. 3) Analysis ROE ksp tri dharma artha could visibli that on year 2012 amount 10,91%, year 2013 amount 10,75%, year 2014 amount 17,92%, and year 2015 amount 19,84%. Will but if referring on standard cooperative indonesia that is amount 20%. So ROE on coorperative tri dharma artha this not yet reach results that optimist.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of transformational leadership on the performance of employees of the "Protecting" Cooperative at Class II B State Detention House Sukadana, East Lampung. The sample in this study were 11 respondents, data analysis techniques using Simple Linear Regression with regression equations. There is an influence of transformational leadership on the performance of the employees of the Cooperative "Pengayoman" at Class II B Detention House Sukadana, East Lampung. This is based on testing where or equal to 6.948 2.262157 and based on calculations where the significance value is 0,000 from 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The magnitude of the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance is 82.5%. While 17.5% is explained by other variables outside the independent variable or transformational leadership.
