Abstract

 AbstractVanilla is a productive plant with yields that are quite high in economic value and the cultivation process can be carried out on land that is not too large. This Community Service is in collaboration with Rancamaya Village, Bogor Municipality, West Java Province, Indonesia. In this activity, the lecturer team worked closely with the Rancamaya Bogor Village Head. The objectives of this PKM are (1) empowering and increasing the knowledge of farmer group members about how to cultivate vanilla in a semi-modern way, (2) empowering vanilla farmer groups through increasing knowledge in increasing vanilla fruit production and (3) empowering the community to increase knowledge of the entrepreneurial spirit. PKM is carried out by giving a presentation delivered by a resource lecturer and followed by a question-and-answer session. It is hoped that with this guide to the community, the people of Rancamaya Village, Bogor can (1) understand that empty land or available land can be used to increase residents' income by cultivating vanilla, (2) the community is more aware that vanilla cultivation can be an alternative business to increase the people's economy, and (3) the community is more aware that vanilla plants have a sale value that can improve the people's economy

Abstract

We have carried out PKM odd semester 2022/2023 in Rancamaya Village, South Bogor District, Bogor. The theme of this PKM activity is "Accounting and Taxation Socialization for MSMEs in Rancamaya Village, Bogor". The main focus of this PKM activity is to provide socialization to MSMEs in the Rancamaya Village regarding Basic Accounting and Taxation. This is due to a lack of understanding of accounting, especially regarding recording and bookkeeping and a lack of understanding of taxation, so MSME actors rarely calculate income and report taxes that need to be paid. This discussion of accounting and taxes is expected to provide knowledge on how to calculate or record and record income earned and can also provide knowledge on how to calculate taxes in accordance with tax rules. The method used in this service provides counselling and tax calculations. The result of this PKM is that participants become increasingly aware of the need for bookkeeping and compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Abstract

Efforts to collaborate with FKOM-UNIKU, in improving the ability to teach teachers online in the field of teaching content and mastery of digital technology using the blended learning method as a combination of e-learning. The use of e-learning in the world of education today is to provide flexibility in choosing the time and place to access e-learning, giving students the opportunity to independently control the success of learning, so that a complete collaboration is needed to make it happen. As a concrete step, the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Kuningan, tries to respond to the needs of the community (SMA Negeri 1 Ciniru Kuningan) for the importance of developing blended learning-based teaching methods by conducting Community Service with the activity title "E-Learning Assistance through E-Book Creator in Blended Optimization Learning at SMA 1 Negeri Ciniru Kuningan. Referring to the background of the existing problems, problem solving is needed for the purpose of this activity are: Understanding of learning concepts and blended learning methods at SMA Negeri 1 Ciniru Kuningan, and to improve teacher abilities both in terms of content and use of technology, which include: Online and Offline. The implementation method is carried out in groups, considering the limited time for implementation with the level of achievement of understanding of e-learning based material for teaching materials. Participants who were attended by SMA 1 Ciniru Kuningan teachers totaled 15 people with individual results having an account for the database for storing student teaching materials. The final result of this PKM certainly helps teachers more effectively regarding technology-based teaching materials through the E-Book Creator application.

Abstract

Aisyiyah recitation mothers in the Cinangka subdistrict, Depok city, have not been able to take advantage of their social media so that it can be economically valuable. So far, mothers only use cellphones to communicate with friends and family without economic value. This is due to the lack of understanding about the proper use of cellphones which can have economic value. The community service entitled "Using Social Media Towards Economic Improvement in the Era of Digitalization for Aisyiyah Mothers in Kampung Kebon Kelurahan Cinangka Sawangan Depok" aims to provide knowledge about sales through social media and invite and instill awareness in Aisyiyah mothers that it is very important to develop marketing through social media to increase the added value of the family economy. The target of this dedication is all Management and members of PR. Aisyiyah and those in the Cinangka sub-district, Sawangan sub-district, Depok city. The results of this PKM proved that Aisyiyah's mothers could master how to sell through e-commerce so that they could still increase the added value of the family's economy.

Abstract

The main problem faced by business actors is the lack of knowledge in marketing both conventionally (offline) and online, especially e-commerce and lack of knowledge about competitive strategies. The lack of knowledge of business actors regarding competitive strategy and digital marketing inspired the community service team to deliver outreach and provide training on the web and networks to be able to expand their business. The community service entitled Improving MSME business performance with competitive advantage strategies and online marketing at the Rumah Marketer Pengasinan Foundation, Sawangan Depok aims to provide an introduction to digital marketing, invite and instill awareness among MSME actors that it is very important to develop marketing through digital marketing to can increase income and survive the pandemic during the recovery transition after covid. The target of this service is MSMEs in the city of Depok - West Java. The results of this PKM have proven that MSME players can master sales methods through e-commerce and digital marketing so they can survive the recovery period after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of a nation's economy. However, the journey to becoming an important pillar of the national economy is not without obstacles. The author's observation sees that MSMEs are constrained by HR management, especially with regard to the competence of MSME HR. In the current VUCA era, competence is important for SMEs. In addition, another important thing is the marketing of MSME products. Go-Export is part of international marketing that needs to be socialized to MSME actors so that MSME actors at least get knowledge, skills and in the end can form relevant attitudes to support their business performance. The results of our observations show that many MSMEs have adapted well to grow, but on the other hand, we also find that many MSMEs do not know "know-how", experience managerial incomprehension, both human resource management and financial management, as well as marketing management. In this activity, we have organized entrepreneurship development for MSMEs who are members of the online market community. This activity focuses on export education. This activity is also accompanied by business assistance so that after the PKM activities are carried out, MSME actors will still be able to consult businesses, so that the creativity and competence of MSMEs can increase. Our practical output: there is an increase in the creativity and entrepreneurial competence of MSME actors so that MSME actors can be more competitive in competing in today's all-digital era. The results of the test on this PKM activity showed that there was an increase in the average value of MSME business actors in Depok City, originally the average value was 6.84 to an average value of 7.96, or an increase of 6.96%.

Abstract

The problem of blind people is a very complex problem, the presence of physical limitations of course creates problems, there are still many blind people who are unable to adapt to their environment, so that the impact on the functioning of the blind is not achieved properly. The community service entitled Optimizing Work Motivation for the Blind Taman Raudlatul Makfufin Buaran Serpong Foundation aims to prepare members of the Raudlatul Makfufin Foundation in Buaran Serpong so that they are ready and able to independently play an active role in carrying out daily activities, especially in their work, where internal conditions that is motivation. Work motivation in the context of this dedication is as a driving force for blind people to mobilize abilities, expertise, and skills so that they can carry out organizational goals in an effort to fulfill their individual needs. The results of this Community Service prove that the residents of the Raudlatul Makfufin Foundation in Buaran Serpong are able to carry out activities properly and carry out work routinely, so that work goals are achieved as expected.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) is in collaboration with Yayasan Manusia Indonesia Baru based in South Tangerang, Banten Province, Indonesia. In this activity, the team of lecturers collaborated with the management of Yayasan Manusia Indonesia Baru, which is an independent foundation with a focus on socializing the dangers of drugs and other addictions as well as providing guidance to drug users and their families. The purpose of this PKM is to help those under Yayasan Manusia Indonesia Baru prepare to enter the social stage of a career in accounting and taxation. In addition, the lecturers are also expected to motivate the assisted members of Yayasan Manusia Indonesia Baru to move forward and leave or forgeting to return to narcotics abuse activities. The management, employees and assisted members involved in this PKM are approximately 12 people with a teaching time of approximately 120 minutes offline on July 9, 2022. The methods used in the implementation of this PKM are counseling/lectures, tutorials, and online discussions. face to face. This PKM is expected to be useful for various parties including the management of Yayasan Manusia Indonesia Baru and its fostered citizens, students and academics. The socialization activity through the presentation of basic accounting and taxation guidance materials for Yayasan Manusia Indonesia Baru - Victory Outreach Bandung is one of the activities that help the community in this case, especially the inmates related to drugs, in increasing knowledge of the accounting and taxation professions that can be undertaken after completion of the rehabilitation process.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to carry out one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and its main objective is to provide solutions to the problems faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors, especially Pamulang Estate SMEs. In addition, it is hoped that with this community service the existence of higher education institutions can make a major contribution to the development and application of science to the community. The method used in this service is by counseling and training in the form of seminars and also field assistance in order to find solutions to the problems faced by MSME business actors. The results of this community service are in the form of knowledge and understanding of how to create social media accounts, especially market places as an effort to implement digital marketing. The knowledge gained in Community Service is expected to be able to provide new enthusiasm for lecturers in an effort to develop themselves in providing direction, delivering material and motivation and contributing to the development of the business world, especially the MSME sector both around the campus environment and nationally.

Abstract

This community service is in collaboration with Balai Besar Perluasan Kesempatan Kerja (BBPKK) Bandung Barat. The purpose of carrying out PKM activities is to provide understanding and direction to BBPKK Bandung Barat assisted MSMEs about the importance of becoming bankable MSMEs so that they are ready to receive injections of funds from the Government or in proposing additional working capital for business scale development. The target audience for this PKM activity is business actors, especially MSMEs who have been assisted by BBPPK Bandung Barat and nationally because the event is held online so that it can be accessed from anywhere. The total number of participants is 62 people with the activity time being held on December 9, 2022. The methods used in this PKM are counseling or lectures, tutorials, discussions, and mentoring. The results of the PKM activities obtained data that there are still many participating MSMEs that have not yet recorded, administered and archived the legality of the company and its business financial transactions. So that many MSMEs have not been able to take advantage of financing facilities to increase working capital from the Bank. After participating in this activity the participants began to be disciplined in terms of recording both business financial records and recording business legality, as well as maintaining the banking track record towards bankable MSMEs.
