Abstract

Women in this case housewives have the potential to save the family economy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Many women are saving families by taking over the duties of households affected by the pandemic. Housewives develop their potential to earn family income, for example by installing sequins and motees, patchwork making, cakes to make, cloth masks and mask connectors. Let's move together and we hope that the government will always support the improvement of women's competence, through training, empowerment, financing, and absorption of the work. There are so many roles of women that all start from the family, but do not exclude their domestic roles. So women play a role in managing and balancing these times well. Keep trying to be professional in any situation.

Abstract

We have conducted PKM in the odd semester of 2021/2022 at SMK Mathla'ul Anwar Sukadiri, Jalan Raya Mauk Km. 16 district. Sukadiri District. Tangerang, Buaran Jati, Kec. Sukadiri, Kab. Tangerang Prov. Banten. The theme of this PKM activity is "Improving the Competency of KSA-Based Human Resources through Strengthening Mathematics Knowledge for Students at SMK Mathla'ul Anwar, Tangerang Regency". In this PKM activity, the main focus is to provide socialization to SMK students about how to love mathematics, so that it can motivate SMK students to continue to develop knowledge and make students personally competent in their fields. Through this activity, it is hoped that students will find it easy to get a job, and it will be easy for them to continue their education in higher education. By studying mathematics, students are trained to be able to think logically, critically, creatively and structure in the end through this ability students can develop their mindset, especially in problem-solving. The implementation of community service is organized by the Accounting and Mathematics Study Program from Pamulang University in collaboration with lecturers and students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Accounting Study Program and Mathematics Study Program and supported by the LPPM Pamulang University. Implementation of PKM Lecturers of the economics and business faculty of Pamulang University provides an experience that can improve students' cognitive aspects by 50% related to basic mathematics and there has been an increase in student motivation in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Community Service entitled Digital Marketing Strategy in Increasing Tofu Factory Income in Bambu Apus Village, Pamulang District, South Tangerang City aims to provide knowledge about marketing strategies both offline and digitally online marketing, especially e-commerce with the background of restrictions on social interaction and working rules from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of this Community Service is carried out using the lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. The target of this service is all members of workers, employees and business owners of tofu factories in Bambu Apus Village. The results of this PKM have proven that business actors can master the way of selling through e-commerce in order to increase their business income.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been going on for 1 year and it is certain that many aspects of people's lives have an impact, especially on business development. Entrepreneurs who are engaged in the UMKM sector are among the ones most affected by this pandemic. They are no longer thinking of expanding their business, but maintaining the business feels difficult. Not a few UMKM actors ended up going bankrupt because they were no longer able to run their business due to losses for quite a long time during this pandemic. One of the efforts that can be made to prevent UMKM businesses from breaking down is by providing education and socialization on strategies to increase turnover or sales. One of the strategies that can be used is digital marketing which can be done easily, cheaply, effectively and efficiently. Digital marketing itself is a strategy for developing products through social media pages, websites, blogs, etc. that use the internet network. The PKM team chose this strategy because it felt that this strategy was very suitable for use in a time when people had to stay at home and use gadgets to access information a lot. By taking advantage of existing opportunities, it is felt that digital marketing will greatly help entrepreneurs to maintain their businesses and increase their sales.

Abstract

The existence of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) should no longer be underestimated. This is because MSMEs are a new economic source for Indonesia's development. MSMEs are encouraged to improve the quality and quantity of their products. CV Tirta Sasmita is a company engaged in the production of mineral water, CV Tirta Sasmita is a form of business organized by Pamulang University as a forum for practical learning for Pamulang University students and is expected to be a center of excellence for the Unpam academic community. Currently, CV Tirta Sasmita produces cup, refilled gallon, and bottled drinking water. This PKM aims to provide assistance for tax calculations on CV Tirta Sasmita. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method. The materials provided during the training and mentoring include: (1) the importance of calculating taxes for MSMEs, (2) how to calculate corporate income tax. Taxes are not only an obligation, but are the right of every citizen to participate in the form of participation in state financing and development. Through this PKM activity, it is hoped that the Accounting Study Program can implement accounting knowledge, especially in the field of tax calculations, and increase MSME awareness of taxes in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing rapidly every day so that the need for information is becoming increasingly important and increasingly needed in connection with the purpose of information, namely to produce something more meaningful and useful for making a fast and accurate decision. Of the many programs for preparing financial reports, the most widely used is the Microsoft Excel program. Peduli Tali Bangsa Foundation is a foundation that is concerned with the empowerment of human resources for orphans and duafa which has held a series of social activities as well as basic activities for religious education and guidance. This community service activity is carried out at the Peduli Tali Bangsa Foundation which is located at Ruko Aviva No. R3, RT: 02 RW: 01, Kampung Sawah, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, Banten. The event was carried out in a conducive manner. The implementation began with an opening and then continued with the delivery of remarks from the chairman of Community Service (PKM) and representatives from the Foundation. The purpose of this activity is to help the management of the foundation to prepare themselves for the digital era, especially in the field of accounting, so that the foundation's financial reporting becomes transparent and accountable. This activity was attended by 22 participants consisting of Foundation administrators, foster children at the Foundation and PKM committees who are lecturers and students from the Pamulang University Undergraduate Accounting Study Program. This community service (PKM) resulted in the conclusion that Foundation administrators and foster children at the Peduli Tali Bangsa Foundation needed to have knowledge and practice regarding accounting computerization in order to face the digital era so that the Foundation's financial reporting became more comprehensive.

Abstract

Parents are the first source who must introduce children to how to manage finances well. The importance of financial literacy education in children, how to instill effective financial literacy values in children, and the role of families and schools to instill financial literacy educational values in children need to be narrated back to the community. This community service is carried out to recitation mothers in the West Pamulang area, totaling approximately 40 people with the implementation method in the form of counseling or lectures, and discussions. The results of PKM activities obtained data that most of the participants had not provided financial education for their children. After participating in this activity, participants have learned the tips and efforts in educating the values of financial literacy to their children from an early age.

Abstract

Currently, kitchen sets are very popular. One of the business actors in making kitchen sets is Mr. Ahadi Cahya Pratama who in 2020 started a service business for making interior, kitchen sets and custom furniture with a CV. Kahati Ciptaning Bhumi, Depok. The main problem faced is how to save the expertise and experience of the experts because they are worried that the experts may move to other companies, or die. The approach method used in PKM activities is brainstorming, presentation and discussion. There are several solutions that we offer, namely regarding the importance of forming a business entity, how to use social media for promotion, how to manage business finances, and how organizations store expertise and experience to maintain business. The expectations generated from this PKM are: 1) increased sales with marketing technology-based, 2) Expertise’s expertise and experience can be stored safely, and 3) better financial bookkeeping.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the increase in accounting activity is so rapid, that it is undeniable that the need for the world of work, especially the demand for tax and audit services to conduct assessments and audits, has also increased. The public accountant profession is a profession that is trusted by the community. The implementation of community service (PKM) which involves youth and the management of RT 006 Penunggangan Utara Village, Pinang District, Tangerang City. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) is to introduce taxes and audits to the community, especially for youth in Penunggangan Utara Village, Pinang District, Tangerang City. With the implementation of this Community Service (PKM) activity, it is expected to provide benefits to the participants for the material that has been conveyed. Suggestions for community service activities (PKM), namely the need for further socialisation for teenagers.

Abstract

UMKM are a potential business for economic development in Indonesia so that in practice it is necessary to optimize and explore the existing potentials to increase community economic development. In Perumasan Village, Kalanganyar Sub-District, Takakan District, Serang City. Banten, there are many UMKM with potential, one of which is Emping Melinjo UMKM. Emping Melinjo is a food made from saplings. When viewed from a quantity perspective, there are quite a lot of tanks in the Perumasan village, this is what encourages Emping melinjo UMKM to have promising business potential, at least to help the economy of the surrounding community. The problem is that UMKM lack knowledge regarding digital marketing and there is no management of financial Statement. The results of this community service activity are providing training and assistance related to digital marketing using Whatsaap, Instagram, Marketplace, and making simple financial report logbooks
