Abstract

This research is entitled Modern Music Composition 'Tjapung Ketjipung Di Tjikapundung' by Amir Pasaribu. The basic method that applied in this research is descriptive method. In addition, the approach used by the library method is to find and produce pentatonic elements similar to the pelog barrel which are harmonized with elements of western tone harmony in the composition of Tjapung Ketjipung in Tjikapundung which is famous for the work of the Indonesian composer Amir Pasaribu with the characteristics of his piano music, regarding the form and the pattern of the structure as well as the parts contained in the construction of the music, the beginning, the continuation part, the complication part and the resolution part. In addition to the musical construction, the composition of piano music by Amir Pasaribu uses a free form pattern in the context of modern music. The use of chord levels (harmony progressions) and soloist playing made this composition even more exalted and majestic for its time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital, labor, and length of business on dodol sales results. The sample in this study was 46 business actors based on predetermined criteria using the random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study indicate that capital, labor, and length of business have a positive and significant effect on the sales of Dodol Business in Pasar Bengkel Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. In the test of the coefficient of determination before the toll road that the capital, labor, and length of business is 0.787. So this means that sales results can be explained by capital, labor, and length of business by 78.7% and the remaining 21.3% is influenced by factors not examined. And after the toll road, it shows that the capital, labor, and length of business are 0.872. So this means that sales results can be explained by capital, labor, and length of business by 87.2% and the remaining 12.8% is influenced by factors not examined. Thus the linear regression model can be considered appropriate.

Abstract

The Sketch Music Course Institute has produced students with good musical abilities in playing the piano. This musical ability to play piano instruments is formed through learning that is started and applied early on to children aged 6-12 years using the learning and play method. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research methods are research that intends to understand the phenomena of what is experienced by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, and others. According to Koentjaraningrat (in Nainggolan, 2013: 29) that descriptive research aims to accurately describe the characteristics of an individual, condition, symptom, or group to determine the frequency or spread of a symptom to another. Regarding the learning outcomes, students proved to be happy and able to play songs using a piano musical instrument. The application of this learning and play method has proven effective in the learning process to play the piano aimed at children aged 6-12 years or elementary school children, where these periods are a period of very physical/kinetic, intellectual, emotional, and behavioral development. good, so it is also very effective in shaping and growing the musical sensitivity and skills of students. Students are trained from the basics musically in order to be able to produce good quality music.

Abstract

In today's business world, in fact many agreements and business activities are found that contain elements that are unfair to parties whose economic or social status is weaker under the pretext of maintaining fair business competition. state intervention is required through the establishment of a legal protection system for consumers. The problems studied are how the action of determining the price of anchovy is carried out by business actors to consumers and how is the legal protection for consumers against setting the price of anchovy (a case study on the sambu market). The research method used is a normative juridical research method and is supported by primary data. Indirect evidence that occurs in the sambu market carried out by anchovy business actors and anchovy competitor business actors occurs indirectly with communication that indirectly states an agreement. KPPU does not supervise the sambu market because there is no direct evidence. Agreements between anchovy business actors are carried out separately and at different times and there is no evidence that there have been direct or indirect meetings or discussions by business actors. There are 2 (two) forms of legal protection, namely, preventive legal protection with socialization which aims to create consumers and business actors who are smart and aware of their rights and obligations, and repressive legal protection by resolving disputes that occur with sanctions in the form of fines or settlements. in general court.

Abstract

The acquisition process of PT. The Indonesian government's Inalum has experienced problems, namely related to the difference in book values between Indonesia and Japan to date. The problems that will become the limitations of the discussion of the research include how is the mechanism for changing the acquisition law of PT. s of managing PT. Inalum. The process of taking over the shares of PT. Inalum is carried out using the share transfer method with a book value of US$ 556.7 million or equivalent to 5.5 trillion in accordance with the agreement between the Indonesian government and Japan. The legal consequences of changing the form of PT. Inalum, namely changes in management and responsibilities that are managed by the directors and commissioners by referring to the PT Law and the BUMN Law. Regarding the status and employment arrangemlated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, but in the event that the company cooperation agreement has ended, the change will automatically change. the contract agreement between the company and the worker/labor will change through the agreed process.

Abstract

Copyright is an exclusive right owned by the Creator or Copyright Holder and arises automatically based on a declarative principle consisting of 2 rights, namely economic rights and moral rights. The formulation of the problem is what is the form of legal protection for the author and copyright holder of the song "Lagi Syantik" for changes to lyrics without permission from the copyright holder? (Study of Decision No. 82/PDT.SUS-HKI/CIPTA/2019/PN NIAGA JKT.PST) and what are the dispute resolution efforts that can be taken to protect copyright holders for song copyright infringement? (Study of Decision No. 82/PDT.SUS-HKI/CIPTA/2019/PN NIAGA JKT.PST). The results of the research is examined based on existing juridical data and facts, the decision No. 82/PDT.SUS-HKI/CIPTA/2019/PN NIAGA JKT.PST) is considered not in accordance with the provisions in Article 9 of Law no. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright regarding the absence of permission from the Author or Copyright Holder. The Panel of Judges in their decision stated that Gen Halilintar was not guilty of all legal considerations which according to the author in this case were not in line with Law no. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. In this case the music label Nagaswara as the Plaintiff has also taken non-litigation routes such as mediation but failed and continued with litigation, namely by filing a lawsuit to the Commercial Court.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity (X1), Return On Assets (X2), and Net Profit Margin (X3) to Stock Price (Y) at PT Handjaja Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) Tbk. Year 2011-2020. Population in this study are the financial statements of PT Handjaja Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) Tbk. and the sampling of 40 in this study is financial statements of PT Handjaja Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) Tbk. quarterly from 2011-2020. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test the regression equation obtained is Y = 3411.421 – 13.683X1 – 15.000X2 + 65.210X3 + e. Based on the results of the partial test, it was found that the variable Return On Equity has a significant effect on Stock Prices, Return On Assets does not significant effect on the Stock Price, While the Net Profit Margin significant effect on Stock Prices. Simultaneous test results it is known that Return On Equity, Return On Assets, and Net Profit Margin do not significant effect on Stock Prices. R Square value in research this is 0.146 which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 14.6%. The remaining 85.4% is influenced by the variable other than this research model.

Abstract

Instagram is a popular social application among smart phone users. The name instagram is derived from the instant insta word and the gram of the word telegram. So instagram is a combination of instant words and telegrams. Using the word may be interpreted as an application for instant information, which is in the form of photos of processing photos, editing photos and sharing (share) to other social networks. A trend of lnstagram has been a marketing tool that USES products as his means of communication. Overinstagram is using public participation as an advertising funnel. The study is aimed at learning how social media marketing affects customers' satisfaction with buying products through instagram. The research methods used in this study employ the quantitative methods. The removal of samples in this study USES non-probability and the type of sample retrieval USES sampling samples. The number of samples used in this study is as many as 70 respondents using exceptional sampling. The analysis methods used are validity tests, recapabilities tests, classic assumptions tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothetical tests. Studies have concluded that social media marketing has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of technology is very fast and has resulted in social change at this time. Bassicly, social change arise because humans are dynamic to fullfil needs. Before the advent of the internet, sellers and buyers could only trade in conventional markets. Now, internet has become a place for sellers to offer products and can be seen and purchased directly by buyers. Sellers and buyers meet via internet and carry out electronic commerce activities. Laws are fast in responding to technological developments can certainly result in strong regulations in the field of electronic information and transaction. Electronic contract is an agreement made through the electronic systems. Every agreement in Indonesian law requires certain conditions to be valid. The conditions that are required for the validity of agreements in Indonesian laws are something to discussed in relation to development of technology electronic information and transactions.
