Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the application of e-Tax Invoice in the filling and reporting of Periodic Tax Return Value Added Tax CV ABC. This research is qualitative descriptive data research and uses primary data that is obtained or collected directly in the field by researchers from the person concerned. The data collection methods used are literature studies, observation and documentation. CV ABC is a company that operates in the field of sales and purchase of spare parts and one of the clients of Eben Ezer Simamora Tax Consultancy Office. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the filling of Periodic Tax Return Value Added Tax using the e-Tax Invoice application has been implemented in accordance with the applicable regulations, namely the regulations of the Directorate General of Taxes Number PER-16/PJ/2014 with rates 11% with the rates regulated in Law No. 7 of 2021 regarding Harmonization of Tax Regulations and performed the obligation to report Periodic Tax Return Value Added Tax in a timely manner so that it was never subjected to a reporting delay sanction and has been in conformity with the legislative regulations No.42 Year 2009 Article 15A and PMK No.242/PMK.03/2014.

Abstract

Pengencer semen babi telah banyak diteliti dan dikembangkan untuk mendukung program Inseminasi Buatan (AI). Dalam proses pengenceran semen babi, tersedia berbagai macam pengencer dengan berbagai merk dan harga di pasaran. Dalam memilih pengencer ini, kandungan nutrisi dan daya simpan menjadi pertimbangan. Beberapa pengencer yang tersedia perlu diketahui kualitasnya dalam menjaga kualitas sperma babi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan uji coba terhadap berbagai produk pengencer semen babi yang beredar di pasaran. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan pengencer MIII, Biopig, Semenlife dan VIM. Pengencer dilarutkan dalam aquades sesuai dengan instruksi dari produsen pengencer. Semen babi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari babi jenis Yorkshire. Parameter yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah motilitas, viabilitas dan abnormalitas spermatozoa. Pengamatan dilakukan 12 jam setelah pengambilan semen segar. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan analisis varians (ANOVA) menggunakan Software SAS 9.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pengencer yang berbeda tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap motilitas, kelainan dan viabilitas sperma babi yang disimpan selama 12 jam. Motilitas dan viabilitas sperma pada penelitian ini tidak berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya, namun abnormalitas sel sperma hampir dua kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan penelitian sebelumnya. Meskipun demikian, pengencer Semenlife menunjukkan motilitas dan abnormalitas yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This article was written based on the assumption that textbooks function as a source of student learning, so textbooks must be designed with various theories, especially educational theories, in the development process. In the world of education, textbooks do not only contain facts or explanations of events, but history textbooks must also be developed based on a philosophical basis. This is important because textbooks do not only contain facts and data, but if we examine them further, history textbooks in particular must be developed to be able to train students to hone their historical thinking in the learning process. This article aims to analyze the elements of the philosophical basis of history textbooks written by Restu Gunawan, Amurwani Dwi lestariningsih and Sardiman. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature study. The data analysis was carried out by describing the data regarding the philosophical basis of the textbook. The results of the research show that the philosophical basis of the Indonesian history textbook for class.

Abstract

The use system of Press the Agree Button (clickwrap agreements) in online commerce has become a common practice in line with the development of information technology. While making it easier for consumers to conduct transactions online, the use of clickwrap agreements often leads to misunderstanding of the terms and conditions, resulting in serious impacts on consumer rights. Legal protection in clickwrap agreements in Indonesia aims to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers and promote safe and fair online commerce. Despite their convenience, consumers often simply click "Agree" without understanding the terms and conditions, leading to the risk of high cancellation fees, loss of refund rights, and less transparent use of personal data. Legal protection in Indonesia aims to safeguard consumer rights and promote fair online trade. Consumers need to understand their rights, read terms carefully, and report violations to ensure legal protection. Regulations emphasize transparency and clear notice to consumers, with service providers required to provide easy access to pre-transaction terms and notice of the consequences of clicking "Agree" as well as the right to withdraw consent. The importance of consumers understanding their rights, reading terms and conditions carefully, and reporting violations is key to ensuring their legal protection in online transactions. Regulations and laws governing online commerce emphasize the importance of transparency and providing clear notices to consumers. Service providers are required to provide easy access to terms and conditions before a transaction is made, and clear notice must be given to consumers regarding the consequences of clicking "Agree" as well as consumers' rights regarding withdrawal of consent or cancellation of the transaction. Thus, stronger legal protection can be ensured through the implementation of rules that emphasize transparency, provide clear information to consumers, and provide easy access to terms and conditions. In this context, strengthening regulations can maintain a balance between the ease of online transactions and the protection of consumer rights.

Abstract

Online gambling has become a controversial issue in Indonesia, with serious social impacts. One of the most noticeable impacts is the increase in cases of gambling addiction, which impacts individuals' mental health and financial situation. This social impact also extends to families, causing conflicts and negatively affecting children and spouses. In addition, illegal online gambling can be used for illegal money laundering. Thus, the development of online gambling in Indonesia has caused significant social impacts, especially related to the increase in addiction cases, serious financial problems, and family conflicts. In addressing this issue, the Indonesian government, through the Financial Services Authority (OJK), takes a crucial role in monitoring and blocking the flow of money from illegal online gambling. Qualitative research methods were used to gain in-depth insight into OJK's actions and processes in its law enforcement efforts related to illegal online gambling. A normative juridical approach with literature study became the foundation of the research. The results show that OJK, as a financial sector supervisory institution, has an important role in overseeing suspicious financial transactions related to illegal gambling. OJK cooperates with the Ministry of Finance to exchange information and track cross-border money flows. Through intensive surveillance, OJK focuses on identifying signs of suspicious activity, including the use of digital payment methods and unusual transaction patterns. The importance of OJK's role lies in its contribution to protecting the public from the negative impact of illegal gambling. By blocking the flow of money from online gambling, OJK supports efforts to prevent illegal gambling and maintain the integrity of Indonesia's financial sector. Through commitment, cross-sector cooperation, and the application of technology, OJK plays a key role in maintaining the safety and stability of the financial sector and protecting the public from adverse social and economic impacts

Abstract

Stunting merupakan suatu kondisi kegagalan pertumbuhan pada anak akibat kekurangan gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang, terutama pada masa 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK). Stunting pada anak ditandai dengan tinggi badan yang lebih pendek dari standar usia. Gerakan penurunan stunting ini merupakan gerakan terpadu menuju cita-cita kebijakan nasional dan daerah. Maka penelitian ini membahas tentang upaya optimalisasi multipihak dalam percepatan penurunan stunting di Kota Salatiga. Dalam konteks ini, kerangka advokasi Covey dan Miller digunakan sebagai kerangkanya. Analisis Multi-Stakeholder menggunakan teori kajian Penta Helix dan pendekatan konsep 5K: kota/pemerintah, kampus, korporasi/perusahaan, komunitas, dan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengolahan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan metode advokasi menurut kerangka advokasi Covey dan Miller dengan penekanan pada sejarah kehidupan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pencegahan stunting merupakan program prioritas di Kota Salatiga, dengan penekanan pada kolaborasi dan keterlibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan atau multistakeholder. Data stunting Kota Salatiga menunjukkan prevalensi stunting pada tahun 2022 sebesar 6,21%, optimis menargetkan program zero stunting pada tahun 2024

Abstract

This research examines the social and economic impacts of the Rempang Eco City development project on Rempang Island, Batam City, which involves the Batam Business Agency and the private company PT Makmur Elok Graha. The background to the problem involves a conflict between local residents and joint forces that occurred on September 7 2023, in connection with a land dispute and the relocation of residents. The research objective is to analyze this conflict in a social, economic and human rights context, and identify its implications for local communities. Another of purpose is to examine the human rights enforcement in Indonesian legal and political system. This is done by studying the legal basis of human rights, the process of proliferation of human rights discourse, and the actual controversies of human rights enforcement. The research methodology includes field data collection through observations and interviews, as well as analysis of project-related documents. The research results show that this conflict has had a significant impact on the economic and social life of the Rempang community, especially fishermen. In addition, there are tensions between historical, cultural and land claim aspects and project planning. The research conclusion is that this conflict must be seen as a serious problem involving various dimensions, and its resolution requires attention to human rights, community participation, and recovery for victims, while considering the historical and cultural values ​​involved in this case.

Abstract

Peran seorang Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sangatlah penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di SD Negeri 12 Merapi Timur Desa Gunung Kembang. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan Nilai-nilai Moderasi Beragama untuk membentuk sikap toleransi peserta didik. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya penerapan sikap toleransi peserta didik baik itu dari perkataan atau perbuatan di SD Negeri 12 Merapi Timur Desa Gunung Kembang, ini merupakan tugas dari guru Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk membentuk sikap toleransi melalui Nilai-nilai Moderasi Beragama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif peneliti mengumpulkan informasi dengan cara melakukan Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Guru Pendidikan Agama lslam dalam menanamkan Nilai-nilai Moderasi Beragama untuk membentuk sikap toleransi peserta didik. Dengan adanya penelitian ini daharapkan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Paham akan pentinya nilai-nilai Moderasi Beragama untuk diajarkan dan diterapkan kepada peserta didik di SD Negeri 12 Merapi Timur Desa Gunung Kembang.

Abstract

In essence, to actualize what has been mandated by Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, the National Narcotics Agency and the community in Pemogan Village are in the field of prevention and community empowerment. IBM Pemogan Village must make efforts to save Narcotics abuse by means of rehabilitation, eradicating dealers, syndicates, and breaking the illicit circulation of narcotics. However, in practice, in carrying out the duties and authorities of Community-Based Intervention Organizations, there are still many obstacles to be faced. The formulation of the problem in this research is What is the Role of IBM in Prevention, Eradication, Abuse and Illicit Narcotics in Pemogan Village, Denpasar? ,What are IBM's Obstacles in Prevention, Eradication, Abuse and Illicit Narcotics in Pemogan Village, Denpasar? What are IBM's Efforts in Prevention, Eradication, Abuse and Illicit Narcotics in Pemogan Village, Denpasar? his research is descriptive in nature, this method is a method that describes a data that will be made, both from the author and as a group. The auxiliary instruments used in this study were photographic equipment, recorders, documents, and small notes related to research problems and other aids, because they can enable researchers to make verifications. This can be seen from the results of interviews with IBM's role as an extension of the detention of the National Narcotics Agency for the province of Bali and districts/cities throughout Bali. Where IBM is expected to be able to monitor more deeply the activities of drug trafficking and seek various ways to prevent drug trafficking and its abuse.

Abstract

The development of history subjects in Indonesia has experienced dynamics along with changes in curriculum, learning methods, and the role of teachers. History teaches the chronology of events and shapes character, nationalism, and national identity. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the crucial role of history learning in creating the profile of Pancasila students who reason critically, are independent, creative, cooperative, have global diversity, and have noble character. This paper discusses the role of history subjects in shaping students' understanding, awareness, and character of the origins of civilization, important events, and community values. The research focuses on the development of history subjects in Indonesia and the role of history learning in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used is a document study, collecting data from various literature sources. The history learning method in the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes flexibility, freedom, and integration with the characteristics of students. History learning aims to develop students' historical thinking skills, creativity, and active involvement. Curriculum changes, such as the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum, reflect an awareness of the vital role of history in shaping national character and identity.
