Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of motivation and leadership on the performance of PT employees. Gatama Prima Jasa. The data source in the author's study was taken from primary data and some secondary data, taken directly in the field by disseminating research instruments in the form of questionnaire statements. The resulting data is in the form of ordinal using a Likert scale, which is 1 to 5. Sample withdrawal uses the slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The sample was sampled by 64 people from a population of 175 people. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study were partially 47.6% percent of r2=0.476 Real motivation to influence and improve the performance of PT employees. Gatama Prima Jasa. Partially 33.4% percent of r2=0.344 Real leadership affects and improves PT Employee Performance. Gatama Prima Jasa. Together the influence of Motivation and Leadership variables on Performance variables is 50.6% percent of the value r2=0.506 and the remaining 49.4% percent is influenced by other factors such as ability and expertise, background, demographics, perception, attitude, personality, learning, resources, awards, structure, job design and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of competence on the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture, which consists of Motives (Desire), Traits (Physical Characteristics), Self-Concept (attitude), Skills (ability), Knowledge. And to analyze the quality of the examination process, skills, (abilities). This research was conducted in the office of inspectorate general of the Ministry of Agriculture South Jakarta with a sample of 50 people taken proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Research method used in this research is descriptive research method. Data analysis used is descriptively quantitated to explain research data and research description, while to analyze quantitative data using calculation formula SPSS. The results of the study proved that simultaneously the results of this study proved the alleged hypothesis H0 was rejected and H1 accepted that what the authors did was found for correlation analysis obtained r = 0.835, for the Determinant Coefficient obtained 69.7%. As for the test – t obtained the result of t calculate > t table = 5,398 > 2,021. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study found that there is a significant influence of competence on the performance of auditors in the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Public Works.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence work discipline has on improving the performance of employees of the Directorate General of Human Rights. The research was conducted at the Directorate General of Human Rights which began from January 2014 to July 2014. With simple regression analysis techniques known that Work Discipline has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, the amount of influence is 35.0 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of motivation on employee productivity in the Medical Finance Administration Department of THE NAVY Hospital Dr. Mintoharjo Jakarta. The research was conducted at the TNI Al Dr. Mintohardjo Hospital Jakarta precisely in the Medical Administration section of the TNI Al Hospital Dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta which is located at Jalan Bendungan Hilir Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This research was conducted from March to June 2014. The method carried out in this research is regression analysis. This is done to find out the relationship between the two variables studied, as well as to find out if one variable has a significant effect on the other variable. The results showed that Work Motivation has a significant and positive effect on Employee Work Productivity, the amount of influence is 54.31 percent. While the remaining 45.69 percent was influenced by other variables outside the research such as Discipline, Remuneration, Leadership, Work Culture, and Competence

Abstract

This study aims to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of Promotion and Price on Sales Increase in PT. Fuji Seat Indonesia. The time used to conduct research and collect the necessary data is less than four months long starting from February to June 2012. The results of analysis and discussion in chapter 4 show that the promotion conducted by PT. Fuji Seat Indonesia statistically does not affect sales proven by a very significant increase in sales. Based on the conclusions that have been done, the advice to the company should be in improving the company's performance more focused on the promotion so that the products produced are better known by other companies outside the existing partners while maintaining good relations with existing partners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan PPh 21 Selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus, diketahui bahwa Pemerintah melalui Provinsi DKI Jakarta akan menanggung 100% pajak atas penghasilan tersebut sehingga tidak membebani perusahaan maupun karyawan. Pembebasan pungutan pajak dari gaji karyawan setiap bulan ini bertujuan mempertahankan daya beli masyarakat sebagai antisipasi melambatnya perekonomian nasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultanBudaya Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Yamaha Music Mfg Asia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dari 100 orang responden menghasilkan secara parsial Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, yaitu sebesar 36,7 persen. Ini berarti semakin tinggi Budaya Organisasi, maka Kinerja Pegawai akan meningkat. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, yaitu sebesar 25,2 persen. Secara simultan Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Variasi total pengaruh seluruh variabel bebas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai adalah sebesar 47,5 persen. Sisanya sebesar 52,5 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model yang diteliti seperti Gaya Kepemimpinan, Gaji, dan Motivasi.
